Mary Mackintosh is the Global General Counsel of Watson Farley Williams, an international law firm.
Mary has had a distinguished career as a solicitor, achieving partnership with Freeths, a UK law firm, then Head of Corporate Legal Services, in-house lawyer at Travis Perkins plc a UK FTSE listed company. She then moved to be the General Counsel of WLG Gowlings, a multi-national law firm with responsibilities for the firms UK LLP jurisdictions in China, Singapore, Dubai, Germany, France and UK. She has recently moved to take on an even bigger role, as Global General Counsel at Watson Farley William.
Lara Bezerra is the Chief Purpose Officer, founder of consultancy WorkCoherence.
Lara has had an extended and brilliant career in the pharmaceutical industry. She begun work at Pfizer, then Bayer in Germany, then promoted to country manager of Hungary, then Mexico. Her responsibilities were increased to Head of Sales and Marketing Operations for the whole of Latin America, then head of Venezuela, overseeing all 3 areas, Bayer Material Science, Bayer Cropscience and Bayer Healthcare. She was head-hunted by Roche in Venezuela as General Manager, then moved to India, as Managing Director (or her preferred title Chief Purpose Officer,) where citizen well-being was their main objective. As a woman in the industry, her 26 year experience in the field has enabled her to identify unique approaches to leadership and management.
