- We welcome on our guest Phoebe Davis! She is a signed model, nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor and just overall fitness inspiration. We chat about both her fitness and modeling career and how she got started. While prepping for an NPC Bikini show in 2019, Phoebe lost >50 lbs. to come in 1st place at her 2nd show. We discuss everything from diet to exercise to maintaining a healthy relationship with food. She shares tips and tricks for sticking to your goals and remaining disciplined in your health journey. Art education can work to combat societal issues like the "school-to-prison pipeline". Advocating for art funding is important and necessary. We are the Eclectic Collective Community. Formed from a group of inspired creators who became friends in unique ways. The Shelby's met when dance was their medium of creation back in 2011 during college. In 2020 during quarantine, the three women started with a business coach to grow their businesses. Through several online zoom coaching calls, in person meet-ups, content days, and workshops the 3 became like sisters. 2020 inspired them to chase their dreams like never before.
