Self-love, self-esteem, self-respect or as the French like to call it Amour-propre is something that can face you with the biggest challenges of your life. But if looked after, it can make your life easier in every single manner. In this episode I talk about exactly that! .....also I left in all the bloopers and fumbles just to make this episode more organic and transparent.
