There was a time in my life where I didn't know me. I had let the trauma of my life change me, unidentify me, and I was miserable. Today I can only be me!! One of my desires is to break the curse of false, copied, needy, and confused identities. I realized that I wasn't proud of God for his creation in me and I began to feel selfish, expecting him to give me the desires of my heart but not being able to fully show up, not made up BUT how he created me. Let's have some fun, bring on some good energy, be 100% transparent and #authentic, drop life changing gems, and disburse it into the atmosphere, while we sip on the Oh So Delicious, "Joy up in your Soul" Sooooo Candy Flava and dominate this enemy that has been overpowering our people in identity crisis. This thing has started long ago for some of us out of our control, with things such as slave masters, detrimental childhoods, etc. but today we're choosing to feed our spirit, our minds, self-confidence, self-love, self-value, and self-worth. We are putting that demon in its place by putting ourselves in our rightful place because we do have one as well as a purpose. We will only ever be able to individually have specifically what's for us when we represent his image of us, specifically. Sometimes it's you that's in the way. Sometimes it's because you are dismissing obedience that you are missing out on everything that you have been praying for. Even the hardship that you are experiencing, that's you fault too. God has been trying to get your attention, but you have been wanting to do just want you want. Not realizing that there are times that requires stillness. Those are seasons of growth, replenishing, and restoring, rejuvenating, subtracting, minimizing, strategizing, you get the picture! YOU HAVE BEEN PRAYING for some things! Crying in misery! Well God heard you. He didn't forget about you. You just didn't know how he was coming and what he was going to ask of you. Now that he has clarified what it is, are you cut for the season? Are you willing to let go of yesterday's fruit for 2morro's wine - T. D. Jakes
If God allowed you to lose any of that stuff to prepare you for the place that you are going it was not necessary or important. There is more and much better coming up ahead. He says, "Be still and know that I am God". In your still season, you will get the blueprint to your forever happiness. Your harvest this time will last forever! I don't care what winds come up against you, you are planted on a firm foundation. The answers you have been seeking are in your still season! Your healing is in that still season! That phone call of uncommon favor is in that still season! Your problem child will turn around by a miracle in that still season! Be Still and let God move like he wants to for you and within you. You can't hear him in chaos, confusion, too much movement, a good time, drinking, working like a dog tired, TRUST HIM! Get your blueprint to forever!

This beautiful young lady said, you wanna talk, okay, let's talk about Philippians 4:13. WHEW! She's coming in hot, Shandyn Harrell bringing it on the Authen"Tea" Podcast! Let's get it Shan. It's the scripture as HER CHOICE of topic for me. I absolutely love that the younger generation has a burning for God and they're not afraid to show it. Shandyn is 16 years old with so much knowledge and wisdom. You will not believe the words that will come out of her mouth. Just Phenomenal! She relies on "Philippians 4:13" for everything, it's her go to and she describes it as God having her back! We can learn a lot from Shandyn, her decision making, and mindset is impeccable. Shandyn is definitely a leader of her generation. The part that she speaks about "GENERATING REVENUE, while her peers are acting grown". Shandyn, you just go girl! Her mother says that she does the right things even when she doesn't want to. Talk about calling on "Philippians 4:13. It's only a matter of reminding herself that she can do all things through Christ which strengthens her. She is an entrepreneur (Pretty Young Queen) as well as a fluent student and member of BETA club and Student Council.
I am so proud of this young lady Shandyn Harrell for being a phenomenal leader and most of all a lover of Christ! Sweetheart you are breaking records for your generation.

