The number of limitations within stereotypical environments are ground breaking.
Did you know that( a huge percentage of dysfunctional behaviors in individuals are caused by negative stereotypes)?
Stereotypes are one of the main reasons why people struggle to find themselves as well as their ways in a certain environment.
Being expected to behave or act a certain way based on where you come from, what you look like, what you believe in, or even your gender rather than who you are is an awful experience but unfortunately the daily reality of so many people.

Could things be the way they are because of the way you are? What one thing can you improve on that will turn things around for good?
We often beat ourselves up for screwing things up, we blame everything and the devil, to begin with. What we fail to take into account is this: what if I was not ready for it? What if I didn't have the capacity to carry it through and forth?
Could it be that I lost my blessing because I didn't know how to sustain and mature it?
There is value in self-analyzing and questioning when such things happen rather than focusing on outside factors, we should look within and spot what needs to be worked on.
Not only do you grow by doing so, but you set yourself to be ready and in the capacity to handle, sustain and mature whatever opportunity may come your way next.
Opportunities will come, you will only make good use of them when you are in a state of readiness.
Remember this, it is a matter of thought process; always has and always will.

My friend Ayla said and I quote: << Anything can be offensive to anyone who is ready to be offended>>
Ever felt like you were walking on eggshells every time you would engage in a conversation with someone? That is because you know just anything could set them off.
People indeed are walking around these days looking for what they will find offensive. Society has cautioned and encouraged that through the large number of communication filters added to the interactions we may have with each other.
People grew allergic to what's real, to being called out on their B.S or their actions; they grew allergic to the truth they are told or better yet what they need to hear rather than what is a sweet melody to their ears.
Now that is one of the growing cancer of nowadays society, one that so many entrench themselves in.

We are about to step into 2022, and for that reason, there are a few things that need to be clear.
Now let's talk about age; how many times was your age used against you? How many times were you disqualified for a job or a promotion because of your age? How many times was your heartbroken, using age as an excuse?
You see whether its because you are too young or too old as they call it, it's not actually about you, it's a reflection of their insecurities and inability to handle what you have to bring on the table, better yet it's a way of holding you back, stopping you or simply an excuse not to give you what you deserve, what is yours.
It has become such a paradigm and my advice to you is, as you step into your new year, unlearn all those lies you were told about age. You are not too young nor too old to achieve anything you know and have proven yourself to be able to achieve.
If kingdoms were ruled in the past by kings and queens younger than 18years old, don't let anybody tell you that you shouldn't take your life seriously nor be responsible unless you are past your 30's, that's a projection of man's insecurities and frankly, those who failed at achieving themselves at that age.
You need to understand that for some if they had their breakthrough at 40yrs, they will impose it on whoever they can to have the same process.
Now if you are past your youth days and someone comes to you saying that you are too old for this and that! Well, listening to them will be the quickest way to hurt your thought process. Now listen, if your mind could conceive it at 30, go ahead and go for it. If you find love at 40, go ahead and go for it. If you love watching animés at 50, go ahead and have an amazing time at it. Do not allow bitter and stuck-up people to stop you from living your best life which by the way, can be lived at just any age.
That being said, this is my new year message for you, 2021 had its loads of goods and lessons. I wish you all to step into 2022 bold and confident like never before and go after everything you know you can achieve, don't leave a stone unturned for you got the strength. Happy new year!

When people can no longer manipulate or take advantage of you, they will start calling you names.

Being there for others is a great thing, being there for yourself is even greater.
Living your best life every day is also being able to prioritize yourself, your dreams, and aspirations; not neglecting them.
Don't set yourself up for a future filled with bitterness and regrets. Say no when it's still relevant, say yes when you want to, and do you, because you need to.

