Finally uploading (recorded 1 month ago) a screen recording of the longstanding "max payout" bug on DBuzz PWA on android. On desktop PWA bug does not occur.
If you're not watching carefully & make the necessary correction, a zero is added after the amount entered. This can lead to downvotes (and did for me about a year ago).

Screen recording of voting slider bug(s) in #leofinance threads (and i think in posts too).
i had a rotating fan in room so sound quality not good! Hopefully you can hear my commentary.
Ideally a text field to enter % would be better imo. or both options.
i like to vote specific % (eg. 11.11 or 3.33) and it's not possible with slider. There are reasons for this. Ask if curious.

This is my first attempt to record and show some of what i consider to be usability issues (either bugs or features) with LeoThreads to hopefully help Leodevs see the issues more clearly than i can report by writing.
i am sharing this and future screen recordings (with audio) not to criticise but to hopefully help with retention of users.

My mother has an old #industrialsewingmachine, passed down from my grandmother. She doesn't use it anymore so we plan to sell it to make some space.
Mum used to have one too, but it was in our house when it caught fire many years ago. Mum was a curtain maker. Nan was a curtain maker and upholsterer. Nan died about 4 years ago 2 weeks short of her 110th birthday. She had i think five birthday cards from the queen.
The machine we think is about 50 years old, possibly more, but is in good working conditionl. The connecting rod between the treddle and motor was worn so has been replaced with a new one.
The video is of me testing the machine, repairing some yoga pants. Mum also repaired a pocket on a hoodie and another pocket on a jacket of mine. She still remembered (at age 87 wirh dementia and a little promoting from me) how to use it.
So, if you're in the #UK and interested in buying a sewing machine with some history, ideally if you're near #Norfolk or #Suffolk, as i expect it will be quite costly to transport, comment below.
There are LOTS of bibs and bobs to go with it including cotton and curtain material. Buyer to collect.
Prices on ebay range from £200 to over £1,000 (without all the extra stuff) which i can send pictures of on request, so we are inviting offers of around £500
It will be put on ebay soon.

Om namah shivaya (Sanskrit: ॐ नमः शिबय) is a beautiful and beloved prayer and mantra that can be chanted or sung. This popular prayer in India directly means “my salutations to Shiva; the auspicious and gracious one”. It is also perceived to mean, “I bow to Shiva" or "adoration to Shiva”. This mantra is thousands of years old and is mentioned in the Vedas.
Om namah shivaya is a very significant mantra in Hinduism. This mantra consists of three parts that each are a prayer: Om, Namaha, Shivaya.
Om namah Shivaya is also known as the five syllable mantra, as it has five syllables which are preceded by the Om (or Aum). Among other things, these five syllables represent the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and space.
In yoga, this mantra is chanted during meditation in order to help realize the inner Self and possesses the qualities of prayer, divine love, grace, truth and blissfulness. It is also the initiation mantra of the Siddha yoga lineage.'

Yesterday i went to harvest some walnuts with my friend @mountainhigh.

Prasad is a gift given graciously and shared between the Divine and the individual(s) making the offering. At its essence, it symbolizes receiving and giving between the Divine and human — illustrating grace, divine love and connection.
Prasad is usually an edible gift used in Hindu worship and presented to a deity. The deity blesses the gift and then shares it with those making the offering, demonstrating grace and generosity between the Divine and humanity. Although this practice is often carried out with edible offerings, other material items can be used as well.

I have only recently begun to offer Prasad having learned in more detail from a dear friend who came to stay. I offer the food (a small plate of the food i have prepared) to Krishna, and chant the Maha Mantra for a few minutes (as shown in the video), then wait another five minutes before beginiing to eat.
Prasadam is the remnants of something that has been prepared for the pleasure of Krishna with love and offered to Him for His enjoyment. Because Krishna has tasted it or enjoyed it prasadam is not a material thing. Once Krishna tastes something it becomes transcendental. Krishna and Krishna prasadam is non-different. That means for example you can get the same benefits by honoring Krishna prasadam (eating Krishna prasadam, but devotees don’t say “eating prasadam”–it is honoring prasadam or respecting prasadam) as you could get by being personally present with Krishna face-to-face. Prasadam is so powerful.

This is one of the mantras i sometimes sing after my morning meditation and yoga practice, but i hadn't sung it for a while.
This afternoon i sat down between the pear trees in my garden, preparing to record something else (which requires sime vulnerability and courage from me), then i decided to chant Maha mantra to help me prepare. But instead i spontaneously began to sing this. As i had tripod and camera set up, i stopped singing, pressed record and began again.
i learned this song from the album Let Nothing Remain by Omkara.
The Bhagavan to whom it is refers (not that there is more than one) is Sri Ramana Maharshi. Despite having left his body many years ago, thousands still visit the Ramana ashram in Tiruvanamalai in India, where he is still present.

Another song/mantra i often sing in the mornings after my meditation and yoga practice.
This is a "Christian" song which i learned several years ago when in Mexico.
Although brought up as a Catholic, i rejected religion when i was 16 and no longer made to go to church.
However, in Mexico i met a former gangster and professional boxer turned Christian evangalist, who persuaded me to attend a mens bible study group once a week.
I found the people to be nice guys, and not too dogmatic. I especially liked the pastor, James who was open beyond the Christian dogma whenever i offered some of my alternative "spiritual" views.
Before each meeting James would get out his guitar and we would sing. Hence, i know & like a lot several Christian songs. More to follow.

I usually sing matras following my morning practice of meditation and Kundalini yoga. Today as it is SriKrishna Jayanti, celebration of the birthday of Lord Krsna, i thought i would record myself chanting the Maha Mantra.
