Somah is an Ayurvedic practitioner, Essential oil importer and Vedic (sidereal) Astrologist.

She grew up as an International Professional Figure Skater, “Tracy Shulman” competing and performing around the world. She then coached elite athletes and basic beginners, for 20+ years. Working with mind/body was always a passion. She entered the world of yoga in 1997 and noticed the benefits psychologically and physically.

Life shifts brought her to India in 2011 and expanded her fascination into Ayurvedic medicine. “The Science of Life”. That path was deep into the Himalayans months at a time, learning about rare herbs and visiting essential oil distilleries. She formed Savitur Botanicals in 2014, with direct farming agreements and importing biodynamic Essential oils, carriers and hydrosols.

Continuing her studies into Jyotish/Vedic astrology along with guiding others in their travels through out the world for soulful journeys, Somah included attending private distillations, with her groups. Post COVID her E-200 RYT/ 500 RYT became small and privately offered. Contact her for customized learning or one to one consultations and readings. A note from our guest:
I use my Yoga Teacher Training, Life Coaching, Breathwork, and Mental Health training to put myself back on track.  By showing the process as normal, and helping my brothers and sisters to see that it is ok to be a mess, I give unconscious permission to others, to begin their own process of healing.  I am confident that I will heal from old injuries, as I have already come this far.  We have helped thousands with our nonprofit.

About Jack -
For years Jack pondered the slow pace of traditional healing. Very slow and expensive. He thought there must be a better way. He found those ways in modalities that worked with our Spiritual natures and energy.

Working at an energetic level regarding our challenges and struggles brings more effective change.

So Jack began studying various forms of healing that accessed our Spiritual natures & our energy. Two of the most profound healing tools Jack came across are Holotropic Breathwork and Family Constellation work. Jack learned them both and now works almost exclusively with Family Constellations.

Constellations are a tool that allow us to SHIFT the energetic patterns that live within our body. The particular focus of this modality are the patterns and wounds we've inherited from our ancestry. Many times the depression, the rage, the inability to open our hearts and love or attract a healthy partner are rooted in Family trauma and what happened to our people has been generationally passed down to us.

We can work energetically to heal these patterns.

If you have struggled with something for 10-20 years and STILL have not got the results/change you want, reach out - come experience Family Constellation work.
