Today is a universal four day. The overall month is a nine. If you'veheard the last few daily messages I have left is a nine month, which is all about wrapping things up, tying things up, letting go of things, getting rid of things, surrendering, big broom, universal broom coming in and getting rid of all the shit that you no longer need. The four is all about your foundations and your values, beliefs, discipline, processes, procedures, all those sorts of things. And so today will be a really long day...

There was an apology that I received recently, and it is the samefucking apology that I have been getting now for at least 12 years. And I am now at the point, and I have been for some time, where the only apology that I'm interested in is the action that follows it or the change behavior that actually comes from it. And that goes both ways. If I'm holding somebody else account to that, I expect somebody to do the same for me. I'm only interested in being around people who are going to pull me up for my shit. I know thatthose people want the best from me and want the best for me, and that's all I'm interested in.

I've had so many people message me about November being a nine month and endings and making comment on, "Thank God that's over," and it was whatever it was. But ultimately I love the number nine in numerology. Seven's my favorite, I'm a seven, but I love the nine because even the nine day, the nine month and nine year, it is all about getting rid of this shit that we no longer need in our life.

For those of you who have children, that when they are reflecting back at you and making you feel angry, mad, sad, frustrated, envious, jealous, resentful, whatever it is, when they're reflecting back at you, that back at you and it's hitting you, they're just reflecting to you what you missed out on as a child, or what you had to suppress in yourself as a child, or what you had to change in yourself as a child. What was pushed down or away from you as a child that you had to bury deep down and didn't deal with, your children are just reflecting that back at you.

My life this time last year, I was extremely ill, almost died. It was a lot. I expected my body to be reacting a lot. What do I say? Having more anxiety, more fear, just feeling like the dread of this time of the year because it's literally, this is the second day, 12 months ago when I was fucking so sick. I ended up in hospital after being at home for seven days sick. I ends up in hospital for another eight on double dose antibiotics every six hours in an IV for eight days. It was fucking hectic. But I feel like the thing that is really important about it all is the work that I have done to not have it affect me.

When we sit in what I like to call the shallow, that's when you willnotice this thing's ruminating the mind chatter, the same shit all the time, the same conversations you're playing out in your mind, even when they haven't happened. Someone does something and you're just reacting, and then you go off on a whole big tangent of why you're so mad or why you're so triggered or what this should be happening and that should be happening. You only have to have a conversation with someone. Your kids do it to you. Your partner does it to you. All of that, that shallow kind of end of the pool of dealing with our triggers and our trauma, so when we live there, it is just like this constant draining mind fuck of a place to be.

So when we hear the word control freak, it's generally a word or adescription that we ourselves are describing about somebody externally or somebody having a conversation with us and explaining somebody else. They're a control freak. They feel like they're being controlled by that person. You feel like you're being controlled by that person. Every little thing that person does is a way of they're trying to manipulate you or the situation or control things.

So I recently had a client who was in a really combative relationship, and it wasn't an intimate relationship, it was just a relationship, afriendship. And there was a situation that arose. This person was taking as much responsibility as they felt that they could in terms of the breakdown of what had happened, and the other person wasn't forthcoming in terms of taking responsibility for their part in the breakdown, how they could have done better, what they'd like to see going forward. But the breakdown really came from the lack of taking personal responsibility from what had unfolded and their part in that....

I was reflecting upon my energy yesterday. I went to bedin a place of just what the fuck, quite frankly. Wasn't really with work stuff. I mean, it kind of did flow into work stuff because my work and my businesses are so personal. I don't just have a job, I'm running three businesses. And so some of them are more very much about me than the others. But either way, it was more my personal life that was in a bit of a weird space yesterday.

So I've realized after doing some work last night that the feelings that I'm feeling now towards a particular relationship in my life is actually me grieving the loss of what once was. I'm going to talk about it from the metaphysical body point of view, where grief lives in the body. And if we don't move through and process our grief on any level, from the loss of a loved one, to the loss of a job, to the loss of your pet, to the loss of whatever, grief is just a loss and a hole that's been left, and what fills that hole is that overwhelming emotional or emotion of grief...

Personal responsibility and what that looks like. It can be probably one of the hardest parts of the healing process. The reason for that is we as humans love to externalize everything, judge everything, put a label on everything, make it all about everybody else as to why this happened...

So over the past few months, I've been going through this little period of becoming more discerning with pretty much everything in my life, the people, the decisions I'm making, the situations that I'm in, just all of it. Within this episode we uncover what detachment really is and ask ourselves personally if it is toxic or if it is healthy. In this time, detachment is seen as a variety of things, the real question is, how do you see detachment within your relationships? Are you hiding from the parts of your unhealed self or are you recognising that there is shit that is not all you and you take an observing point.

Detachment can be used as a way to not deal with your unhealed trauma, to run from what you need to shine a light on and work through. But how do we recognise if we're doing it toxically or healthily?

Use this episode as a guide to help navigate the situations of where you feel vulnerable and know how to honour yourself within those scenarios. We hope this inspires you to love yourself enough to show up for yourself authentically.

Within this episode we touch base on the connection of disease and generational trauma. How does trauma show up in the body as disease? Can generational trauma be the key to the passing down of your familial disease? and How do we break the cycle of continuing the disease for future generations?

Alongside our lifestyle in connection to nutrition, mental health, medications etc, generational trauma does have a large impact on how disease manifests within our metaphysical body. Trauma becomes a disease when it’s not properly healed & released from your body. We touch on diabetes as an example within this podcast and it’s very interesting to learn more about how trauma truly manifests within our lives.

To heal our disease, we heal our trauma. Break the Cycle.

We’re using this podcast to talk about the importance of how disease is passed down from generation to generation due to generational trauma.

Use this episode as a guide to help navigate the situations of where you feel vulnerable and know how to honour yourself within those scenarios. We hope this inspires you to love yourself enough to show up for yourself authentically.

Allowing ourselves to step into our vulnerability adopts a practice of openness, awareness & mindfulness of your environment as well as your thoughts, feelings and triggers in recognition to encourage you to disengage you from your fear & uncertainty.

We all have the tendency to hide away from what we truly feel, think & fear that acting on these creates unfavourable situations. This is so common with trying to hide from this part of ourselves and I will be honest, it’s hard but it will become easier as you continue to proactively practice the allowance of feeling vulnerable.

I’m using this episode to talk about how to step into your space of vulnerability.

Use this episode as a guide to help navigate the situations of where you feel vulnerable and know how to honour yourself within those scenarios. We hope this inspires you to love yourself enough to show up for yourself authentically.
