So, this episode is not about diagnosing a problem so much as understanding who you are so you can learn to live free! ** Also, in the episode I said "seven" types of people and should have said six. oops! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/amanda-hurd/support

On this episode we will discuss why spiritual warfare is the root of all mental disorders. On previous episodes we discussed past traumas, lack of awareness and responding apprehensively as things that contribute to mental health issues. If anxiety and depression are the "fruit" of the "mental health tree" and traumas and lack of awareness are the "trunk" then spiritual warfare is the root. So buckle up, get ready, and let's get started! This will be a wild ride.

*Please reach out if you have questions or suggestions for content by emailing missamandak44@gmail.com On this episode I will share how I overcame 30 years of low self esteem and believing I didn't matter. Along with that we will discuss how you can be imperfect but not worthless, why it's ok to need people and why everyone knows but has trouble applying the truth that other people's opinions can't define you. During the fourth point we will talk about how it is offensive for some people to have to receive their value from God versus earning it. Then I'll bring it home with the truth that it may not be your fault that you feel worthless, but you do have to CHOOSE to get out of it.   This episode will be encouraging for some, challenging at points but hopefully empowering to all! I pray these truths will sink deep into your soul and bring you the rest Jesus freely offers.  <3 AKH
