As the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, above all, we want unity. In this Wednesday Evening Ministry Class, Brother Minster Jason Fareed teaches from The Theology of Time, the twenty-one lectures the Messenger of Allah delivered in 1972, on one of the most needed subjects for our growth as a people and as a Nation.
The Messenger teaches that Islam came to unite us and to remove the spirit of division, envy, suspicion, and criticism that has weakened our people for generations. This class breaks it down in his exact words: equality means to be equal in everything, with no big I and no little you; false pride must be put down and leveled off; and Islam came to "squash that thing called criticizing" and make us brothers. We all came from the same slave parents, so we have no ground to look down on one another. Give your brother and sister the benefit of the doubt, be patient with one another, and stop criticizing everything Black owned and Black operated.
The class stands the teaching next to the Holy Qur'an, chapter 3 verse 103, Surah 49 Al-Hujurat (The Apartments), and 17:37, and next to the Bible, as both Books witness for unity and against pride and slander.

Since the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad departed from among us, false prophets have multiplied. In every city, on every screen, on every corner, men and women stand up claiming divinity, claiming offices Allah never gave them, splitting the Black people up and confusing the very masses Allah came to save. In this class, Brother Minster Jason Fareed teaches Chapter 113 of Message to the Blackman in America, Beware of False Prophets, in the exact words of the Messenger of Allah.

In this Wednesday Evening Ministry Class, Brother Minster Jason Fareed teaches from How to Eat to Live, Book One, Chapter 12, where the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad declares that the right food at the proper time is no longer a suggestion. It is a must for the people who expect to see the Hereafter.
Brother Minster opens by defining the Hereafter the way the Messenger taught it. Not a place you go when you die, but the new world of righteousness coming in on this earth, received here, in this one life. From there he walks through the Messenger's own words: that the way of Almighty God Allah, Who came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, is the best way regardless of who you are or what it concerns, because Allah declares in the Holy Qur'an, "I Allah am the Best Knower."

Brother Minster shows why the hog was made for the white man as a medicine and a salve, grafted from three natural enemies, and never made to be our food. The Bible says, in John 10:10, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." That is the promise. But brothers and sisters, the Bible never told you HOW. It never told you what to put in your body. It never told you what to keep out of your body. It never told you when to eat, how many times a day to eat, what to plant, how to build, how to heal, or how to live one hundred years and more, like the days of a tree.
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Messenger of Allah, gives us the blueprint. Allah, in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises Are Due Forever, revealed it to him, and he put it in our hand across both volumes of How to Eat to Live and across all of his scriptures.
In this Wednesday Evening Ministry Class, Brother Minster Jason Fareed walks the body through Abundancy of Life, Chapter 7 of How to Eat to Live, Book 2. You will hear:
Why the food in this world is, in the Messenger's own word, "robbed" of its natural vitamins and proteins, and why the chemicals used to take them out and to fake them back are not safe.
Why the work day was set up with 15, 20, and 30 minutes for lunch, on purpose, so we cannot properly masticate our food, and why the Messenger names half-chewed food as America's number one cause of her many ailments.
Why the Messenger said the stomach is not the boss, the brain is the boss, and how to train yourself, day by day, to put the brain back on the throne where Allah placed it.
Why fasting three days, when sickness comes, is the Messenger's prescription, and why he teaches that fasting is "greater than all the drugs of the earth combined into one bottle or a billion bottles."
And why the abundancy of life is not a promise about the hereafter. We have but one life. The abundant life is received here, in this body, on this earth, on the other side of our daily practice.
Eat one meal a day. Eat good food. Refuse the food Allah has Divinely prohibited. Chew it well. Grow it where you can. Take back the seed. Take back the table. Take back the life.

The Death Way | How to Eat to Live, Book One, Chapter 29
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad named this chapter the Death Way for a reason. The enemy of the righteous is putting poison in the food of the people and poison in the minds of the people, death on both tables, the dinner table and the table of our thinking. In this Wednesday Evening Ministry Class, Brother Minster Jason Fareed opens How to Eat to Live, Book One, to page 80 and breaks down the Messenger's words line by line.
We were made to live 500 to 1,000 years, yet under this present system the baby is born wrestling with life and death, and death wins before we reach the age of fifty. Why is our span of life so short? Brother Minster traces it from the womb to the breast to the bottle, and shows how the wicked, whose own time was limited to six thousand years, work to drag us into their short span. You are what you practice. This is the call to put the way of death down and choose the way of life.

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad opens this chapter with a verdict: "The dead are we, the Black once slaves of the white man of America. We are a mentally Dead people." A breakdown of the five scriptures the Messenger pulls into this chapter: the Lost Sheep, the Prodigal Son, the Stone the Builders Rejected, the Vineyard Taken from the Wicked Husbandmen, and the Mustard Seed, all pointing to the same truth, that Allah has come for the rejected, the lost, the despised, and the small, and is giving the kingdom to a new people, the lost-found Black nation of America.
