We discuss the preseason for a bit and our takeaways so far as well as the Zach Wilson injury for the Jets and what that means for them to start the season. Lastly, I discuss my visit to Canton, Ohio for Hall of Fame Induction Weekend and talk about the ceremony, some neat artifacts I saw at the Hall of Fame and some nice moments over the weekend. We're back for Season 2. Paul and I revisit our NFL Draft Predictions and review which teams we thought made the best moves of the night. Overall, we did pretty good regarding our picks and had a lot of players pretty similar to the spot where they actually went. We then start discussing the upcoming NFL Season and the AFC, about 7 weeks out from the regular season. It seems like a time in the conference where it is still the haves and have nots. The AFC North is very unpredictable with the Pittsburgh Steelers without Ben Roethlisberger after nearly 2 decades and it is hard to figure out what to make of them as well as the Cleveland Browns, while the Deshaun Watson suspension figure is weighed. The Titans and Colts remain the teams to beat in the AFC South. Paul and me both believe the Bills are the team to beat in the AFC (and are my Super Bowl champion) and that the Miami Dolphins should make a major push for the playoffs and that the AFC West might be one of the best divisions in football in years. Enjoy our first of 3 preview episodes. Next one we will take a look at the NFC and then the third one will be a betting preview and we will take a look at some divisional bets, wins totals for NFL and College football and some prop bets.

Paul and I discuss Sunday's Super Bowl LVI between the 15-5 Los Angeles Rams and 13-7 Cincinnati Bengals. Paul who has been high on the Bengals all year picks the Bengals to take the final step and win their first Super Bowl. I pick the Rams to win 27-20, We discuss the game and key factors and then delve into a prop bet discussion talking about some of the bets we think are interesting or that we like for the game and I get Paul's take on a lot of the NBA/Super Bowl cross bet props. Should be an exciting game and hope everyone enjoys the game!

Paul and I lead off the episode discussing Tom Brady's potential retirement and how although he's played over 20 years, it still feels sudden and he has more in the tank. We then discuss last week's fantastic games and the greatness of the Bills-Chiefs game, the Rams near collapse and the two games from Saturday and discuss my biggest letdown of the weekend. We then discuss this week's two Conference Championships. In the AFC, the 10-7 Cincinnati Bengals play at the 12-5 Kansas City Chiefs, who are looking to go to their third straight Super Bowl. In the NFC, the 10-7 San Francisco 49ers take on the 12-5 Los Angeles Rams in a rematch of the classic they played just 3 weeks ago, which clinched the 49ers trip to the playoffs. They can make the final step today by winning the Conference to advance to the Super Bowl. It should be two great games this weekend, with some fireworks. Enjoy our latest episode!

We start this week's podcast discussing the Cowboys heartbreaking 23-17 loss to the 49ers on Sunday and Paul's thoughts on the game and his team getting eliminated. We talk about a subpar Wild Card weekend and the big takeaways and disappointments, mainly the Eagles performance against Tampa Bay and the Arizona Cardinals vs. the Los Angeles Rams. We then look to this upcoming weekend's matchups with the AFC being the Cincinnati Bengals at the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills at the Kansas City Chiefs and in the NFC, San Francisco 49ers at the Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sunday in particular, should be a phenomenal day of football. We then take a look at some content and programming we look forward to doing in the offseason. Hope you enjoy our latest episode!

Paul and I reconvene after a couple weeks due to the Holidays and my trip to Florida discussing what was a fantastic NFL Week 18 with plenty of drama even though many of the postseason teams were known already. The Los Angeles Chargers-Las Vegas Raiders game was one of the most memorable games in recent league history to close the book on the 2021 NFL regular season and provided great drama as the Chargers stormed back from being down 29-15 to tie it up late and send it into overtime. Going into the game, it was well known that a tie would advance both teams. The Steelers needed a victory by one in order to make the postseason. Chargers coach Brandon Staley called a timeout before third down which was a decent run play by the Raiders which gave them the yardage they needed to attempt a field goal. It will always remain a question though if he did not call the timeout, would they have attempted a field goal, knowing they are in with a tie.
We then discuss some of the coaching changes, including the Dolphins controversial decision to move on from Brian Flores. We break down each NFL Wild Card game and give our predictions and final score for each game. We discuss Georgia-Alabama for a bit and I do wind up getting my pick right at Georgia -2.5 with their 33-18 title victory over Alabama and also give our Super Bowl predictions throughout the course of this episode. Hope everyone enjoys our latest podcast and enjoys the postseason!

