I think it worked! I'm doing some more tests.
Here's how I podcast from my MSN Space 1. First, I link to an audio or video file that I've created (and possibly hosted anywhere online) and add the html tag rel=enclosures. A link would look like this (angle brackets removed): [a href=http://somewebsite.com/file.mp3 rel=enclosure]
- Second, I create an account at Feedburner and create a new feed there with the SmartCast option turned ON.
FeedBurner wants to know the feed address for my site. In this example for MSN Spaces, it is the link that is returned when you click on Syndicate this site up at the top of MSN Spaces blogs. That URL is http://spaces.msn.com/members/ericrice/feed.rss (Note: your MSN Space URL is the same, except instead of 'ericrice', you would type your MSN Space name.
After I give that address to FeedBurner, they will give me a new feed address to share with everyone. In the case of THIS blog at MSN Spaces, the address I have to tell everyone about is the following: http://feeds.feedburner.com/spacespodcast

This week I had a 'normal' radioshow for DFM RTV Int. (http://dfm.nu) with my homegrown soundscapes and music. And like I promised with embedded Paris sounds. If you like be live on the radioshow; I'm doing the show every thursday from 22:00 till 24:00 (GMT +1). You only have to visit http://dfm.nu to find a link to the livestream and chat. Maybe'll see you next time on the chatchannel. And no surprise of course, but my nickname on that is 'Zebra404'.
Well that was really something last week. Ofcourse I did prepare my show wich was the last one for februari and I would have play FreeMusic from garageband.com for the last time. But on that same moment there was a live event going on in Enschede that was broadcasted live by DFM. So when I started my show I noticed that nobody could listen my show. The operator from DFM really did the best he could to broadcast my show on a another stream but there were some datatraffic problems too so... To keep a long story short; I went to Paris and I did that show from last week today. That will give me another week to finish working on the soundscapes I recorded on my short vacation in Paris. You will hear that stuff next week. Meanwhile you can listen to this show. Stay tuned!
And again this week there's plenty of freemusic to listen to. I think februari will be the month of free music. Meanwhile I'm making some music myself but you'll listen to that stuff next month. Hope you can wait for that and that you'll enjoy this show
Still did not any time to make new music this week. So this week I did ANOTHER show with music from all over the world wich I found from the freemusic circuit. Lots of great music form different artists and bands. There's still enough to enjoy this week. So I hope you will. See you next week
I had my performance for DFM RTV Int. (http://dfm.nu) on this thursday from 22:00 till 24:00 (GMT +1). This week I decided to have a different show as normally. For this week I didn;t play soundstuff of myself but just cool free music wich I found on garageband.com. This is a great place to find lots of music for free in all kind of styles. For me this show was a nice variation. Hope you'll like it too.
