He’s passionate about learning, and development, and providing leaders with tools to improve team performance, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. As a leader, he believes in creating an environment of trust and communication to allow individuals and teams to reach their full potential. I knew Kelly from my time working with Clearlink and it’s a pleasure to welcome him to the Metanoia-Rethink Everything Podcast.
Our guest today is Jeff Graham.
Jeff is the CEO of LayerX Technologies, a leading provider of advanced data analytics and monitoring software for Networking and Unified Communications. Jeff has over 30 years of experience as a technologist in the telecom and network businesses. He served previously as the CTO of Arrow S3 and Shared Technologies. In addition, He was the President of MTI, one of the first true cloud-based IVR and speech recognition services companies. And He served in sales leadership and engineering for the Williams Companies for over 2 decades. Jeff earned a mathematics degree from Vanderbilt University while playing on a baseball scholarship. And he played professional baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals minor league organization.
It’s a rare occasion to get to interview someone as accomplished as Jeff and who was also a childhood friend. It’s my pleasure and privilege to welcome Jeff Graham to the Metanoia - Rethink Everything Podcast.
Our Guest Today is Earl Foote. Earl is a serial entrepreneur with a massive itch to see and experience the world, its cultures, people, and food. In 2019 alone, Earl did 14 business and personal trips around the world - from Vancouver BC to Costa Rica to Spain, Iceland, and Dubai. As a Co-Founder of ELEVATE INTL, a project that’s passionate about offering adventures, retreats, and humanitarian service opportunities to leaders, he shares his wanderlust for seeing the world to bless the lives of at-risk children.
Earl brings an open and abundance-minded, fun-loving nature to those around him. His life passions and pastimes include skiing, biking, camping, backpacking, and music. Although he spends much of his time in the great outdoors, he draws his greatest joy in life spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones and playing and performing music with his band.
More than anything, Earl strives to make a positive impact in the world and the lives of those that surround him, including his team at his primary venture - Nexus IT; an IT company he founded 22 years ago to provide IT support and solutions so outstanding, they enable business leaders to focus on their business and forget about the intricacies of technology.
Although technology can be a major source of frustration for many people, Earl and his team enjoy tinkering around with the latest advancements to find new ways to improve operational efficiencies. Earl and his team’s warm, refreshing vibe tends to make clients feel more at ease when it comes to their technology.

Greg Johnson is the CEO of Webcheck Security in Salt Lake City, UT. He's a BYU graduate and a member of the famed Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square formerly known as the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Greg and I had a chance to discuss Cybersecurity, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, a SWOT analysis totally free of charge!
