Yesterday was the first Sunday of May and as always, the first Sunday signifies Thanksgiving Sunday. In this video, I shared clips of different moments brought together by Thanksgiving praise. This video was edited and shot by @psalmmy264. Special thanks to him for capturing this moment.
I would also be sharing the worship sessions from last Sunday and this Thanksgiving Sunday. It is very powerful, which I would not want you guys to miss out on.
Here are some pictures I took after the service

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to record the praise section during church service. Although the video is only 3 minutes, it is very powerful. I hope you enjoy it as you listen.

The title of this wee is "Love" but this time, I chose a song that relates to heartbreak titled "Payphone" by Maroon 5. The song means that a man who was deeply in love and had invested a lot in his relationship was heartbroken; as said in a part of the lyrics "his love to borrow but you gave it away".
I hope you enjoy the guitar cover I played for this song.
Song LyricsI'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two
Yeah, I, I know it's hard to remember
The people we used to be
It's even harder to picture
That you're not here next to me
You say it's too late to make it
But is it too late to try
And in our time that you wasted
All of our bridges burned down
I've wasted my nights
You turned out the lights
Now I'm paralyzed
Still stuck in that time
When we called it love
But even the sun sets in paradise
I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two
If Happy Ever Afters did exist
I would still be holding you like this
All those fairy tales are full of shit
One more fucking love song, I'll be sick
Oh, you turned your back on tomorrow
'Cause you forgot yesterday
I gave you my love to borrow
But you just gave it away
You can't expect me to be fine
I don't expect you to care
I know I've said it before
But all of our bridges burned down
I've wasted my nights
You turned out the lights
Now I'm paralyzed
Still stuck in that time
When we called it love
But even the sun sets in paradise
I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two?
If Happy Ever Afters did exist
I would still be holding you like this
All those fairy tales are full of shit
One more fucking love song, I'll be sick
Now I'm at a payphone
Man, fuck that shit
I'll be out spending all this money
While you're sitting round wondering
Why it wasn't you who came up from nothing
Made it from the bottom
Now when you see me I'm stunting
And all of my cars start with a push of a button
Telling me the chances I blew up
Or whatever you call it
Switch the number to my phone
So you never could call it
Don't need my name on my show
You can tell it I'm ballin'
Swish, what a shame could have got picked
Had a really good game but you missed your last shot
So you talk about who you see at the top
Or what you could have saw but sad to say it's over for
Phantom pulled up valet open doors
Wished I'd go away, got what you was looking for
Now it's me who they want, so you can go and take
That little piece of shit with you
I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two
If Happy Ever Afters did exist
I would still be holding you like this
All those fairy tales are full of shit
One more fucking love song, I'll be sick
Now I'm at a payphone

The theme for this week is to play a song from the 1960's, so I chose to play one of my favourite songs, "Can't Help Falling in Love with You" by Elvis Presley.
I really enjoyed playing this song, and I hope you will definitely enjoy listening to it as well.
Song LyricsWise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can't help
Falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin?
If I can't help
Falling in love with you?
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help
Falling in love with you
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help
Falling in love with you
For I can't help
Falling in love with you

I played my guitar over the wonderful rendition of In Christ Alone by Adrienne. I got inspired to play this song during Easter period. I kept the video and waited to share it today.
LYRICS OF THE SONG In Christ alone my hope is found;
He is my light, my strength, my song;
This cornerstone, this solid ground,
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace,
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My comforter, my all in allβ
Here in the love of Christ I stand.
In Christ alone, Who took on flesh,
Fullness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness,
Scorned by the ones He came to save.
Till on that cross as Jesus died,
The wrath of God was satisfied;
For evβry sin on Him was laidβ
Here in the death of Christ I live.
There in the ground His body lay,
Light of the world by darkness slain;
Then bursting forth in glorious day,
Up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory,
Sinβs curse has lost its grip on me;
For I am His and He is mineβ
Bought with the precious blood of Christ.
No guilt in life, no fear in deathβ
This is the powβr of Christ in me;
From lifeβs first cry to final breath,
Jesus commands my destiny.
No powβr of hell, no scheme of man,
Can ever pluck me from His hand;
Till He returns or calls me homeβ
Here in the powβr of Christ Iβll stand.

Over two weeks ago i heard this song from a friend and I got to connect with it. It is a sad song about two people who know they can't be together but would they come together if the world was to end.
I played the song with my guitar, as that's the way i know how to sing and i hope you enjoy the song as I played.

"If the World Was Ending"
(feat. Julia Michaels)
I was distracted
And in traffic
I didn't feel it
When the earthquake happened
But it really got me thinkin'
Were you out drinkin'
Were you in the living room
Chillin' watchin' television
It's been a year now
Think I've figured out how
How to let you go and let communication die out
I know you know we know you weren't down for forever and it's fine
I know you know we know we weren't meant for each other and it's fine
But if the world was ending
You'd come over right
You'd come over and you'd stay the night
Would you love me for the hell of it
All our fears would be irrelevant
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
The sky'd be falling and I'd hold you tight
And there wouldn't be a reason why
We would even have to say goodbye
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
Right?
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
Right?
I tried to imagine
Your reaction
It didn't scare me when the earthquake happened
But it really got me thinkin'
That night we went drinkin'
Stumbled in the house
And didn't make it past the kitchen
Ah it's been a year now
Think I've figured out how
How to think about you without it rippin' my heart out
And I know you know we know you weren't down for forever and it's fine
I know you know we know we weren't meant for each other and it's fine
But if the world was ending
You'd come over right
You'd come over and you'd stay the night
Would you love me for the hell of it
All our fears would be irrelevant
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
The sky'd be falling while I'd hold you tight
No there wouldn't be a reason why
We would even have to say goodbye
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
You'd come over right
You'd come over, you'd come over, you'd come over right
I know you know we know you weren't down for forever and it's fine
I know you know we know we weren't meant for each other and it's fine
But if the world was ending
You'd come over right
You'd come over and you'd stay the night
Would you love me for the hell of it
All our fears would be irrelevant
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
The sky'd be falling while I'd hold you tight
No there wouldn't be a reason why
We would even have to say goodbye
If the world was ending
You'd come over right
You'd come over, you'd come over, you'd come over right
If the world was ending
You'd come over right

Hello dear community!
This is my first open mic entry in a long time. It would be over a year i made a video on Hive open mic. So today I decided to squeeze out time to record this video playing the bass guitar over this song Just the way you are by Bruno Mars
I heard a friend of mine listening to this song and at that moment I had a bass guitar in my room. I saw the opportunity to make a recording and share to this community.
I hope my entry is welcomed here...

