Firstly, your hosts would like to give you the deepest welcome to our Blog and Podcast. It is our honor to be able to produce content for all the BOSSAgents out there. We love Real Estate and thank you for your support! Also, check us out on YouTube!
We started the podcast for one reason; to make the average Real Estate Agent better. To help them become a better advocate for their client, a better closer for their own financial needs, and a better agent to co-broke with.
Matt started his career in real estate sales early in life, joining his parents in the family business. After five years, Matt has continued to be passionate about real estate and has truly enjoyed working with his clients. Starting a real estate podcast seemed like a natural fit for Matt.
Rich has been licensed for nearly five years. Like most agent’s, Rich was chasing financial freedom. After working in tele-sales and hitting his own million dollar yearly sales goal selling $1,200 and $2,400 products, Rich decided to try his hand at creating his own future outside the corporate arena.
Together we operate BOSSAgent and look forward to helping agents across the world grow into the BOSSAgent they can be!
BOSSAgent is honored to welcome an agent who just finished their first year as a Real Estate Agent. He sold thirty four units for over $5 million dollars in production. He leveraged Facebook video and creative marketing ideas to become a local celebrity in an extremely short amount of time. He has a long and prosperous career as a Realtor ahead of him. We hope you enjoy Colin Schindler.