What an amazing moment for me! God is truly the Best! "I Survived" is a testimony from my sister, Byancha Foxx. I remember the time when I didn't know how life would end up being for my sibling. I cried, prayed, and had to give her to God. It was such a scary, dark road that I seen. Today to be able to provide a platform for my only sibling, my sister Byancha Foxx, to share the story of what was her life, drug addiction and sex work, I know that God is real, and miracles can happen. In this episode, you'll find some hard truth but "it's in the "Mess"age". It's what God can create out of your mess. This is the depiction of that! I know her story from my perspective, and it stopped the day I had to cut her off. From that point on I had no idea if my baby was safe, well at one point alive, I'll never forget the day. God you are so Amazing! There has never been a time that God has failed. His word is law, and it does not lie. Every prayer that was ever said, standing in the gap for Byancha, is now a reality. Don't tell me what God cannot do. She tells you all about the power of addiction in "I Survived" but also tells you that God holds the ultimate power. She realized that she could change her life with the power that resides in her that is given through Christ. Today, Byancha serves as a Recovery Support Peer Specialist, Mental Health Peer Specialist, Peer Navigator, and Community Advocate with UT Health. PRAISE REPORT!

Please stay focused and on the mission! You will only end up to where you started falling command to distractions. We are equipped with far too much power to be fooled and manipulated by distractions. Especially, once we realize that the distraction is only meant to stop us from progressing, we for damn sure then have to put a distraction in its place! Marcus Simon and I go in about "Mission Driven Mindset" and how distractions are lingering near, but we don't leave out the nuggets as to how to move past them, how to step on them, bury them, and crush them. Get serious about your pursuit! The MISSION has to be on your mind, and nothing has permission to stop you! This episode is getting you ready in the mindset of achieving and being gr8! You will be all that good has called you to be! Why? Because we say NO! to distractions, we bind them, release the stronghold of it, the chains that are holding us down to it, the grasp that it has on our focus, the yoke is destroyed! Today we know who we are and whose we are and that comes with a "Mission Driven Mindset" only to pursue God's venture for our lives. We are not confused about it! We have goals, dreams, visions, and aspire to live in our full potential. "Mission Driven Mindset" will ignite your fire! We cannot expect God to just hand us everything, when in actual reality he is giving us everything, but we must sweat ah lil' bit, get it out the mud ah lil' bit.

When I think about how much God had brought me through as a woman, I could not not go live on the Authen"Tea" Podcast and let the entire world know my gratitude! This episode reflects a grateful spirit and humility through my tears. God was always with me even in some of the darkest days of my life. This day made me actually think about the course of my life and all of the many painful places, weary roads that I have traveled. Just nothing but empty miles, unpaved and rocky driveways that I always seemed to turn in, nothing but dips in the road, never a smooth ride but I became the fuel to travel better miles over time. Today I can recognize that. Its only because God saw the best in me when I only seen the worst. I owe him moments like these to disburse my pure thankful, rejoicing spirit and this still isn't enough for as much as he has done to protect me during turmoil, while the enemy had me trapped, kept my mind when it was under severe attack, patch me up, replenish my brokenness, fill the loneliness, or just the unconditional love he gives me. I unselfishly selfishly celebrated myself today as a woman because the devil almost took me out, plenty of times. God allowed me a saving grace even when I was not acknowledging him like I should. When I worshipped my man over him. When I was reckless with myself and not valuing my life. He still came and saved me. I realized that I value life differently today and I am able to see the measures of my growth in self - love as I finally have acknowledged myself as a woman to be celebrated on International Women' Day. Believe it or not I never ever valued myself enough to feel special on this day. My, how the love of God can change things. His spirit makes the difference, give him a try!

The world has a way of having such an influence on us that we are sometimes being controlled by the negative forces within it and it feels normal and okay because it's the way of the world. It's until you get to know God and understand the way that he intended for us to live in the world and that was for us to conquer those things of the world not to become the poison of the world or contaminated with its filth. The destructive path that the world convinces you to believe is okay to live by is the one that you can possibly die by. The world is a big fat liar! Only God can carry you through this life with grace! Only will you sustain and dodge the flaming bullets from the world that are meant to destroy you having a relationship with God, knowing that he did not create you to get sucked up by the ways of the world but to spit out the filth that attempts to control your purposeful existence and conquer the world. He would not let us live here if we were not built to last. If we were not equipped with all the necessary armor to destroy every attack on the battlefield. As Crystal Craven said, "The World Lied"! We are sick of it and we have had enough of the deceit, the trap, the fabrication, the emptiness, the disgust, and filth. We are here to put the world in its place! We are no longer fooled! My girl said, "We are MORE than conquerors", more is the key word! Nah you should already know that you're packing everything to win, if you are more than a conqueror! Thank God we WOKE UP! thank yo Father for inspiring our soul to be a vessel. Thank you, glory hallelujuah, we have what it takes to go abck and get our brothers and sisters. Praise your Magnificent name!