Don’t get lobotomized into losing your humanity.
All these people out there preaching and teaching selfishness and bitterness, that’s not how we are supposed to be. The fact is, if we were, we would be happy but are they / we?
Have you noticed that whenever someone posts or talks about being selfish , self centred and not giving a f*ck about others , their speech is loaded with anger or bitterness?
As relatable as we may perceive such messages, perhaps due to the fact that they happen to pop up when we going through something, does that truly make one happy?
That might in the moment appease us but is that a productive thought process?
What is success without anyone to share it with?
When we speak from pain , it’s very powerful and because we go through pain sometimes, it even makes sense and we run with it.
That is not the same as speaking from a place of healing, ohh the message is much different and the emotional load within is more edifying and constructive.
Misery loves company , they say. If you preach or teach from a place of pain, then you should refrain for doing so until you reach that place of healing.
Whatever you do, ask yourself what makes you truly feel happy, what brings joy to your heart.
Money can be redeemed, not time nor people.
Beware

We all have a part of our story we don't read out loud.
Regardless of what the reason is, beware of how you tell your story. People are often listening when we think they aren't; what we went through, overcame, and telling today will impact others who are going through the same, or better yet, it will be a light of hope for someone who is still dealing with the trauma of a certain experience.

You don't have to choose between your looks or your brain.
That's purely a pressure and mindset placed out there by people with insecurities and fears of what they cannot handle.
Don't let anyone make you feel like you have to deem your looks or your genius just so they can feel comfortable around you.
Now don't get it twisted, growth is welcome, people will advise you on what you can work on to better yourself. But that is just that, better yourself rather than changing you into who or what they want you to be for them.
So beware, because not everyone has your best interests at heart, and you don't ever have to choose between your looks and brains, you are a full package and if that's too much for someone, that's theirs to deal with.

There's this post on LinkedIn that got people all worked up, the level of negativity people have within is really mind-blowing!
If you get to a level where seeing someone happy or being celebrated bothers you, you have to self-reflect and ask yourself why.
You do not have to personally know someone to celebrate them or learn from their victory; you don't need to be related to someone to show empathy either.
Instead of spreading hatred on positive and motivational posts, give attention to what you have going on that's eating you up from the inside.
Living your best life every day isn't about everything being okay, it's about being your best self, filling your thought process with what is edifying rather than degrading and negative.
It's deciding that no matter what we go through, there is hope for better days and that starts by holding as much positivity as we can on the way; till we reach where we aim to reach.

Have you ever felt like you were being cared for based on the idea of you rather than you?
The idea of you isn't what you project, but rather an idealized image of you that someone may construct in their mind and approach you with, care for, and even fall in love with.
The downside of that is the eventual realization that you may never live up to that image they have, and once that happens the nature of the interaction has little to no chances to go any further.
As painful as it is to go through that later phase, things can be worked on should both parties be willing to put in the effort otherwise it's fated.
The idea of someone isn't who they are, it's who you portray them to be, a picture you enforce on them and want them to live up to. That of course never goes anywhere because the moment they act themselves, you will feel a certain kind of way, that perfect image you had in mind will suddenly be shattered to pieces and everything you felt along.
It's unfortunate we can't predict how people will approach us nor can we be certain of knowing if whether they care for us for who we are or the idea of us.
Beware to watch how people relate to you, compromises are great, betterment of your thought process is great but what's not is trading your identity to fit in the canvas on someone's idea of you.

Ever asked yourself: What was I thinking?
Well, I know I sure did and I recall that not much came out of it if not undermining and minimizing my process, my old self, my yesterday self.
Life happens in stages, we manifest and grow likewise. Understanding that helps us get over the regrets or the anger towards the unconscious or ignorant acts of the past. There is no point being mad at your younger self for that is where your thought process was at, the same applies to whoever you may look at and think: What is he/she thinking?
Considering that the thought process isn't age-related, ask yourself if you were told what you know now back then, would you have been able to comprehend or process it?
That is due to the fact that your thought process was at a different stage. Give yourself a break on self beating up and focus on building a better you, using what you learned from those past experiences.
Elevate your thought process into understanding that neither your process nor someone else's gets to evolve overnight.
Honor your process, that is your narrative.

When you lost your job, you didn't give up on building up a career, you got out there and looked for a new job.
When you lost your business due to some reasons, you didn't give up on being an entrepreneur, you rose from your ashes as well.
When you lost your home, did you give up on living under a roof? No you didn't, you figured it out.
Why is it that you gave up on love because you got your heart broken?
Why do you hold back on caring for people and making new friendship because you were once betrayed?
These are all periphecies of life, if you can do it for certain things, you sure can do it for others.
Life has its ups and downs, they are inevitable so live your best life every day because you can, if you want to.

