MLM companies have been the subject of controversy and criticism, with some people alleging that they are pyramid schemes rather than legitimate businesses. Clean as a Whistle, Sharp as a Razor - Please take care of your hygiene, self-explanatory.
Don't Try So Hard - Specially in dating, some men always tend to over do it when it comes to women. Don't try so hard, you'll see how much easier it is to get someone's attention.

There are often two pains that we must endure in life: The pain of discipline and the pain of regret.

Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.
The right thing to do and the hard thing to do are usually the same thing.

Have some negative, unmotivated, loser friends - limit your associations with them and find new friends. You are the average of the 5 friends you hang out with.

What’s harder? Limiting your association and maybe losing some friends who don’t bring you value? Or being 60 years old and never accomplished much because of them

In short, discipline is much smaller and easier than the pain of regret.

3 steps to improving now

Invest 5% - 10% on yourself and your assets
Exercise 4-5 days a week - 30 minutes
Take inventory of your friends - get better friends and limit your association with negative friends

- There is a big difference between cost and value.
- Average person looks at the price tag vs the impact.
- Want more? Become more! Gain more value, provide more value.

Example: A training course on leadership, sales, and mindset may COST $300 - $1,000 but if applied right, the value is 10X, 100X maybe 1,000X.

Average people won't use vision, they'll use sight. Sight sees the cost only, but vision sees the value.

Example: I bought a Walmart an automated Walmart store for $35,000 - BIG COST. But what's the value? $5k - $7k monthly on autopilot.

Scared Money Don't Make Money.

What's the biggest value/ROI? Investing in Self Education.

Communication skills (Sales, public speaking, etc.)
Problem solving skills
Leadership skills
