Although life happens differently for everyone, in a weird way it's the same with different paths. LBL will dive in deep but not only based upon hardships, but also the joy that life brings. So like many other self-improvement, mental health awareness & self love podcast, this is yet another podcast representation coming from one girl in her 20's viewpoint ready to engage with others.