Hello everyone, I welcome you to my musical haven!
This is my first time participating in the Vibes Web3 Music competition even after i have known about it since it's beginning. I had not just be chanced to make an entry but this week i had to make sure I participate.
Ww
In this video, I bring you into the the Amapiano Music, which is a popular type of music in Nigeria. I played my guitar over the song "Amapiano Praise" sang by the group of singers called "Spirit of Prophecy" SOP.
I hope you dance and enjoy my guitar lines as you watch my video. My acknowledgement goes to @lordbutterfly and his music team for hosting this musical Initiative.

Happy birthday to you, Olujay! I wish you the very best in life. I had been thinking about what I would give you as a birthday gift since the time you sent some money to my account for my birthday. I really didn't know what I would give you, then I got inspired to edit a video for you and play a game that I once played by a friend during my birthday some years ago.
So this is how the game would be played. I contacted a few friends of ours; all of them are on Hive. You met some of them on Hive, and you knew some of them before Hive. I told them to send a voice note to wish you a happy birthday, and you would have to guess the voice of the person wishing you according to how the voice is arranged.
If you get everything right, I would be giving you 70% of the post rewards, and if you do not, I would be giving you 50% of the post rewards. You have until the payout of this post to play the game. So you can take your time.
I wish you the best of luck, man! Happy birthday, and I hope you loved the video I edited.

Yesterday, January 24th, 2024, I turned 24 years old. I have asked many of my Hive friends to guess my age, and many think I am older. Moreover, there is no point in hiding my age, so this is why I am mentioning it now in this post.
OVERVIEW OF THE DAY
On my birthday, I did a few things which was launching a brand that produces educational contents on tech, productivity, finance and motivational. My friend took me out to eat a restaurant, hosted a twitter space, and was celebrated by few of my friends visited me in the evening of my birthday. I received two cakes as a birthday present, and a credit alert from my twin brother. The whole day was filled with wishes, prayers, and calls from friends and family.
THE LAUNCHING OF MY BRAND
The interesting thing about this day is that I launched a brand for content creation, which I titled Gifted Insights, and every piece of content I make from the brand will be published on @iam-gifted. Gifted Insights will not be a one-man thing, but I hope to build a team that will work with me to deliver valuable insights that are gifted, as the name implies.
You can check out the socials for the brand here: https://lintr.ee/giftedinsights
THE FIRST BIRTHDAY PRESENT
I woke up to a call from my longtime best friend of 11 years, who said he ordered a cake for me. He planned this with my childhood friend, whom I have also known for the same number of years. I was not expecting a birthday cake, and receiving a cake made the birthday aura.
| | | | --- | --- |
So this cake marked my first birthday present. It came along with small chops in a container, and I ate it before I remembered to take a picture of it.
| | | | --- | --- |
MY EAT OUT WITH MONIOLUWA
@monioluwa came around to visit me early in the morning, and we talked a little about the brand that I launched, "Gifted Insights," and how I planned to continue making content. He said he would contribute to writing the scripts for making my videos, and we would do the whole planning together, i.e., the content calendar, thumbnails, and titles.
We went to eat at a mall that had a restaurant behind it. The restaurant looked really nice. Here are the pictures I took.
| | | | --- | --- |
| | | | --- | --- | | | |
When we got to the restaurant, we took a look at their menu, I chose spaghetti and turkey while Monioluwa chose jollof and fried rice with turkey. Each of us got a bottle of water and shared one litre of Hollandia yoghurt.
| | | | --- | --- |
| | | | --- | --- |
All we bought cost us $6. The prices were a bit fair and not as expensive as we expected.
THE EVENING CELEBRATION
In the evening, some of my friends came around to visit me. They sang and wished me happy birthday. It was fun having them. I didn't have much money to celebrate, but instead, I shared the cake I got and also bought some drinks for everyone.
Talking about cakes, I got another cake present from @creativepearl that night. She was just travelling from Ibadan back to school, and she bought a cake when she came around.
| | | | --- | --- |
| | | | --- | --- |
The day was awesome, and I appreciate everyone that came around to celebrate the day with me. Thank you all for making the moment.

Yesterday I thought to create a video of myself while I touch type, but I had to wait for electricity, which I never got. I had no choice but to put on my generator and video myself as I open the typing website monkeytype.com and began typing.
I shot the video at two different angles and edited it using capcut. I spent some hours on this but it was worth it. I enjoyed every moment of deciding which song to use and bringing everything together. I hope you will love the video.
So about the video, I only fast-forwarded the part where I was not typing, but the places where I was typing were not fast-forwarded. I left it at the normal speed so you guys can see how fast I really type (although not that fast), but still nice.
If you know you want to learn touch typing and talk about your progress, feel free to talk about it here in this community.
Feel free to hit me on areas I can improve in this video I edited. Thank you!
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=starstrings01/cncbziihan
This year, I said I would do my best to take video editing seriously so I could use it to create impactful content on my new Hive account @iam-gifted related to tech and productivity. I took the initiative by increasing my laptop's ssd from 256 GB to 512 GB and my RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB, to help me a little at least. I recently got all these fixed two days ago, so I downloaded Capcut yesterday since it is free to you and there are some effects and transitions available.
After downloading Capcut, I felt like editing a video, but I didn't have any recent videos, and it was too late for me to start making a video, so I decided to work with pictures and little video clips that I had previously made with @creativepearl.
This one-minute video took me some hours because I was having issues with the choice of music; I didn't know which music or pictures to use together. After I was able to conclude on the choice of music and pictures to make use of, I was left with the effects, transitions, and letting the clips follow up with the beat of the music.
So this is the finished, edited video. What do you think?
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=starstrings01/ionhnmndmq
For some months now, I have been on a constant rehearsal spree for this day. It had not been easy having to spend so much time rehearsing and so much money on transportation, and I am a little glad that the day is here.
This video was made three weeks ago. I had been planning to upload it but never really got the time because of how busy I was.
In the video, we were playing the second montage for the show; this montage is played when the choir is to work up on stage. If you listened to the montage very well, you would have noticed that we played Pirate of the Caribbean in it.
In this video, I was not feeling too well, as I have had a cold and catarrh for 3 weeks now. I was wearing a thick hoodie because of the cold I was feeling and was managing not to sneeze 'cos of my running nose.
There was a point where I was smiling in the video, and that was because I mistakenly played the wrong note. I don't know if you noticed it, but it is very noticeable if you pay attention.
The songs we would be performing for this Christmas carol event are just a number of four, and that's all, while the rest of the time remaining would be for invited guests. The program is planned to last for 2 to 3 hours, and hopefully I would take some pictures and video to show you all later in the day.

