Creating the #BeyondTheHeart podcast is so inspiring for me because I am able to connect with so many women who are creating change globally.

Today’s guest certainly is a global change maker. Her name is Rita Ezenwa-Okoro.

@ladyreo is an author, performance activist, social entrepreneur and youth development advocate. She is also the founder and lead Visionary of Street Project Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that uses creative and performing arts tools to facilitate opportunities for youth leadership development, social mobilization, and cross-cultural dialogue in Nigeria.

Dr. Marina Catallozzi is Barnard College's first Vice President of Health and Wellness and Chief Health Officer. Dr. Catallozzi serves as a member of President Beilock’s senior staff and leads all health and well-being initiatives and advances Barnard’s commitment to well-being.

She also has an active adolescent medicine practice here in New York City in Washington Heights, and is dedicated to improving the health of the community. Dr Catallozzi is well known for her strengths-based approach to adolescent patient care, programming, and research.
