Ever since I started my training, I was told that it’s just an unwritten rule that men will not engage with counselling or therapy. Obviously this isn't completely true, but there is some truth in this. I have recorded this episode to try and help to end this and attract more men into therapy

If you have ever suffered bullying in the work place, this woman has walked in your shoes. If you have ever suffered from depression then this woman has walked in your shoes. If you have ever been told 'no' to your dream, this woman has been there. Not only has she been there but she has written the book and I'm assuming also got the t-shirt. I found this talk quite an inspirational one, maybe it was the drama school aspect of it or the fact that she is a bloody good egg.