Paul and I start the episode discussing my do-or-die matchup in Fantasy Football in a 4 vs. 5 matchup in the standings. We then give our picks for Thursday Night Football with the Chiefs ultimately coming out on top 34-28 against the Chargers with a huge 4th quarter and overtime by Travis Kelce, scoring two touchdowns late. We then discuss the COVID issues running through teams like the Washington Football Team, Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams and what it means moving forward and how we think the NFL handles it. We then get to the other games of the week and pick who we like before finishing with some college football talk and the start of bowl season. Dan talks about some games he is looking forward to, bets he likes and what you can expect from the opening week of the Bowl Games.

Paul and I discuss the annual Thanksgiving Day Tripleheader with this year's games featuring the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions, the Las Vegas Raiders and Dallas Cowboys and the Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints. We believe Thanksgiving is a great chance for the Lions to get their first win of the season against an injured Bears team. We then talk about Paul's Cowboys and what we anticipate happening in the Cowboys game as well as the nightcap. We run through the weekend's games and give our thoughts and opinions on each game and what games we are looking forward to the most this weekend. We get into the latest power rankings and I tell Paul where I think he has some of the rankings wrong before we finish the podcast with College Football's final weekend for most teams with the two big games of the weekend being Ohio State-Michigan and Oklahoma-Oklahoma State, with the Cowboys potentially having a long shot to make the playoffs. Hope you enjoy our latest episode and have a great Thanksgiving!

Paul and I take a look at Week 11's NFL Slate and give our picks and predictions for the games. I briefly talk college football and give some of my picks for the weekend and then we conclude with some fantasy football discussion at the end of the episode. With 3 games on the NFL slate on Thanksgiving, it is a very short turnaround as we are planning on doing a podcast Tuesday and it is also a far better slate of games next weekend to discuss, so this will likely be the shortest pod we do of the regular season. Hope you enjoy!

Paul and I discuss the Miami Dolphins surprising 22-10 win over the Baltimore Ravens in a superb defensive effort by the Fish. The Dolphins may have dug themselves too much of a hole, but have a very favorable schedule over the next month or so with the Jets twice, Panthers and the Giants so we will see if the win will give them momentum moving forward. We discuss what to make of the AFC as many of the elite teams, save for Tennessee keep having missteps over what are perceived to be far weaker teams and even the Titans still have the loss to the Jets. We discuss our latest power rankings and it is impossible trying to sort out the AFC. We then get into Week 10 discussion and give our picks for the week before closing the show with some fantasy football talk.

Paul and I lead off the show discussing one of the darker moments in recent NFL history as Las Vegas Receiver Henry Ruggs III got into a deadly DUI, with a BAC twice Nevada's legal limit at an insane 156 MPH in suburban Las Vegas, resulting in the tragic death of a 23 year old woman. We discuss the situation which in all likelihood ends his NFL career and what this means for the Raiders for the rest of this season. We then shift to the other significant headline of the week as Aaron Rodgers is sitting out this week in the Packers big game against the Chiefs because he is unvaccinated and has Covid. A press conference back in August has many believing Rodgers was not honest regarding his vaccination status and has received much backlash from multiple sources. Rodgers has a weekly spot on Pat McAfee's show on Sirius XM rsdio, so we discuss this week's appearance and Rodgers thoughts pertaining to this situation. We then get to this week's latest power rankings which has seen a shift with the Cardinals loss last weekend to the Packers, in addition to the Cowboys win over the Vikings with backup quarterback Cooper Rush and the Jets stunning win vs. the upstart Bengals. We then preview this week's games and give our picks. We conclude with college football discussion in what appears to be an underwhelming week with teams like Georgia and Alabama being massive favorites against Missouri and LSU, respectively. Enjoy the show!

