If you had an opportunity to catch the 1st Sip of The Mellow Hang Suite, then you would have noticed that I was joined by a guest. That will not change, and guests will be a mainstay of the show, as it will provide an opportunity for you all to pick up some game from other members in their fields of expertise. As for Sip 2, I’m in the Suite solo dolo. This will be the case from time to time, as I’d like to provide an opportunity for you all to get to know me a bit more, certain values that I’ve set for my personal brand, that also serve as an extension of the values that I’ve instilled within the Mellow Concepts brand. It will also give me a chance to share my thoughts on certain topics, that I believe would be of value to you all and your daily lives. Like many of you, 2020 was quite a challenge me. A year filled with the onslaught of the corona virus pandemic, one filled with the ever-present issue of racial injustice, and one filled with general everyday stressors of life. Aside from these things, this year my family and I experienced a recent loss, as the matriarch of my family, my grandmother, fell ill and passed away a couple of months ago, after living a long-fulfilled life of 95 years. As you all know, life is filled with both trials and tribulations. And when you’re someone who is driven and goal oriented, with things you’d like to accomplish, yet unfortunate situations are constantly occurring, it can become a bit daunting. You may even have a moment where you say to yourself, “I know I can go harder than this, but for some reason I’m not. What can I do to get back on track?!” I present to you: 5 ways to regain focus on your goals, after falling off track.
