Ya falta menos para que finalice la primera edición del concurso Hive's Top Model 2023, han sido meses de arduo trabajo tanto para el equipo organizador como para cada una de las participantes. Hemos llegado a mayo el último mes de retos y estamos muy felices de ver toda la evolución y crecimiento que han tenido todas las concursantes. Semana tras semana dando lo mejor de sí en cada reto. Estamos más cerca de la recta final, por lo que cada vez seremos más exigentes, estaremos atentas a cada detalle para poder hacer una evaluación equitativa y justa en cada una de las entradas.

La temática para este último mes de concurso está inspirada en nuestra querida Blockchain HIVE. Una de las razones para realizar este concurso fue proyectar Hive en distintas redes de la Web2, además de atraer personas a nuestra blockchain y hemos superado nuestras expectativas con respecto a este objetivo, ¡Vamos por más!

Estamos preparando algo especial para la Gran Final del concurso así que nos podríamos extender hasta el mes de junio para conocer a la ganadora del concurso.

Diviértanse, tomen esta oportunidad para mostrar su talento y creatividad y asegúrense de disfrutar el proceso y la experiencia en general.

Recuerden: El concurso tiene una duración de 3 meses (marzo, abril y mayo). A cada mes se le asigna una temática la cual está constituida por retos que las participantes deberán cumplir según las indicaciones expresadas en cada post.

Cada participación será evaluada por el jurado compuesto por el equipo de @hiveredcarpet y se le otorgará una puntuación del 1 al 10, siendo 10 el máximo puntaje. Cada puntuación obtenida se irá sumando progresivamente hasta La gran final del concurso.

Como mencionamos en el post del anuncio principal, los puntos de los retos se irán sumando cada mes hasta el mes de mayo. Al finalizar mayo se cerrará el ciclo de retos y se pasará a "La Gran Final" donde participarán solo el TOP 10 de participantes con mayor puntuación acumulada hasta ese momento. En este Post se indica como serán sumados los puntos obtenidos en dinámicas especiales.

La participante con mayor puntuación en la Gran final será nombrada "Hive's top model 2023". En caso de haber un empate el jurado determinará la forma en que se realizará el desempate. Las participantes también competirán por el título de "Hive's top model social media" y "Liketu top model", para las cuales se tomarán en cuenta los puntos acumulados y algunos retos especiales.

La dinámica para La Gran Final se anunciará en el momento pertinente.

Realiza un Short Creativo (video) desde la comunidad Hive's Red Carpet (No desde 3short, cuidado) y súbelo a través de 3speak.tv, en el video debes responder de la manera que gustes la siguiente pregunta: ¿Qué es Hive para ti y cómo crees que puede revolucionar el mundo?, Puedes inspirar tu atuendo en la temática: "Hive", trata de mostrar algo que no hayas usado en retos anteriores. Tienes plena libertad creativa para cumplir este reto, siempre y cuando, aparezcas en el video y no infrinjas las reglas de Hive, (inspírate en videos cortos como reels y tiktoks, los cuales pudiesen ser dinámicos y llamativos para promover Hive en la web2).

Importante:

Ha concluido el primer mes de nuestro concurso, el primer concurso de Moda y pasarela de WEB3, saber que formamos parte de esta experiencia nos hace sentir orgullosas ya que somos constructoras pioneras dentro del mundo blockchain.

Muchos desafíos para todas este mes, en cada semana las participantes demostraron que tienen la capacidad de superarse cada día, no ha sido fácil para el jurado evaluar y colocar los puntajes, ya que cada una ha mostrado desde su originalidad mucha calidad, y las felicitamos por ello.

Por otro lado queremos agradecer a quienes desde el primer momento han apostado a este evento, es nuestra primera experiencia y estamos aprendiendo en el proceso muchas cosas, estamos seguras que al terminar todas lograremos un gran aprendizaje y seremos unas hivers destacadas en todos los sentidos así como mejores seres humanos.