Hello guys! In this video, I share with you a chatbot I programmed called Pathfinder Bot. Although this chatbot does not have any element of A.I. but I programmed it to give a user roadmaps to tech careers they might be interested in.
I made use of python programming language to build this bot, and it took me around a day and a half to finish everything up. I built this bot as a final project for a python class I took. We were required to build something with python, and I thought why not build a chatbot.
Even after making the conclusion of building a chatbot, I spent quite some time trying to know what the chatbot would . For what purpose you know? It was later then the idea of printing roadmaps to tech careers came to my mind as it is applicable
Here is the time stamp for the video:
00:00 Introduction
01:00 Displaying my code
01:43 Running the program
02:52 Printing roadmap for Artificial Intelligence
04:10 Printing roadmap to DevOps
05:20 Printing roadmap to Community Manager
My sincere apologies my voice is low, my microphone was not available so I had to make use of the mic from my laptop. I hope that works fine.
You can try out the bot for yourself here: https://replit.com/@epopoola15/PathFinder-Bot
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=starstrings01/pfxdqhmywi
I realised that I had not once made a video in which I sang, so I thought, Let me just break the record by singing, even if it was for a few seconds. So I decided to sing this song. Although I did plan to sing, it occurred to me a few seconds into trying to record the video.
I got inspired to play this song after I came back from a night rehearsal. We have plans to sing this song on an upcoming programme. I got home with that song still ringing in my head, so I thought, Why not play it?

Hi everyone,
sorry that this entry is coming in late, I had to rush this entry as I was travelling, as it also took a long time before I could get the time to edit the video for publishing.
In the video above, I played over the song "I RUN TO YOU," which was the song suggestion of the week. The original song was quite long, so I had to play over a section of the song.
Songs like this get me connected when they are sang in during worship sessions. There is this deep feeling or immersion it causes, and yeah it is worship, that is what they do often to people.

It's great to be part of the Afritunes Community!
The Community is in its 73rd week and if you are just getting to know about this community, you would be doing yourself a great favour in subscribing to the community as we share awesome African music contents.
Here is my entry for this week Contest! it has been a while I made any musical entry as I have been engaged with a lot of activities real life and also because I face a lot of difficulties with my setup during the times I may have the time to create musical content. All these factors added to why I have not created any musical content for over a year now on Hive.
But this time, instead of continuing to procrastinate, I decided I must do something, no matter what. As they say, every action begins with a step and if I don't make that step and wait for the perfect and right time to take action, there would never be one and I would continue to procrastinate.
So here comes my entry as I was playing over the song: EBENEZER sang by Kent Adunjobi along side with the Apex Choir and Emma OmaGod.
Please kindly do not mind my introduction, I didn't want to wrongly pronounce kent surname. π

Two weeks ago, I hosted a hangout, which I do every Monday 4 pm GMT, titled Building for Prosperity and I gave out this short message on the topic:
In today's competitive market, it is difficult to establish and sustain a successful business or organisation. It requires a lot of process, which involves planning, careful decision-making, and a lot of factors. Our discussion today will explore the necessary values needed for the prosperity of an organisation. From having a great leadership structure to active team collaboration to the collection of innovative ideas to thriving through challenges and providing solutions to them, we would dwell on the factors that contribute to long-term success. Kindly join us as we share our thoughts, experiences, and insights on building and nurturing thriving initiatives.
What do you believe is the single most crucial factor that differentiates successful businesses/organizations from those that struggle to thrive? How does this factor impact their overall trajectory?
In your experience, what specific strategies or practices have proven effective in building and sustaining a prosperous business/organization? Can you share any examples or stories that highlight their significance?
I had the opportunity to have a very interesting conversation with a few persons on this topic and was impacted by their thoughts. Here are some highlights got from the discussion:
@starstrings01 it is important that businesses should try to retain the quality of their goods no matter the changes in prices that occur. [Time stamp: 06:28]
@jjmusa2004 A crucial factor is understanding the market, knowing what the consumers want and what you can offer. Building on what you want to deliver, have a physical business plan and not a mental business plan. Considering other factors is not just about understanding the market but also considering a lot of factors which include your delivery, and your employees: do they have the same vision you have for the business as you do as an employer? [Time stamp: 10:45]
@kenechukwu97 also said that knowing what you are there to offer. His point took a different angle by suggesting knowing what people need is not enough but the value we ourselves are capable of offering. Being able to continue giving quality is something most companies lack and over time you see their quality reduces. [Time stamp: 21:00]
@sekan no matter what you are doing, try to be different and be unique as you are not the only one that does the business. Try to make yourself innovative and unique. [Time stamp: 21:28]
@nwothini335 Insight, your insight determines whether your business would be successful. Hard work, Smartwork, Insight, and self-motivation when feeling demotivated. [Time stamp: 34:30]
These are just short excerpt of what was discussed in the hangout. Listen to the recording to have a full experience of the discussion.
So what are your thoughts on the question that was asked? Feel free to leave your comments below

I have been on Hive for the past 5 years, and it has not been as smooth as you may think it is, but I must say it has been an interesting and fulfilling journey. I have grown to be a better version of myself since I joined Hive, and it has contributed to who I am today. If I were to tell anybody about my life, it would be definitely incomplete if I didn't mention Hive in it.
I know many of you must have known how I came about joining Hive, as I have written the story numerous time. well if you don't know, You can check out this post titled MY JOURNEY ON HIVE || HOW HIVE CHANGED MY LIFE.
In the video above, I talked about the projects I have come up with over the years and the challenges I have faced with my plans for the future.
If you may not be able to watch the video, here is a short summary:
The past year had been quite challenging, and I had come up with projects like Hive Bootcamp, which has stopped functioning for now because of the issue of plagiarism by one of the graduates of the school. This is actually the major problem I face when I onboard people to Hive, and the truth is, I stopped bringing people to Hive because of it. Not that I don't tell people about plagiarising when I mentor them In fact, it is actually the first thing I talk about, and it is also what I talk about the most. It just gets really annoying when it happens, and yeah, the onboarder most often takes part of the blame.
Since I have a vision for Hive Bootcamp, it is only on hold for now and would be something I would still continue as I have the passion to share the opportunity Hive has to offer to everyone.
Aside from the Hive Bootcamp project, I also have it in mind to work on making sure to have an organised Hive Community in my university that would function even when I am not around. This would help promote Hive at my university and build awareness among more people in Nigeria.
Also, Thank you @hivebuzz for the badge!