Thirsty Thursday was flavorful, lit, CHOPPED and not so much screwed! Kmsl! If you're from the south, the state of Texas, especially Houston, Louisiana, and a few others, then you already know about that "chopped". DJ Screw put it on the map in the 90's! IYKYK! Well, this is my humorous way of letting you know that this episode does contain some choppiness due to a technical issue, but it was so darn good and packing it had to hit the internet waves. It's in the "Mess"age.
Omg! Coindella and I are a whole vibe! Me and my Big Bagz Money as I call her, took this topic to a whole nother level. Life will definitely LIFE but it's when the humiliation hits. So, my girl changed the dynamic and created another perspective. "Dont' play with her, play with your momma", is what she said! Of course, she's talking about life, Kmsl, maybe you too. It's possible that we will go through humiliation but it's not the end of the world loves. Don't let it shame you, hide you, change you. It's life! We are learning as we go. Change the dynamic and create your perspective, just like we did. We have things to do according to God's plan for our life and it cannot be wrapped up in the confusion of an uncertain identity or the lack of the ability to dust yourself off and keep going. It's the enemies trap to confuse you about yourself and it is the enemy's job to throw life at you continuously until you feel lost and defeated. No longer are we victims of the trap! We are victors, strapped! Strapped with the love of God and word of God! Life could never be our failure when it was designed for us to live. You are not required to know how it will happen. You are required to trust God! I recently took a huge step of faith seeking something close to my heart. I didn't know how it was gonna get done at all. My finances were not the answer because there were none available. There are going to be times that if you want to see progress, an excuse is not going to stand in the way. Instead, you are going to dig up some courage and move in FAITH. I now understand that whatever I expect to receive, I must make it a reality. Today I'm so full of overwhelming emotions of joy and pure thankfulness, in awe, my eyes filled up, I was in a daze, totally amazed at the gift my Beautiful Father has given me. The enemy didn't defeat me. I did what God expected me to, which was to trust him. I was able to make the financial deadlines and with no stress. I wasn't looking for 1 penny because I was short. I didn't have to use funds that were for a responsibility or another obligation. It was all provided for with some more. He's a Beautiful "Gifter". When you think about how he orchestrates the plan it's like you weren't keeping up or missed out on something, like how did this happen? It's the wowing, breathtaking, moment of realization that he did it because you know that in the realm of your own strength it would have never happened. He's a Beautiful "Gifter". When I think about all of the odds that I believed mattered to my success, in his strength he proved to me that none of it mattered. The only thing that mattered is that I trusted him, and I was willing to be obedient. He's a Beautiful "Gifter".
Trust him! Humble yourself to obedience! Activate FAITH = the most Beauiful Gifts, ever! My Father, I - Love - You!
The journey of authenticity is very rewarding. This Thirsty Thursday imagine sippin' on something crisp, refreshing, rejuvenating, and rehabilitating. As it is going down into your soul free yourself from identity bondage. How beautiful to see yourself in the likeliness of your creator, your authenticity. It doesn't get any better than that. As I enjoyed a fun filled weekend God showed me that I'm a credible source and that the authenticity of my life makes me so. My testimonies and every struggle or trap that I made it through gives me the credibility to carry this movement. What we think could never happen God will show you in your willingness to be authentic that he will make it a reality.
Regurgitate your fear and feast on the word of God (nutrients) to feed your Spirit for increased faith. At this point, I'm growing like a flower planted beside still water, never lacking nourishment. Even if others don't understand it, stay on the course God has put you on. Stay individualized and set apart if that's you. The opposition doesn't compare to the rewards. I cannot explain in its capacity how special, favored, and blessed that I am. God used a gravity of love and support to ensure me this weekend as I was enjoying life that being me, myself, the person that I am becoming more and more in tune with is sufficient and whatever he's doing with me, I'm on the right path. I encourage you to start today, shutting those demons out! They are after your identity because it's a given how much of a blessing your authenticity, is for your life. Take control today, love yourself, enjoy being yourself, and do not fold on yourself for nothing or no one. God will do the work in you for those things that are hindering you.