En otro orden de ideas, obviamente al ser un concurso hay puntajes, y es natural que muchas veces no estemos de acuerdo con algunos resultados, en este particular nos sentimos orgullosas de que las participantes han sabido asumir y manejar esta parte con gran madurez, como un proceso para crecer y fortalecer sus aptitudes.

Las chicas que hicieron la dinámica al inicio sus puntos serán sumados en el último mes de retos (Mayo). Igual que cualquier otro puntaje ganado en dinámicas especiales en el caso de haberlas. Por otro lado la forma de sumarlo será la siguiente: ejemplo: dinámica especial 2 ptos + mes Marzo (8 ptos) + mes Abril (8ptos) + mes Mayo (8ptos) = 26 / 3 = 8.6 ptos (osea, se suman los puntos especiales a los tres puntajes de cada mes pero se divide entre 3 ) .

Como mencionamos en el post del anuncio principal, los puntos de los retos se irán sumando cada mes hasta el Mes de Mayo. Al finalizar Mayo se cerrará el ciclo de retos y se pasará a "La Gran Final" donde participarán sólo el TOP 10 de participantes con mayor puntuación acumulada hasta ese momento. La dinámica para La Gran Final se anunciará en el momento pertinente.

We anticipate that April will fill our red carpet with style and glamour and we are sure that each of the participants will give their best to face each of the challenges of this new month, in which GLAM will be the protagonist.

We are closer to the final stretch, so we will be more and more demanding, we will be attentive to every detail and now you will have 6 days to complete each of the challenges. But don't worry, you all have the qualities and skills to successfully complete each one of them.

Remember: The contest lasts for 3 months (March, April and May). Each month is assigned a theme which is made up of 3 challenges, which the participants must complete, according to the indications expressed in the announcement post, before the end of each month.

Each participation will be evaluated by the jury composed of the @hiveredcarpet team and will be given a score from 1 to 10, with 10 being the maximum score. The results for the month of April will be announced during the first week of May and at the end of each challenge, the jury team will make a post with the weekly results.

Para próximos retos les sugieron que se centren más en la deconstrucción de su atuendo, que hablen de lo que las llevó a elegirlo y lo que representa; a su vez les recomiendo darle el mismo nivel de importancia a cada outfit que utilicen en caso de que usen varios en el post y que en al menos una de las fotografías se aprecie el atuendo completo para poder evaluarlo en su totalidad.Saray @iamsarayDurante esta semana, he observado una gran cantidad de chicas creativas, hermosas, carismáticas y perfectamente únicas, estoy muy orgullosa del gran desempeño de nuestras participantes porque la belleza se convirtió en algo más allá que una simple foto. Metodología

Se asignará una temática para cada mes y se realizará un post detallando tres (3) retos que cada participante deberá realizar durante el mes, cada reto tendrá una puntación. El primer post será compartido durante la primera semana del mes de marzo.

El jurado compuesto por el equipo de @hiveredcarpet evaluará los post de los aspirantes, les asignará una puntuación y presentará los resultados en un post semanal y otro mensual. Los puntajes serán acumulativos hasta la premiación final. En caso de haber un empate el jurado anunciará los parámetros para realizar el desempate.

Premiación

Al momento de este lanzamiento la cantidad de los premios en liquido se reflejan dependiendo de la cantidad del patrocinio recibido, sin embargo esto puede aumentar en la medida en que los patrocinadores vayan transfiriendo sus aportes.

The time has come. An event unique in its type, we are talking about the first edition of Hive's TOP Model. During this event we will bestow the title of "Hive's TOP Model" in different categories among three female winners.

Aesthetics, communication, fashion and runway will be your allies along the red carpet towards the path to the crown of the first Hive's TOP Model.

What are the requirements to participate?

Any girl, regardless of their age, with a Hive account can participate. If someone outside de Blockchain wants to enroll in the contest, Hive's Red Carpet's team will help them create their account.

How can I participate?