Three days ago, I recorded this video and was meant to upload it this Wednesday but due to some issues I am just uploading this video. The challenge I first encountered was trying to understand the editing software I was making use of. It was my first time using Adobe Premier Pro to Edit a Video, and the software doesn't seem to be very beginner friendly.
It took me some hours to finally figure it out, but what helped the most was that I was able to find a demo tutorial on the app to get me started while I did some major exploration on my own and then moved on with checking out some youtube videos.
I also faced serious issues with internet service trying to upload this video. The internet of my place is quite bad, as this video took almost a day to get uploaded on 3speak.
FINDING IN APP TUTORIAL DEMOIf you have Premier Pro on your system and you need to access the demo, you can check the help option at the top bar of the software. The Premiere Pro In-App Tutorials options would help you get started with everything.
For the video, I did some color grading to give it a better quality. the left side of the video is how the quality of the video was when it was originally recorded from my phone and the right side is after the color grading and has been put in place.
Some other tools I made use of was; transitions, volume controls, denoise, and adding a background music.
The VideoI talked about some challenges that comes with vlogging and also shared about my day which was on last Wednesday. I didn't think it would take till today before the video would be uploaded. At some point I was skeptical at still uploading it though but my efforts cannot be wasted.

It has been two months since I got the book 48 Laws of Power and I have not been motivated to read. I have a daily goal of reading at least a book each month so the only way to motivate my goal is to create content sharing my thoughts on each Law I read.
In the video above, I discussed the first two laws of power according to Robert Greene.

For a while now, I have been making use of an earpiece for anythingβmusic, calls, and recordingβand it has not been interesting. I really missed being hands-free and not having to worry about the wires and how far I needed to be from the device I was connected to. I stayed with the wired earpiece for about 5 months before I finally got frustrated and bought the Oraimo Freepods 4.
The reason why I stopped using earbuds was that I had issues keeping them. It is either one of the earbud's ear gets lost or the other or instead, it would be the charging case. I had an earbud that I bought last year, and this was the scenario that happened.
But now, I have made up my mind to try to be more careful and have already gotten the Oraimo Freepods 4. In the video above, I unboxed the Oraimo Freepods and spoke about their features.

So I have this friend that invited me to her place some weeks ago, she cooked for me and asked me to review her food. I shared the post here you can go back to check up on it.
Now so I cooked and I had my first customer to review it π π... My friend came over and she had a taste of my Egusi. In the video above, she ate the food and gave me a score over 10... Watch the video to know the rating. ππ

Hi guys!
As I promised earlier that I would be letting you guys see my new apartment, so in the video above I made a short clip of my room, kitchen, and toilet. I stay in a self contain which is fairly spacious for a single tenant.
Getting to set up my room was stressful, had issues with my caretaker landlord in making some repairs, he did some and was adamant about solving the remaining issue. I got frustrated and I did them myself.
Anyways, here is my room. What do you think about it?

I was invited to my friend's place yesterday, as weβOlamide and Iβdon't always have the opportunity to meet or hangout together. We have known each other from childhood and stayed in communication till now. I was happy to get the invitation, and she said she would be cooking a special meal for me when I come over. As a foodie, the meal involved would not make me miss not going to her side.
So I went to her place and she asked me to rate her cooking. Funny, I am not much of a good cookβI am not that badβbut I am great at tasting food and telling you how well you did.
As a special friend, Olamide served me two pieces of turkey. Seeing that alone made me happy and glad. You can easily see it from my smiles in the video. I was totally enjoying myself.
I liked it to the extent that I told her to package me some to take home.... Watch the video so you can get to know the rating I gave her and see the joy in my face π

In most of the movies I have watched, there is something called falling in love at first sight. I have never experienced anything like that, and I don't believe there is anything as such.
So what do I think?
In the video above I shared my thoughts on love at first sight. I also shared my thoughts on:
Kindly share your thoughts in the comment section....

In this video uploaded, I was playing a typing speed test via 10fastfingers.com which I unexpectedly hit my highest recorded speed ever which is 87 Words per Minute.
I never knew I could reach this speed, I only recorded this video because a friend said he wanted to see how my hands move when I type because he could not believe how I was able to make such a speed at typing.
My Average speed is about 75WPM and once a while I hit 80 - 84 WPM... Making it to 87 WPM today makes me feel it's possible to hit 90 WPM this year.
My life goal ever since I was little was to hit 120 WPM. I have been typing long since before I became a teenager although I haven't always been consistent at practicing because back then I didn't always have a computer available as I wanted it.
I learnt how to type using Mavis Beacon 20. but it's been a long while that I have made used of the software application because the software is malfunctioning on modern systems. Most of my friends complain about the application a lot.
By the way, do you type? How did you learn and what is your typing speed?... Would love to see you in my comment section.

I've been having difficulty creating content for Hive because of how time-consuming my personal life activities have been, and I've recently resumed physical school activities, which will likely take up more of my time and leave less time for Hive.
After giving it some thought, I've decided that vlogging would be a better way for me to express myself. Vlogging is something I used to do frequently a few months ago and plan to resume.
In the video above, I discussed some of the challenges that people may face when attempting to start vlogs, as well as my plans to return to making guitar videos.

I demonstrated how to check your recovery account using the peakd interface in the video above. In the video, you can see that @k-banti is set as my recovery account, and the reason for this is so that I can easily contact him if my account password is compromised.
Also, whoever you designate as your recovery account must be someone you trust and believe cannot betray that trust. If you don't have anyone you can easily reach out to or trust, another option is to create another Hive account and set it as the recovery account for your main account. So, if an issue arises, you can recover the account yourself without having to contact anyone.
but there is a catch.... You now have two keys to keep, and you should be aware that if you misplace the keys for your account recovery because you don't always use the account, and your main account keys are compromised, recovering your password will become difficult, if not impossible.
The decision is yours to take...

Although blockchain technology has countless applications today, some of its limitations include the inability to properly store media like music and video.
To address this problem, 3speak was developed to make it easier to share video content on the Hive Blockchain.
However, many newbies have trouble comprehending and utilizing 3speak; as a result, we have created this session to address issues and instruct our newbies on how to effectively use the 3speak.tv video platform.
In this session, handled by @olujay, we went over how to sign up for a 3speak account, link it to your Hive account, get around the platform, andβmost importantlyβpublish videos utilizing the platform.
We discussed the idea of sharing drafts utilizing the peakd fronted in the video. This would enable us to keep an eye on and carefully examine any posts our new newbies would send our way on the official @hive-bootcamp account.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=starstrings01/tvcsaxmh
The Hive Bootcamp is focused on equipping newbies with the necessary information and tools. By enlightening them on what Hive is all about, do's and don'ts, and how to grow, their learning curve should improve significantly, and they should perform much better and struggle less from the moment they are onboarded throughout their journey on Hive.
Hive Bootcamp session five focuses mainly on FORMATTING POSTS and ENGAGEMENT. This session was led by @olujay. In this session, he concentrated on how to properly construct posts and develop them in such a manner that they have high quality, both in terms of aesthetics and quantity. He also talked about tools that could help them improve the quality of their posts, as well as those that could help them track their progress.
One of the biggest topics here on Hive is "engagement". This is so because the rule of like here on Hive is simple; to grow, engagement is essential. And to do this efficiently, one must understand what it means to engage and how to engage. Most Hive newcomers have prior experience with other social media platforms. The experience they have is usually inadequate on the subject of engagement. This is why we have tailored this program to tackle that and ensure that they know better from their first day on Hive.
The outline for this video is:

