2024 has been busy, to say the least! This week we’re catching up on everything that we’ve had going on during the first few months of 2024! Megan announces that she's pregnant with a baby girl, and shares what she’s been doing to help her pregnancy go smoothly. Annie talks about her closing of the bones ceremony and shares some of her experiences as a student midwife. We chat about tons of other topics like free birth, age gaps between kids, taking beef liver as a prenatal, and immediate postpartum plans.

This is a fun episode with life updates, postpartum talk, and some impromptu birth research! We discussed some details about Annie's birth work in 2023, and she shared an exciting announcement that is coming in 2024. Megan talked about what 2024 will hopefully hold for her family! We talked about our transitions in motherhood from 0 to 1 kids, and then 1-2 kids, and gave details about what would have helped us through the process.
