Peace everyone, in this video/podcast I discuss the benefits of using social dancing to expand your network while traveling. There are mamba/salsa dancing communities in almost every city in the world. Once you learn Mambo dancing (salsa is the music) you’ll be able to pick up other dances like Bachata and Kizomba which are very popular in Africa, Asia and Europe.
I also talk about some of the difficulties of learning if you have no background in dance and how to go about learning.
I've use social dancing to make friends in Tanzania, China, Taiwan, Vietnam and Cambodia. I've also written about the benefits of social dancing for several newspapers and magazines.
So-Called Black men before you head out to Asia, consider the racial climate. Many people suggest that Caucasians have an Asian fetish, but honestly after spending 4.5 years in Asia, I believe that Asian women fetishize and have an odd obsession with all Caucasian men, regardless of his status. Not a problem, but make sure that you're not compromised when she goes "WHITE CRAZY."