We have covered a variety of subjects, including how Hive differs from traditional social media, Hive communities, frontend/Dapps, plagiarism, and sourcing, but this time we chose to discuss something different. We termed it: Setting Up Your Hive Account
It would be great if the newbies knew what to do if they came into contact with their keys given that they have come this far. Thus, the following subjects were covered in this video:
These subjects are important because I've observed that new users often become perplexed when I give them their Hive keys or links to register on Hive after they see their passwords in their Password file. They encounter numerous passwords and are unsure of their meanings or the best ones to use when logging in. If we neglected to address this matter and the newcomers received their passwords, it would be stressful. As a result, we would have to start teaching each person individually over the internet. That is a sizable amount of work.
I covered the various key types and each key's purposes in the video. I also described the different approaches to logging in. I advised them to make sure their systems have the Hive @keychain extension and log in using Hive Keychain. Peaklock and Hive Authentication were both discussed as possible login methods.

Welcome to the third session of the Hive Bootcamp, where I served as the main speaker. I decided to speak about plagiarism because it is one of the most crucial Hive rules that all new users must be aware of.
The video is a 22-minute recording of me speaking on the following subjects:
I made sure to point out that there is a POLICE FORCE on Hive that is responsible for checking for plagiarized posts and that they should not even consider plagiarizing. They should instead write about their emotions and anything that inspires them.
One of the meeting's newcomers raised the question of whether he would be prohibited from writing about certain online content if he saw it and expressed an interest in doing so. due to the fact that the author has already written on it.
I simply responded that not everyone can see things the same way; he might have additions to make or see things from a different angle than the author does. I said he could write about the same subject, but it should only reflect his feelings and thoughts without referencing the author's work. It would also be best if he gave credit to the author from whom he may have drawn inspiration so that he is not accused of plagiarizing.
Please feel free to watch the video to see additional details. I apologize for the noise in the video; the headphones I was wearing while recording are to blame. They are so terrible, and I had no idea. Thank you for watching!

Welcome to the second session of the August edition of the Hive Bootcamp.
In this session, we focused on communities, niches, and front ends and tags.
HEADER PHOTO
A few of the reasons why this bootcamp exists now are that many newbies fail to comprehend the essence of communities on Hive, the necessity of understanding what niches are and where they fit in, and the functions of frontends and how they work.
In this session, we laid out the purpose for which communities exist; the different types of communities and how they work; a few of the different niches users create content for; and how to use the frontends.
The outline for the video is:
Niches are basically topics, general ideas that people create topics around. The essence of understanding this and how to utilise the understanding in communities is that it helps one develop a style of content creation that adapts to the concepts upon which communities are created.
Communities are segregated spaces that help facilitate the collection and bring together like-minded people as well as communication between people. Unlike other social media platforms, Hive is an environment where you do not just have niches colliding into one another, but rather they have their own spaces that help foster their co-existence.
Frontends/dApps are fundamentally screens from which we explore the Hive environment. There are several frontends like PeakD.com, Ecency.com, Leofinance.io, and Liketu.com, to name a few. They all share the same database, which contains every piece of information that exists on the HIve blockchain. The only difference between them is that they only display the information differently, have their own tokens, and some may be particular to some communities. For example, Leofinance.io is a frontend that belongs to the community, Leofinance. But it can also access other information about Hive.
Having these different frontends/dApps does not imply that one would need to have different accounts, but that they all share the same log-in data. Hence, one account can access them all.

In the past, the method I usually use to onboard members is by meeting them one to one or generally through WhatsApp and telling them everything they need to know about Hive from direct messages.
After explaining most of what they needed to know through phone calls and and long chatting, I bring them to Hive.
Unfortunately, some of the members I've onboarded failed to adhere to direct instructions on DO NOT PLAGIARISE!!!. Their disobedience of not following instructions, unfortunately, cost me my role as an OCD onboarder which, to be honest, was painful at first but it gave me a better idea on a new approach to take when onboarding people to Hive. I am more strict with the process this time around.
Now, I have developed a monthly onboarding system in which I give a certain amount of people lectures about Hive on the second week of every month. The program holds for a period of 6 Days with each program day having a particular Hive topic.
For each topic, my team (not doing this alone) have developed learning materials and a test quiz that every member of the bootcamp must take after every lesson. The test quiz would let us know how much the onboardees understand what has been explained to them.
Failure to attempt or pass all test quiz would cause me not to create a Hive account for them. If they miss up to two test quiz, and two classes, they would be removed from the program before even completing the lectures.
Removed onboardees would have to wait still the second week of the following month to re-attend the classes and pass the test quiz before an account would be created for them.
The reason for this level of strictness is because I am looking for people who are willing to sacrifice their time to learn. This would prove they are ready for the real world on Hive when they finally come onboard.
Imagine onboarding someone who doesn't give time to attend the meetings and passing the tests. It shows no proof that they can put in any effort in growing their Hive account.
The point of doing all these is so that those who make it and get to create an account through me would have fully understood everything they need to know to get started on Hive and how to navigate their way without getting frustrated.
Due to the fact that I now have trust issues with members I onboard, these members would have to share their articles to a central account where my team and I will crosscheck their articles for plagiarism and the likes before they are given the go ahead to publish.
With every knowledge shared with these onboardees, I believe they would be able to survive and flourish as newbies.
Below is the planned curriculum for the 6 Days Hive Bootcamp:
βDAY 1: WHAT IS HIVE?
How does it function and relates to other Social Media
General overview of the platform. The benefits, ways to earn.
βDAY 2: KNOWING YOUR NICHE AND FINDING THE RIGHT COMMUNITIES
Learning how to thrive, benefit of networking the right way, etc. Proper use of tags and their importance.
βDAY 3: PLAGIARISM AND SOURCING
How Hive frowns on Plagiarism and the need to not plagiarize no matter what. How to source pictures and other works that are not theirs.
βDAY 4: SETTING UP YOUR HIVE ACCOUNT
Logging in, account recovery, keeping account safe, proper use of keys.
βDAY 5: LEARNING HOW TO FORMAT YOUR POST
How to use markdowns to make your posts presentable.
DAY 6: UPLOADING VIDEOS ON HIVE VIA 3SPEAK
Learning how to create a 3speak account, connecting your Hive account to 3speak and Uploading videos via 3speak.
DAY 1: WHAT IS HIVE
It's the second week of August and yesterday was the first meeting with the newbies onboard. The video below is a Google meetup setup for the August cohort.
The meeting was led by @monioluwa, who was onboarded to Hive almost a year ago by me.
In the video, I introduced the meeting and called monioluwa to take the floor, while I listened along.

