Manifesting is often described as “if you think hard enough of it, eventually it will come.” Yet, if manifesting was thát easy, many people would have a red Ferrari standing on the driveway and flying around in private jets. But at the same time, the idea behind it is technically accurate.

Manifesting can be boiled down to one simple explanation; turning dreams, desires, or aspirations into reality. In this episode, we’ll go over the do’s and don’ts. But more importantly, you will get to know the #1 secret that makes all the necessary steps actually work.

This episode is the 2nd of the Gratitude Series.

Today I’ll talk about:

  • Law of attraction
  • Why not to use the word….’not’
  • Why manifesting works for everybody

The body…. the ultimate symbol of who we are, our identity, and the proof of our existence. How many times we’ve heard athletes say after an injury “that the body decided to stop working” So it is safe to assume that the body is thé single most important thing that we have.

Daily we do nearly everything for it (even killing if necessary). Logic because who wants to look bad, worn out, or worse: weak? So we seek our refuge in fillers, pills, and what more to make it look as good as possible. After all, “Our Body Is Our Temple,” right?

But what if it isn’t? What if our body is not that important and just a means or an expression (of love)? It is not our body that matters and calling the shots. We matter and we call the shots, not the other way around!

In today’s episode, I explain how our body is a temple that needs caring. Just not the paint on the wall. More because of all the treasures she keeps safe in store for us. Today’s episode might be the start to have a change of thoughts about HOW to treat your temple and what this means for your joyfulness and life.

“Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but it is the parent of all virtues,” Cicero. Then why should people take a look at gratitude when bad luck strikes? No, not to be thankful because of what happens to them. But because maybe gratitude will help to change the outcome in future bad-luck-strikes.

No more, “that happens always to me”, “that happens to me again”, or that niggling belief that bad things always happen in threes.

For anyone who wants to change things for the better, there are many ways to go. Yet the best, and most simple way to accomplish this is gratitude!

In today’s episode, I talk about the practical side of gratitude. Why it is the #1 abundance magnet, and so important. But also what is gratitude, how to do it, and what that might mean for your life. But gratitude does sooooo much more than “just” being the #1 abundance magnet. That is why today’s episode is the first one of a series about gratitude.

Today I’ll talk about: * Gratitude * An easy way to change the direction of energy * Why ditch the word ‘NOT’

A new gadget, a KitchenAid, is the reason for today’s episode. Because living with an in Switzerland certified Holistic Health Professional nutrition and cooking becomes so much more than just “a meal.” It is absolutely NOT about (to be) vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, or even the occasional hamburger. It’s all about the joy of creativity, being, or becoming aware of what to goes into the body and having fun.

There are so much more reasons to start cooking fresh. Besides the obvious ones, health, etc., one reason is probably the most controversial and misconception one. Join in, have fun and see how this can fit in your lifestyle also

Today I’ll talk about: * why cooking is being creative * how to improve self-esteem, innovativeness and opportunity-based thinking * what this could mean for you

Eisenhower said, “I think that people want peace so much that one of these days government had better get out of their way and let them have it.” Imagine stretching Eisenhower’s wise words not just to (inner) peace, but also to success! Today’s episode is about peace, both internal- as world peace and success. The key to succeeding both at the same time: Joy!

Joy is one of those things in life that is so easily taken for granted. Unfortunately! Despite the general idea that it is something that comes and goes, like sand slipping through fingers. It is something so much more! Particular in today’s world, there is a desperate need for joy. Not just because the world needs it. But every day, more and more people start to realize that joy is the #1 key to success. Success in their professional life, private life, or love life. And the best part? It doesn’t require any effort to get it…

Today I’ll talk about: * Joy as thriving force * JoyValues * To live joy as what we are * Sharing and/or giving your talent

Decades of research on joy, or better said, how to get it, are boiled up into a few things. One of those things is gratitude. Only recently we start to understand that joy isn’t only something we can experience but is what we are. And yet, one way or the other, joy is something (if not the thing) that is easily taken for granted. Does that mean we take ourselves that for granted, that we simply have forgotten how to live joy, or is it something that doesn’t come naturally?

