In John 15: 1-8 we looked at how our duty is to glorify God in everything we do but also remember we can't do anything without Jesus.

Sunday was Easter and we talked about spiritual death and the ways or "clothes" of the world
We looked at the breaking of the alabaster jar and how that is an act of worship towards Jesus.
This Sunday we looked at the 2 greatest commandments that Jesus gives us as Christians. The first is to love God and then love His people.
This Sunday we looked at the heart of Jesus and how in chapter 2 of Mark Jesus heals a paralyzed man, forgives his sins, eats with the sinners, and proves that he is God.
Started our new series in Mark this week where we will be going chapter by chapter and looking at the life of Jesus.
This was our last Sunday in our Ecclesiastes series where we talked about living in view of eternity.
We looked at and examined death in through Ecclesiastes 3 and what matters in live while we live it here on Earth.

Week 2 we are discussing how to honor and practice submission to our parents and how that practice glorifies God.

This Sunday we looked at Psalm 92 and went over 3 things to practice when life is going good.
This was our second weekend in Psalms as we look at how God is with us in all seasons of life.
This past Sunday we read 1st Peter 2:4-10 and looked at what it means to be God's chosen people.
This week we looked at what it means to be a disruptive light in our friend groups, at school, or even in family situations.
We started our new series where we are looking at how to take our Christianity into the world and not hide from the world.
On Easter we looked at Hebrews 12:1-3 and how we need to fix our eyes on Jesus because Jesus' death was an intentional sacrifice for our sins.
On Sunday we walked through Hebrews 11 and the Hall of Faith. We learned that Faith is not just believing in God but acting on that belief we have as Christians.
This Sunday we read through the first part of Hebrews 10. We looked at verses 1 through 18 and defined what sin is and is not.
We read through Hebrews chapter 9 this weekend and discussed how Jesus is our mediator and how Jesus advocates for our eternal redemption and inheritance.
On Sunday we looked at Hebrews 8 and took a dive into the covenants we see in the Old Testament and what those mean to us now.
In Hebrews 7 we looked at Old Testament laws and how Jesus came to show us that it isn't the rules of our religion that save us, but the relationship we have with God that saves us.
This week we looked at how God is unchanging and how He follows through with His promises.
This Sunday we looked at Hebrews 5:11-6:12. We learned what spiritual maturity looks like in comparison to having a child-like faith and how we can balance enjoying our hobbies within this world but not letting it outweigh out love for God.
We have started our new series in the book of Hebrews! This Sunday we looked at the 5 different ways Jesus has shown His greatness to us.
This Sunday we looked at Daniel's vision of the ram and the goat and how we get to live life knowing that at the end Jesus wins. We just have to live believing in complete victory (Rev. 19:20).
On Sunday we looked at how Daniel continues to be faithful even when the world tries to get him to be weak and fall.

This week Sean asked what is the thing, person, or culture that is leading you into disobedience? We looked at the ways Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego held onto the great hope of God's power, chose God's presence over the world's pressure, and how obedience is where you will meet God.
This was our second Sunday where we dove into the book of Daniel and looked at his faithful characteristics from chapter 2!

Nate Tibbs talked to CY about being overwhelmed and anxious to the point where you can't even take a deep breath. CY read through John 15 and picked it apart with Nate and got a new understanding of remaining and abiding with Jesus.