Yesterday, I organized a meeting with some of my friends that I have brought to Hive in the past few months to discuss one of the topics I had earlier written on Hive.

The post covered a lot of grounds and what it needed was a voice discussion. Although most of them have read the post but yet a constant reminder of this process is needed.

It's another week in the AFRITUNES community. Funny enough, I forgot to mention AFRITUNES week 11 in my video, kindly pardon me.
Today I play a Guitar cover by Kiss Daniel ft. Tekno named BUGA. It is actually the number one trending music in Nigeria and I thought it would be nice to play it and follow the trend.

It's good to be back.. It has been a while since I made a guitar cover that's because I had been occupied with a thing or two. Also, apologies that my week 10 entry is also late.
Since week 10 in AFRITUNES is for Hip pop, I got inspired to play this song after I heard it played by a female friend of mine. Yeah she's a guitarist and far better than me. Because of long distance, I am not really available to bring her to Hive but I would try my best to do that.
LYRICS OF THE SONG
Baby follow my commanding like zombie
Go down on me o with your coca body
Follow my commanding like zombie
Go down on me o with your coca body 'Cause this your miliki for front na for me
Hol am for me and no go do me koni

You're in denial, I'll show you I'm loyal
Your water bum wey drown like tsunami orekelewa o ehe

The video above is a 2min sweet African praise medley recorded while I was in the guitar.
The location is in Abeokuta Nigeria and I am playing with my church band. You can find @olujay in the video dancing. He is also a fellow guitarist that benches me most of the time but today, I finally got to play the guitar.
While listening, make sure you listen with earpiece. You would surely enjoy it... Don't mind my playing, I am just a learner and Just playing from weeks of being benched by @olujay.

I have not been making vlogs because I moved and not at my place in Abeokuta but now in Lagos with my parents.
I also noticed I am getting blunt speaking on camera so I would be making vlogs more often from now and hope to improve at it.
In this video above, I spoke mostly about corruption in the police unit and how they let the real criminals go while they also attack the innocent. I layed down my thoughts on how corruption can be reduced in the police unit.

Yesterday I was able to hang out with @samostically after I tried to collect an ATM card from a bank in Nigeria but unfortunately I could not.
This is actually my first time meeting Samostically physically but we have always been close friends online. We talk more via phone calls and WhatsApp actually even without ever seeing each other.
Yeah, I got to know Samostically from Hive. He was part of my students in the newbies initiative last year. His energy, vibes to learn and less entitled spirit brought us closer. That's why I can say he is one of the Hivers that have my biggest support so far even though I wasn't the one that introduced him to Hive.
Powered by Tenor We met close to Unilag gate, and when we meet, Samostically was whining, as usual, a typical Nigerian guy. I tried using the nearby POS center to withdraw some cash as I was out of funds and hungry at the same time.
I wasn't with my ATM, so I made a transfer. Unfortunately, the transfer took a lot of time and didn't end up being sent, nor was I credited back. Samostically had to save the day by helping out with some cash and I had to transfer it to him later since that was the only money left on me; I took out some HBD from my wallet to actually pay him back later.
Powered by Tenor Afterward, he took me out to eat in a restaurant that is 30 mins away. We trekked all the way through π₯². In fact, I trekked with an empty stomach and it was past 3 pm. I had already begun to hear the sound of my stomach asking for food angrily.
Behold we got to the restaurant to snack and had a plate of pasta and Turkey accompanied by an energy drink.
We had a nice time, we talked about a lot of things before we finally greeted ourselves goodbye.

Hello guys it's been a while I played my guitar, and that's because I have not been much available. The only time I get to play my guitar is on Saturdays and Sundays which is when I am at church, rehearsing or either playing on stage.
This video was shot by @olujay while I was on the guitar soundchecking before service.
We were not playing any song but just freestyling.. I just hope you enjoyed the music.

The purpose of physical Hive Meet ups is to get to know each other, share knowledge, inspire one another. With this, it adds either directly or indirectly to our growth on Hive which is the reason why I am always excited when it comes to matters relating Hive Meet ups.
It has been over a week since I alongside with @josediccus hosted the Hive Meet Up held in Lagos. I have not had the luxury of time to compile the post, but with the help of @josediccus who helped out, he made this perfectly edited video of the meet up starting from the arrival still when we left the location.
As I said in my previous post which was the announcement of the Hive Meet Up, this meetup had always been planned for Easter and Christmas, same as it was held last year both for Easter and Christmas.
The Meetup Location was at BheerHugz Cafe in Ikeja City Mall, which we had @readthisplease @atyourservice @onwugbenuvictor @martinstomisin @ksam @omosefe @winniecorp present in the Meetup.
We discussed about our personal experiences, mistakes and lessons, polycub (I was just bringing it up to know more about it), and on the use of Canva.
Personally, I learned from others in the meetup most especially the use of Canva. It really opened my eyes and I was like WOW, I can do this. @josediccus and @ksam served us a special lesson on that.
THE FOOD πππ What's the essence of a beautiful meet up like this without good food. For me, I went for the meetup 70% because of the food. I am Foodie!!! And if you give me food, then you are my best friend.
We had a African jollof rice with deep fried turkey while @yourservice preferred eating yam chips with ketchup. I have some pictures of the food. Check them out below πππ.

Hello guys, is good to finally make my entry to AFRITUNES WEEK 5.. I have been pretty occupied and not had the time with my guitar but had to squeeze the little time I had for this.
While engaging in the community, I noticed the entry by @heskay on this song and listen to his guitar on this song. I really liked it and wanted to play my feelings on it too..
Too bad, I played this music during the time I was planning to travel as I didn't have enough time to work on it like I would have loved to but all the same, it still very good to watch.
So this beautiful song was sang by Prinx Emmanuel and it has been trending in Nigeria for some while, below is the lyrics to the song.
LYRICS OF THE SONG
A zwa nga bomwana(He took me as a child)
Kumama Papa ehh(Praise Father)
Kumam Yesu ehhh(Praise Jesus)
eh Yahweh Kumama (Yahweh be praised)
Papa ehhh(Father)
Azalaka kisi ya Soni (He is the healer of my shame)
kumama Papa ehh (Praise Father)
Yesu nde kisi ya Soni(Jesus the healer of my shame)
eh Yahweh Kumama (Yahweh be praised)
Papa ehh(Father)