The problem is that our negative experiences in life, like disappointments, regrets, and fear, sometimes occupy our attention more than the positive experiences. And it’s known that where attention flows – grows. So to make sure our attention shifts from the negative to the positive, we need to develop an outlook, attitude that recognize the good things automatically. Gratitude is known as one of the best and fastest ways to live in joy again.

If talking about a particular experience, there is that point of reference “before 2020 and after…” And no matter what kind of one’s point of view someone has, or what kind of opinion about this whole situation, we all have to deal with it. Liking it, or not. But what if we turn this entire situation around Covid, mainly the tight grip we are experiencing, to our advance?

If there is something to learn from Covid in general, it probably is that we’ve taken life for granted, that it can change overnight! Lately, more than ever, I recall some of the most intimate conversations I had with people passing or in transition (depending on someone’s believes). Whatever it is called, these people’s insides and valuable lessons had for me I consider as priceless. Without regrets or remorse, they’d wish they had done two things more often: saying “I love you” to their loved ones. And leaving the past in the past instead of dragging it with them. Allowing it to ruin significant parts of their daily life.

Today I’ll talk about: * What has cooking from the trashcan to do with the choices/decisions we make… * So-called Hallmark quotes * How just 30 seconds in the morning can change a whole day

Most of the time, when talking about creativity, we think that it has only something to do with a visual expression like drawing, painting, sculpting, dancing, writing, etc. But there is also the auditory or acoustical form of expression like playing the piano, guitar or singing, etc. Nevertheless, most of think, “You have it, or you don’t!” Therefore we decline creativity very easily.

True, we might not be all Rembrandt, Picasso, Mozart, The Beatles, Fred Astair, Steven Spielberg, Michael Jackson, or Roger Federer (yes, he’s an artist too). However, YouTube, Facebook, Soundcloud, and other multimedia platforms have clearly proven that creativity does not stop with a few. Indeed, we are all creative.

Creativity is more, much more. It is one of the few ways that allow us to stand out in the herd, to demonstrate our uniqueness. But more importantly, it is what makes us invaluable. Important beyond imagination!

Things you’ll learn today: * Why we are important * Why creativity is a key element for joyfulness * Why it’s essential to be proud of our uniqueness

How to discover Joy Values

We can be of many things uncertain in life, yet we all will agree upon one thing. Children until a certain age are wild and are definitely not afraid to play!

It’s known, and a fact, that when we, as adults, look at children and watch them play, we sense their “wildness” and freedom. They often run around, jump, fall (get up), and climb on everything their eye catches. Their energy is endless. They live like there is no tomorrow. More often than not, watching children play brings a smile to the faces of most of us inevitably. And why shouldn’t it? What happens are two things: the first thing is, it reminds us how beautiful life actually is and how much we would like to experience that feeling again. And the second thing that happens is their joy; it radiates upon us.

Freedom is Joyfulness, and Joyfulness is Freedom. These two cannot be seen separately. What does it mean when someone says,; freedom is Joyfulness or, Joyfulness is freedom? True freedom comes from within, so does Joyfulness. To life one, we need to be the other. Today’s episode is about being and living what we are: joy, freedom, and not afraid to play!

Things you’ll learn today: * Why Freedom is Joyfulness (and vice versa) * What we can do radiate joy onto others * How not to be afraid (anymore) to play

Everyone who has ever moved knows how exhausting this is. Starting as early as possible, and by the time the clock hits 19.00 hours, we only want it to be over. Maybe a soda or a beer afterward, but that is for about it. So what about when moving could give energy? Imagine what that could do for your professional life or your family life. Joy is what we are, but we need the energy to express it. Natural Excercise is the physical gateway to get it.

In this episode, I explain other ways to approach food, why you might consider it, what food is to Smart Nourishment, how to do it, and what it will not only do for your health and (of course…) joyfulness. The American Author Leo Buscaglia’s (Dr. Love) said that “Your Talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God.” Taking a look at famous athletes, singers/songwriters, actors, etc., most have a good idea of why it is nice to have talent, right? So why can it make someone totally unhappy? In today’s episode, the first of two, I talk about talent, expressing uniqueness, purpose, and how this all related to Joyfulness and what you can do to get it.
