If you're ready for a new challenge, and a fun spin on foundational exercises, try Iso-Lateral exercises.
Iso-Lateral Exercises like Bent Rows, Presses, Lateral Raises, Upright Rows, and Chess Presses challenge your muscles by having you hold the dumbbell in the contracted position of the exercise on one arm, while the other arm does reps.
This will help to build isometric strength, improve the ability of stabilizer muscles, challenge your core, and help with toning and mass gain goals by increasing time under tension.
Plus, it's a lot of fun.
Try out some of the variations in this video and let me know what your favorite was.

When our lease is up in a couple of months, my wife and I have decided to stop making landlords rich off of our labor and spend some time travelling. We're still going to need to work while on the road, so I've been looking at ways to keep us connected to the internet so we can still make a living.
In this video I walk through how we're using Visible mobile for unlimited internet teathered to a small router to connect all of our devices.
If you're interested in setting up a mobile connection for yourself, here's the router I'm using. So far, I'm happy with it.

And here's the command to put at the bottom of the firewall custom rules as shown in the video to get the most speed out of the Visible connection.
iptables -t mangle -I POSTROUTING 1 -j TTL --ttl-set 65
A link to a discussion on setting up the firewall properly for this router can be found here. https://forum.gl-inet.com/t/change-outgoing-ttl/2096/15

Here are some of my favorite bodyweight exercises for healthy shoulders and a strong upper back.
Focus on moving the shoulder blades for all of these movements. The elbows shouldn't be locked out, but they shouldn't be moving either. This will isolate the upper back muscles and some of the muscles that stabilize the shoulder, similar to a dumbbell or barbell shrug.
Give them a try in your next upper body workout and let me know how you like them. They're all fantastic assistance exercises for nearly any goal.

The Steel Mace Barbarian Squat is one of those awesome exercises that works multiple movement patterns and muscles at the same time.
Like all squats, it's great for building strong and toned legs. But this squat variation also challenges the core and the arms as well. It's particularly good for the grip which is useful if you're a martial artist, or other athlete.
If you don't have a mace handy, you can use a cheap sledgehammer to similar effect.

Open and Close hands is a cornerstone and signature move in Sun Style Tai Chi forms.
It is subtle, but there's a lot of depth to it. I've used body insights I've gained from this exercise to set a state strict bicep curl record in my division. But it's also useful as a stand-alone relaxation exercise or standing meditation.
If you're feeling stressed, give this a shot. This is just a quick 2 minute follow along video, but practice for as many breaths as you feel you need to in order to feel calm, centered, and grounded!
If you give it a try, leave some comments and let me know how you felt afterwords!

There are lots of new players joining Splinterlands right now. One question a guildmate had was "How do I get SPT tokens?"
I'm sure lots of new players have this question, since the amount of SPT tokens you have directly impacts your SPS airdrop. SPS will be very important to have as the game progresses and rolls out new gameplay features.
This video is a quick and dirty overview for how to get started earning SPT tokens. It is not a comprehensive overview of the Hive ecosystem, or all of the things you can do with SPT tokens.
In the interest of simplicity, brevity, and a focus on beginners, I may have overlooked something. So, feel free to add your thoughts in the comments!