As this week theme for hive open mic is Automatic Guitar, I decided to make a cover Unstoppable by Sia with my guitar. I got inspired to play this cover by @obaro who made an entry with this cover last week.
LYRICS OF THE SONG
All smiles, I know what it takes to fool this town
I'll do it 'til the sun goes down and all through the night time
Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'll tell you what you wanna hear
Leave my sunglasses on while I shed a tear
It's never the right time, yeah, yeah
I put my armor on, show you how strong how I am
I put my armor on, I'll show you that I am
I'm unstoppable
I'm a Porsche with no brakes
I'm invincible
Yeah, I win every single game
I'm so powerful
I don't need batteries to play
I'm so confident, yeah, I'm unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, I'm unstoppable today
Break down, only alone I will cry out now
Youβll never see whatβs hiding out
Hiding out deep down, yeah, yeah
I know, Iβve heard that to let your feelings show
Is the only way to make friendships grow
But Iβm too afraid now, yeah, yeah
I put my armor on, show you how strong how I am
I put my armor on, I'll show you that I am
I'm unstoppable
I'm a Porsche with no brakes
I'm invincible
Yeah, I win every single game
I'm so powerful
I don't need batteries to play
I'm so confident, yeah, I'm unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, I'm unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, I'm unstoppable today
I put my armor on, show you how strong how I am
I put my armor on, I'll show you that I am
I'm unstoppable
I'm a Porsche with no brakes
I'm invincible
Yeah, I win every single game
I'm so powerful
I don't need batteries to play
I'm so confident, yeah, I'm unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, I'm unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, unstoppable today
Unstoppable today, I'm unstoppable today

Been a while I have made a vlog and I have missed the talking to camera aspect. Also, I had not been feeling too well and been having a hard time writing so I thought to try out vlog, and my video editing skills once again.
In this video, I talked about entitlements, favours and gratitude. How feeling entitled hinders one's growth and success, and how much gratitude can be of help in receiving favours.
I would appreciate your comments in the comments section below by curating them.

Hello guys, it's another week of AFRITUNES MUSIC, and I am here again to drop a very popular African music sang by shakira called WAKA WAKA.
This song was released as the official song for the FIFA WORLD CUP that held in SOUTH AFRICAN in the year 2010.
It has become the favourite song to many Africans and non-africans. I know of @jesuslnrs to love this song so much; brother I just have to play this song for you to enjoy.
I really enjoyed playing this song, it took my time to score and play as usual but it was interesting doing so.
If you find this song interesting, I would appreciate you tagging a friend to come listen and giving me a Reblog β£οΈπ

It was really sweet covering this song. It seriously took my time to play this and not easier than it looks.
I chose this song because it goes very well in line with the theme of the week which is "TOUCHING SOULS".
This song was sang by Micheal Jackson and is known to be a very popular song asper the singer itself is a legend.
If you enjoyed this video, kindly Reblog this post. I would really appreciate it.
LYRICS OF THE SONG
There's a place in your heart
And I know that it is love
And this place could be much
Brighter than tomorrow
And if you really try
You'll find there's no need to cry
In this place you'll feel
There's no hurt or sorrow
There are ways to get there
If you care enough for the living
Make a little space
Make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make it a better place
For you and for me
If you want to know why
There's love that cannot lie
Love is strong
It only cares of joyful giving
If we try we shall see
In this bliss we cannot feel
Fear of dread
We stop existing and start living
The it feels that always
Love's enough for us growing
So make a better world
Make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
And the dream we were conceived in
Will reveal a joyful face
And the world we once believed in
Will shine again in grace
Then why do we keep strangling life
Wound this earth, crucify its soul
Though it's plain to see
This world is heavenly
Be god's glow
We could fly so high
Let our spirits never die
In my heart I feel you are all my brothers
Create a world with no fear
Together we cry happy tears
See the nations turn their swords into plowshares
We could really get there
If you cared enough for the living
Make a little space
To make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living

Today, I was inspired to make a video cover of the song Adele with my guitar. finding time to make this video was not easy. Had to make use of my leisure time to listen, score and record and afterwards edit this video.

It's weekend, and that means the AFRI-VIBES. I had to make sure to participate in this wonderful initiative brought up by @ksam, and being part of the people behind the initiative its expected of me to show my support to it by participating in the initiative as well.
Afi-tunes is an initiative to promote African music in the Hive blockchain. So it is encouraged to share any African music style every weekend to the music community.
In this video, I played over a song by G wills titled "Original Papa". The gospel praise runs on a makosa progression, so I took my time to listen to the song I played over it.
I picked up this song past 11pm this morning and spent time listening to it. It was until 1am I decided to play over it and make this video since I had known the progression the song moves.
I hope you enjoyed this video. Kindly Reblog this video if you loved it.

I feel in love with the backing track of this music the first time I heard it which was through a friend of mine who plays saxophone. I had no choice to ask him to send the track without his saxophone lines on it. You need to listen to this track soloed by a saxophonist, you would love it.
Even after I got the track, it took my two weeks to settle down and finally have the time to solo over it. I have been having so many activities keeping me busy and haven't really been playing the guitar.
So I had to use the opportunity I had to make this video. This video was made earlier today around 12am in the early hours of the day.
That's the only time I knew I could have time to make this video because my day and evening most times are very tight to have time for my guitar.
The picture above is funny right. I took this screenshot while I was watching my video. I was totally into the guitar and into the spirit. It all shows in my face.

This is my entry to hive Openmic Week 99. Been a while I have participated in the weekly entries because of I have been busy with other activities.
Since I figured that I am less busy, I had to use the opportunity to participate this week.