All of the bruises, all of the pain is only a reflection of the lack of spiritual wisdom. The "Secret Sauce" in forgiveness, the secret ingredient is confessing your own mistakes, bad decisions, and disobedience to the Spirit of God. Self - accountability is necessary for both personal and spiritual growth and it is required as you are seeking forgiveness. We do not get to pick and choose how we want to forgive. There is no manipulation or dishonesty in forgiveness. It is a wholesome, merciful, and loving act that provides healing to your soul. Unforgiveness is a trap! We are not victims, but we are victors, KNOW YOUR IDENTITY, therefore we are equipped to forgive. It isn't fair and is very much so hypocritical to expect God to free us from the pain we feel from the hurt of others but yet we are not capable of admitting that we did some things wrong, chose the wrong people, caught on to habits, that created room for brokenness, for damage to occur within us and for our identity to be compromised with the attacks from the occurrences of trauma as we attached our self to the wrong things that the enemy manipulated our minds to believe were the right things. We didn't trust God because I know without a doubt that anything that was meant to destroy us, he did not approve it. We were not obedient to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Forgiveness starts right at the very moment when we made the decision to attach ourselves to the enemy's trap.
"To forgive is the highest most beautiful form of love. In return, you will receive untold peace and happiness" (Robert Muller). Gift yourself, peace and happiness! After all that you have been through, that God has saved you from, he's saying, you deserve it.
When I was a little girl the taste of alcohol was put on my tongue by my elders who believed that beer would prevent young children from contacting worms. I absolutely love the way I was raised. I actually talk about it all of the time. I absolutely love my family and would not trade them for anything in this world. My family has instilled values, respect, character, loyalty, survival, and love in me, and I know without a doubt that without them taking the time to nurture those things into my spirit that I would have been a worst individual than I was during my careless days of "Crown Apple and Pineapple". The beer was a way to nurture my health as they believed in these types of rituals, however the enemy was determined to make that taste become his place to destroy me. For a while he did have a good ole time controlling my actions but how weak of him to have to manipulate me to use me. Now I cannot give him all of the blame because I had a choice and because I wasn't seeking my God enough to know that I could go through burning fire and still come out untouched, I swaddled in misery. I surely am glad that God took full control of my attention and my IDENTITY! I learned how to please him, and he released my treasures. My treasures aren't materialistic things! I had healing in my treasure, a beautiful smile in my treasure, peace that surpasses all understanding in my treasure, purpose in my treasure, wombs that could be opened for an authentic movement, oh, the things he has in my treasure! Today nothing can shame me from my authentic self, NOTHING! not even those drunk days on "Crown Apple and PineApple". Today I have set the Authen"Tea" Podcast Ah-blazing! I 1st have to acknowledge God for his favor and positioning me to be gr8! My obedience has unlocked treasures which is how I am able to present to you today a part of my purpose, something God wants me to do.
You are entering the movement of everything REAL. Please listen carefully as I am addressing the mission of Authen"Tea" and setting the tone. Here is a space to be transparent as you are listening and allow whatever you are feeling to work in your spirit for change, if need be. I could not tell you or encourage you without 1st having the experience struggling with my own identity crisis for many years. It is my due diligence to share with you what remarkable change I have incurred in my life once I decided to love who God created me to be. I can only be me and that's REAL. It does my heart some good to not only do what's necessary for my own healing but to take as many others with me towards their self-healing.