Aspirants must share a 3speak video on the HIVE'S RED CARPET community to validate their enrollment. They will have from February 16th to February 28th to do so. Once their enrollment has been validated they will be added to a telegram group and will gain access to a closed channel in our discord server where they will receive the support of the organizing team, who will be there to answer any questions that arise.

The Contest

At the beginning of each month a theme will be selected and a post issued to explain the challenges the participants must face during that month of the contest. Each challenge will award a certain amount of points. The first post of this kind will be issued during the first week of March.

The team of @hiveredcarpet will judge the posts from the aspirants and will assign the score. The results will be shown on a weekly post and the leaderboard in a monthly post. 1-. FUENTES: Las fuentes SIEMPRE deben ser citadas correctamente. Es decir, ubicar:

Nombre/ Autor
Link de ubicación (o en su defecto mencionar dónde se encuentra el recurso utilizado)

Para las fuentes es importante que los recursos que utilicemos en nuestras publicaciones sean LIBRES DE DERECHO DE AUTOR. Las fuentes son el lugar donde encontramos los recursos como: Textos, imágenes, videos, fotos, músicas y más. La fuente nos llevará al lugar donde está dicha información.

1.1-. ¿CÓMO CITAR FUENTE DE IMÁGENES? Lo primero que hay que hacer es ubicar imágenes que sean libres de derecho de autor. Por eso promovemos el uso de banco de fotos y videos sin copyright como:

Hay muchas más, recomendamos buscar y si conoces otros bancos de imágenes puedes escribirlo en los comentarios.

En Pixabay también podremos encontrar música y videos de libre uso. Mientras que en Pexels solo encontraremos imágenes y videos.

Para colocar una imagen de libre uso hacemos lo siguiente: Copiar el link de la imagen y pegarlo en tu post. O descargar la imagen y subirla.

El link va a ser la FUENTE donde podemos encontrar la imagen. Pero no queremos la fuente de la página web, porque hay sitios en los que la foto/imagen se encuentra muy abajo. Queremos la fuente directa que nos lleve al recurso mencionado. Como lo verán en el ejemplo.

Para citar la FUENTE, podemos aplicar el siguiente código: Escribir la información o descripción de la foto | Fuente de imagen

EJEMPLO:

Y así se verá para ti:

Normalmente en esta página cuando se descarga la imagen, aparece un link que podemos copiar y pegar para reconocer al autor de la foto.

Esta es una explicación básica y un poco estética para citar las fuentes de las imágenes. Sin embargo hay muchas versiones de esto. Por ejemplo:

Sabemos que en el mundo de la moda, buscamos inspiración de artistas. Pero entre una de las características para citar una imagen, por ejemplo, de algún artista: lo importante es que no tengan marcas de agua. Las marcas de agua normalmente las colocan los autores de las fotos para poder proteger su imagen y alertar que tienen derecho de autor.

Si la imagen de ejemplo que hemos usado, la encontrarámos así con marca de agua:

Eso nos indicaría que NO LA PODEMOS USAR. Recordemos que nosotros en #hive monetizamos. Y lo ideal sería MONETIZAR CON CONTENIDO ORIGINAL.

Estos ejemplos mencionados son aplicables a los videos también, con la diferencia de que el video sí debe descargarse en tun pc. Y posteriormente si lo utilizaras para video, solo debes indicarlo en el post.

1.1.1-. ¿QUÉ HACER SI LAS IMÁGENES SON PROPIAS? Si las fotos son tuyas, puedes indicarlo de la forma que quieras. Lo más recomendable sería señalar, entonces, si esas fotografías fueron publicadas antes.

1.2-. ¿QUÉ MÚSICA PUEDO USAR EN MIS VIDEOS? En toda la plataforma encontraremos diferentes guías o post de orientación sobre el tema. Nosotras desde acá podemos explicarles algunas nociones básicas. Y la principal sería:

NO USAR MÚSICA CON DERECHOS DE AUTOR ❌

1.2.1-. ¿DÓNDE PUEDO ENCONTRAR MÚSICA DE LIBRE USO O SIN COPYRIGHT? Como lo mencionamos antes en PIXABAY podemos encontrar música de libre uso. En esta página, también nos dejan un link que podemos pegar en el post para reconocer al autor de la música.