Time is either invested or wasted, the determining factor is often down to expectations.
Your expectations or the lack thereof will always justify the amount of time spent, in other words, invested or wasted.
Here are a few examples:
Would a farmer labour his lands and plant his seeds in the ground without expecting a harvest?
What sense would there be to be a farmer at all?
On that harvest day, the time spent labouring lands and planting seeds is surely considered as an investment.
Another example is, would you keep going to work every day whether you like it or not if there was no expectation of a remuneration?
Now let's talk about human relations, yes indeed the same applies. The time is either invested, justified by the expectations we have or wasted due to the lack thereof.
This paradigm of " You should not have expectations " is quite a popular one, dare I say the favourite speech of those who indulge in the art of wasting their time rather than investing it. That is of course their prerogative, it doesn't have to be yours so beware of what you are being told out here on these streets because people will tell you what's in their interests, not yours. The last time I checked, your expectation lies where your investment is and that's just that.
What will you do with your time?

Has anyone ever made you feel like you needed to be less of who you are just so they could feel better about themselves?
If yes, this is for you: Someone's insecurities are none of your business, at most you may advise them on how to deal with them otherwise it's theirs to deal with.
Most people nowadays go around making others feel uncomfortable based on their insecurities, instead of facing and overcoming them, they would make it others issues.
You should not allow that for you have a story too, you came from an insecure place as well. Getting over those is a choice, not always an easy one but nevertheless, one that has to be made.
To anyone dealing with insecurities, you got this, you can and you will overcome them. What you can't keep doing is expecting others to be less of themselves just so you can feel good about yourself.
Elevate your thought process, embrace the act of living your best life every day.

How often did you tell yourself " Ohh it's not gonna work" , it's too hard , I can't do this..?
How many times did you prove yourself wrong because for one reason or the other you just had to keep pushing?
The direction of your narrative depends on your level of resilience. Its all about how bad you want it , do you want it as bad as you wanna breathe ? If you do then you will enable yourself to get there, by adopting the not giving up thought process.
Difficulties are going to rise while on your way up, minus the ones you impose over yourself and you will be able to achieve even more.

Have you ever been hurt or perhaps felt so much emotional pain that you thought your heart was going to stop?
If you did, then congratulations for not staying at that low place, no matter how you got up, bravo on doing so. You see when you walk around being your best self, people think you have no issues, in fact, they will even assume that you might never have had it hard based on how you carry yourself. What they fail to understand is, we all have our highs and lows, and some of us understood that you do not have to let your lows define you. Just because you are going through a phase does not mean you have to look miserable or better yet be broken at all times. I mean that has become such a paradigm, when people see you smile they think you know nothing of the harshness of life, and when they don’t see you spend nor waste yourself in shallow things, they think you don’t know how to have fun or enjoy life. Little do they know that not only do you know of the harshness of life, you know how to have fun as well. Choosing how, where, and when to do so is however the difference between you and them. You embrace your days with the wisdom you got out of the hard times you went through, better yet overcame. Your strength came from enduring and your character got polished, grew in a defined and mature way.
Life is going to come at you, frankly, people will too. What you have to decide is if you will be a victor or a victim, do you want to just go through hard times or grow through them? It's up to the thought process you adopt, beware!

How familiar are you with "get over it", "it's not a big deal", "you taking this too serious", "just forget about it" ....?
You see too often we get told how we shouldn't feel, in fact, we get alienated, considered as weak for the sake of expressing or better yet acknowledging our feelings. For one reason or the other, we somehow found ways to put them behind us; well so to speak. It goes without saying that pilled up, unprocessed and undealt feelings never lead to something good, quite the opposite. Perhaps you aren't aware but down the highway to pretending not to feel awaits turmoil, confusion, depression as well as self-destructive behaviors. It is important to pay attention to what you feel, just as it is to deal with it.
