Through education, she learned what foods worked for her. More specifically, whole, complete foods that aren't processed or sprayed with chemicals. Much of food her family eats is right from the backyard, or harvesting wild game. She is using her platform to educate and make people aware that they do not have to suffer with digestive and other diseases that have been brought on by the foods produced with factory farms and processed/packaged foods. In this episode, I speak with Jared Frasier. He is the Execute officer of a non-profit conservation organization called, 2% For Conservation. They certify businesses and individuals who give 1% of their time, and donate 1% to their chosen charity(ies). Jared goes into detail on how to get involved. It doesn't take much of your time or your money. Think about it: this is a positive way to give back to the land we love. Be it private or public land. I definitely learned quite a bit and realize, I have to do more than just use the land. Its a very informative episode on how you can make a difference. Enjoy!

David Harrison was a stand out basketball player, McDonald's High School All-American who played his college ball at the University of Colorado. Go BUFFS! He was so good, the Indiana Pacers chose him as their first round draft pick in the 2004 NBA draft. His professional career didn't go as he had hoped. From the "Malice at the Palace", to drug issues - marijuana, to be exact. Which in today's world, would have been laughed it.
We talk about his highs, and his definite lows. To where he is at now in life. David is a sweet guy. He really is. You see this 7 foot giant who just wins you over with his smile, and his intellect. I am proud to call him my friend. Enjoy!

Listen as I chat with Scott Stone. Scott is a photographer who specializes in photographing wildlife, nature and landscapes. He has an eye for the beauty that nature gives us. Which he captures on film. But, his real passion is spending summers guiding wildlife photographers to photograph the Alaskan Brown Bears. Prepare yourself for an education on bear behavior, and what it is like to be up close, and I mean CLOSE, and personal to these bears. Enjoy!