Además en Youtube también podemos encontrar música sin copyright. Pero quizás en otra ocasión podamos hacer una guía sobre este tema en específico con nuestras experiencia buscando música sin copyright. Mientras pueden escuchar las recomenadaciones del siguiente post:

2-. ESTÉTICA Algunos consejos que podemos darles:

Cuidar la iluminación y el sonido ✔
Organizar la información que quieres entregar ✔

Para los textos:

Cuidar la gramática, ortografía y coherencia del texto ✔
Aplicar formatos que ayuden al lector a leer (valga la redundacia) sin problemas ✔
Si haces un parafraseo, indicar fuentes ✔
Colocar imágenes acorde a tu tema, siguiendo las recomendaciones dadas ✔

3-. LAS ETIQUETAS Las etiquetas son fundamentales para visualizar y encontrar las publicaciones más fácilmente. El consejo principal es que las etiquetas estén orientadas sobre el tema. Es decir el nicho de la publicación. ¿Nuestro nicho cuál es? MODA.

Así que un post que tenga entre sus etiquetas:

No recomendamos el uso de etiquetas que lleven el nombre de curadores, porque eso no los ayuda a que sus post sean alcanzados por ellos y más bien es contraproducente. 1-. SOURCES: Sources should ALWAYS be properly cited. That is, locate:

Name/ Author
Location link (or otherwise mention where the resource used is located).

For sources it is important that the resources we use in our publications are COPYRIGHT FREE. The sources are the place where we find the resources such as: texts, images, videos, photos, music and more. The source will take us to the place where this information is.

1.1-. HOW TO CITE SOURCE OF IMAGES? The first thing to do is to locate images that are free of copyright. That is why we promote the use of copyright-free photo and video banks such as:

📌Pexels
There are many more, we recommend searching and if you know other image banks you can write it in the comments.

In Pixabay we can also find music and videos for free use. While in Pexels we will only find images and videos.

To place an image of free use we do the following: Copy the link of the image and paste it in your post. Or download the image and upload it.

The link is going to be the SOURCE where we can find the image. But we don't want the source of the web page, because there are sites where the photo/image is very far down. We want the direct source that takes us to the mentioned resource. As you will see in the example.

To cite the SOURCE, we can apply the following code:

Normally on this page when the image is downloaded, a link appears that can be copied and pasted to recognize the author of the photo.

This is a basic and somewhat aesthetic explanation for citing image sources. However there are many versions of this. For example:

We know that in the fashion world, we look for inspiration from artists. But among one of the characteristics to quote an image, for example, of an artist: the important thing is that they do not have watermarks. Watermarks are usually placed by the authors of the photos in order to protect their image and alert that they are copyrighted.

1.2.1-. WHERE CAN I FIND FREE OR NON-COPYRIGHTED MUSIC? As we mentioned before in PIXABAY we can find free use music. On this page, they also leave us a link that we can paste in the post to recognize the author of the music.

Also in Youtube we can also find music without copyright. But maybe another time we can make a guide on this specific topic with our experience looking for copyright free music. In the meantime you can listen to the recommendations in the following post:

2-. AESTHETICS Some tips we can give you:

Take care of lighting and sound ✔.
Organize the information you want to deliver ✔.
Cite the sources of the resources used: images, videos, music ✔.

For texts:

Take care of the grammar, spelling and coherence of the text ✔
Apply formatting that helps the reader to read (pun intended) without any problems ✔
If you make a paraphrase, indicate sources ✔
Place images according to your topic, following the recommendations given ✔

3-. LABELS

Tags are essential to visualize and find publications more easily. The main advice is that the tags should be oriented on the topic, i.e. the niche of the publication. That is to say, the niche of the publication. What is our niche? FASHION.
