I am more challenged to do some exercises. This morning, I went bike riding with my kids. I have three children. The eldest daughter was in school. Her sister and brother were studying at home. My kids finished their school works at 10.00 in the morning. I decided to take them to ride.
We rode on the street in a housing development near my house. It was about two to three kilometers away. There were not many cars on the streets. I thought the street was safe to ride on. My son rode first. My daughter became the camera girl. She took the pictures and videos of my son's riding. After, my son was tired, I asked my daughter to ride. My son turned to be the camera boy. He took the pictures and vidoes of his sister.
That was a fun activity for my kids. My kids felt tired. I stopped at an open area and did some exercises. In the sunlight, I warmed up and then did push-ups. I did not want to force myself because the last time I did push-ups I felt short of breath. I tried to do push-ups at a slow pace. I could do push-ups 10 times. I thought it was enough for me. We took a different track to go home. We did pass the main street, but we passed through a small alley that was only for bikers and walkers.
The path was red-ground, with some grass on either side of the path. My kids felt more challenged to ride. There was a small bridge made of bamboo. We rode over the bridge.
After riding and doing push-ups, we felt tired. We had to drink lots of water. Plain water is good. Today's sportivities have made me feel more fresh, though I was tired. I think regular exercise is a great thing to do to keep my body healthy.

Baik - Fine
Bagaimana kabarmu? - How are you?
Baik - Fine
Bagaimana kabar kamu? - How are you?
Saya sedang tidak enak badan - I am good / I am not fine / I am not fit.
Kamu bagaimana? - How about you?
Saya baik -baik saja - I am fine / I am good.
In this phrase there is a slight different with apa dan bagaimana. In Indonesian asking condition with apa dan bagaimana has no diferent in meaning.

Theme : Compliment - Pujian
In Indonesian, there are numerous phrases and words for compliments.
I've got two things for you in this lesson.
- Bagus - good
Bagus is used for general compliments. Giving compliments with the sign of a thumb nail above is a common expression in Indonesia. 2. Mantap - Great (Stronger than good).
Mantap carries a more positive connotation/notation than good.You can practice your intonation in the video. 3. Enak - Delicious | Sekali - Very
Enak sekali - Very delicious . You can use enak when you try some food or drink. Sekali is to emphasize the effect of the compliment.
You can also have a mix of the two.

Mantap sekali

This is a simple to when you have problem to upload JSON file of your ethereum wallet at metamask.
The problem is that the tab of uploading file is closed when you click upload file. The file is unable to be uploaded. How to solve this problem?
- Open your metamask wallet
- Click expand view
- You will go to Moz-Extension page
- Import account using JSON file upload page
- Done
You will be successful uploading JSON file with this methode because the tab is open in web browser so the tab will not be closed.

1 lemon grass
3 bay leaves
4 little coconut milk