Paul and I discuss Thursday night's live during our broadcast Green Bay Packers-Arizona Cardinals game and it became more and more apparent throughout the show the Packers had a major chance to win that and eventually pulled through 24-21, thanks to a late interception by Kyler Murray. It hands the Cardinals their first loss of the season. We discuss our latest power rankings, get into Week 8 conversation about the NFL and give our picks and predictions for the games and also discuss college football. It is a massive week in the Big 10 with undefeated Michigan playing Michigan State and Penn State playing Ohio State. I also give some of the bets I like for this weekend on the college gridiron. Paul and I discuss the Cleveland Browns 17-14 win over the Denver Broncos in a game that was a bit of a disappointment from what it could have been because of so many injuries. We then get into discussing this week in football with some of the big games on the college gridiron and I also note college had a very interesting schedule this week of no games besides New Mexico State-Hawaii at Midnight kicking off past 7:30PM Eastern. I give my picks for college bets I like and then we conclude with week 7 in the NFL discussion and preview the games and give our predictions. The 4PM slate is very disappointing this week as 3 of the 4 spreads are 12 or more and Tampa, Los Angeles and Arizona should all win comfortably. As they say though, a bad week of football is better than no football at all. Enjoy our latest episode!

Paul and I discuss what should be an interesting matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Philadelphia Eagles visiting the Linc Thuesday night. The Buccaneers defense is banged up and there is no Rob Gronkowski. We then get into our latest power rankings where it appears the top 10 or so are really starting to distance themselves from the rest of the pack. We then delve into the Jon Gruden resignation and discuss the immediate implications for the Las Vegas Raiders and how the whole situation feels sleazy and it feels like a higher up at the NFL wanted Gruden out and if they're going to fire him for bigoted comments, the entire league has to be looked at, because many of the owners are far from choir boys and some people who run teams have checkered pasts. Lastly, we break down this week's upcoming games and pick who we like to win. It looks like a big week for favorites. We wrap up with what I am looking forward to in college football this weekend, some bets that I like and Paul discussing fantasy football. Enjoy this week's podcast!

Paul and I talk about a wild college football Saturday with multiple shootouts, culminating with Texas A&M's upset 41-38 win over #1 Alabama after our broadcast. We discuss Oklahoma outscoring Texas 35-10 in the second half behind their backup quarterback Caleb Williams who leads them to a comeback win over the Longhorns 55-48. We also talk about Iowa's comeback win vs. Penn State after the Nittany Lions QB Sean Clifford gets knocked out of the game in a 3 vs. 4 matchup with the Hawkeyes prevailing 23-20. We discuss the college football playoff and what that looks like currently and how we see it shaking out at the end of the season. In our NFL segment, we discuss the Rams 26-17 victory over the Seahawks, Russell's Wilson's extended injury and what that means for the Seahawks and the NFL and also give our picks for all the Week 5 games. Paul and I discuss Week 3 NFL's Games and what caught our eye in all of last week's action. We introduce a new segment breaking down our Power Rankings. We preview the Jaguars-Bengals Thursday night game and discuss live action from the Thursday Night game. Then we start breaking down and previewing Week 4's schedule and the great slate of games this coming Sunday, particularly in the 4PM window and the night games with Tom Brady's return to New England and a good divisional matchup between two surprising teams in the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night. We conclude the episode discussing Paul's fantasy team and possible moves for his roster and then looking at college football for this weekend, with me coming off a 7-2 week with picks against the spread. I give my picks for games I like this week and talk about some of the big games to look forward to, one of which features the two main Heisman candidates between Ole Miss and Alabama where Matt Corral is facing off against Bryce Young.