Two days ago, I decided to not stay at home all day but to check out a park which my friend at school has always been talking about. She has given it a hype that it has put so much interest in me to really want to check the place out.
Since my younger sister was around, I decided to take her along with him to check out this place called Dreampark. Moreover, it would not be much of fun if I went there alone so going together, we would be able to gist and enjoy the fun fully.
We planed our way, and journey to the place, it is about an hour journey away from our house which makes it easier for us. Moreover, the transportation fare is not much as it is a stone throw from my house.
At arrival to the place, we decided to take some pictures. Below is the picture of Dreampark when you are outside the compound. You can see some selfies which my sister and I took together.
| | | | --- | --- | | | |
As we entered the place we saw different kind of games but too bad, I didn't take pictures of inside the place, too bad for me but I made lots of videos and I would be using their screenshot for this post. I strongly suggest that you should watch the video, so you don't miss out on all the fun. So here are some of the games we tried.
1. BASKETBALL (Time Stamp: 00:30 )
I must say, I really loved this game the most of all games I played in the park. First, I don't play basketball and never had I ever tried playing basketball that's because I am not tall and never really had the opportunity to go to a basketball court. Definitely, you can say this is the first time I am throwing a basketball.
In the video, you would watch how much I tried in playing the game. I believe if I do this very often, in time, I would become badass in playing the game.
My younger sister also made an attempt in playing this game and I don't know if this is her first time too but she did really well. I was impressed because at some point she even did better than me. I go challenged and I did mine again and broke her score.
This section was the first section we tried and it was really fun for us. Although, I would not be arranging the games as we played it because I cannot even remember the correct order of which games we tried. I also wasn't able to film all the games we played.
For Bike Racing, Damn, it was fun and very funny. Do you know why? that's because I don't know how to ride a bike π π. I was just having series of accident in the racing. Any small drift or turning, I am on the floor π. It got to a point that I was feeling shy because everybody was looking at me that this guy is just falling off the bike in the game. You really need to watch the video to know how it all happened π π.
For my Sister, she didn't like the game and was not willing to give it a try even though I told her to. She just wasn't interested.
When I saw Virtual Reality, my mind was on it all through. All that passed through my thoughts was how is it going to be or feel like. I have only heard people's experience and seen videos of people using it and talking about it but never had I tried it.
When I was about trying it, we figured that the credits in my card was not able to try out the virtual reality. Trying out the virtual reality was at a cost of $3 per person, so I had to load $10 in my card so my sister and I could give it a try.
After filling up the credits in my card, I was asked what kind of reality I want to watch and immediately I said a Scary one. I wanted to see what makes people shout and scream while they were on VR. One thing I was sure about, nothing can make me shift a muscle if I watched that same thing.
And every turned out to how I thought about it. The reality I watched was not close to what I call scary. Although there were monsters, hitting the screen of the reality, blood spilled everywhere and all I was did was to smile and laugh. There is no way I can get scared so far I know the difference between the real world and the reality world.
This is one of the games that ate most of my credits the most because it was stepping on my nerves. Though, I really enjoyed the game. I kept punching and punching trying so hard to beat the highest score there but I could not pass a punch level of 5880 while the highest was 7800.
At the same time, I fell good to make that score because many other that played the game did not get up to my score. It also meant my punch is weighty.
Too bad I didn't take the video of my sister's punch. I got carried away but her highest punch was 500. Lol, funny right. My punch weighs more than 10x her punch level π π.
When I saw this game, I could not take my eye off it mostly because the only time I have seen this game is in the movies. I have never tried it out before. It was fun trying it out and really did enjoyed it.
For my sister, she wasn't interested and didn't give it a try.
Now, this is the most funniest in this video and do you know why, I am not a dancer but somehow my sister made me go into a dance battle with her. I was just laughing and some of the other guys there were laughing at the way I was dancing. This dance battle game ask us to follow the dancing steps displayed in the screen while the machine has a sensor that senses our dance movement.
I don't think it would be hard for you to know who won in this game. I was mercilessly beaten by my sister. She got a score of over 100k points while I had 40k points from my dance movements.
I am not surprised, I knew she would win from the beginning of the game. So kudos to my sister.
THOUGHTS ABOUT DREAMPARK Dreampark is a really nice place to go to as a family or hangout as a group of friends. You all would surely enjoy the time there. The environment is neat, there is in door and outdoor games, there is also swimming pool but I didn't check out the swimming pool part because I never planned it.
If you are going there, it would be best to take a lot of cash because most of those games force you to spend. They are so tempting and gosh, you can borrow money from a friend on phone if you start playing the game and the credits you have finishes when you are just getting to have fun.
Don't forget to watch the video, not to miss out on all the fun...
Do you have centers like this in your states and country, if feel free to share in the comments section, I would be there curating your comments

Last Wednesday, I met @joshiajessie on the road while I was on my way home. Then we started talking about guitars and all that. The discussion for to the point that I was given to change my route to visit joshua place so we could see one or two things on the guitar.
After meeting at Joshua's place, we started jamming and playing the guitar until one of our friends said she should record us since the music was beautiful.
While I was playing the guitar, I enjoyed every moment and every note I played. My body and mind was in sync with the guitar. That moment, I felt the drive and passion I have for guitar.
The video is a 3mins video. Listen and enjoy. Thank you.

Yesterday I invited a friend over to jam with him after playing for a while, I had to tell him we need to make a video. I told him why I was making the video, it was that moment I told him about hive and why he needs to join hive.
My best part of this video is at 03:20 mins. I loved that solo line I played there. it's more like a tremelo picking style and it went well with the progression.

Hey friends! I am sure you have been in a dream that it felt so real and was like you should not wake up again. Yeah that exact type you are thinking right now. That's what I am talking about.
it's been a while I have had a good sleep not to talk about dreaming but finally, I was able to get a pleasant rest.
In this video, I talked about what I dreamt about that it was like I shouldn't wake up but when I finally did, it was like I should go back dreaming.

it's been 5 days since my birthday and still feels like I had my birthday yesterday that's why this video is coming late. truth is, I have been a little occupied with preparation for exams here and there, so I have not had much time to edit this video after shooting. In order not to make it late than it is already, I had to use a whole night to work on this video.
This video was shot twice in different days, one was on my birthday and the other was after.
On my birthday, I received some emotional birthday messages from Hivers, so I thought to read them and appreciate their kind words.
The second video was answering Samostically birthday game where he asked me to detect the voice of my friend who wished me. it wasn't easy I must say. it took me a lot of time.
In the video, I explained how I figured who was speaking and which voice that gave me the toughest time.

Due to the fact that I have issues gaining weight and having a very small stature, I decided to go weight lifting. I have been doing it for almost a month now and this time, been doing it under the supervision of a dear friend @anissignature.
The video above contains videos of my workout with anis and a friend of ours so is new to Hive.

My guitar (named Paulina) is the best way i use to show my feelings. she is the closest thing to me and the one person I bond with. of course, to me my guitar is a person. I was feeling quite down yesterday and was playing the guitar still when @mayorkeys told me to make a video while I keep playing since it has been a while since my last guitar video. The idea was great, so I had to set up my musical gear in making of this video.

As a newbie on hive, we might get mixed up on posting frequently and not engaging at all.
In fact, it is common among all newbie to get into this mix and most of them do not know much about the importance of visibility or attaining one.
In the video above, I discussed about my thoughts on posting and engagement with some advice that I give to newbies under me to properly balance engagement with publishing on the blockchain.
Feel free to leave your thoughts π€π

I have been listening to this song for over a month and being procrastinating when I would make a guitar cover to this song.
I felt quite stressed today and needed something fun to do that is not reading. I was tired of reading since it's during the period of exams in my school.
As they say, all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. I just had to do what makes me happy and makes me feel connected to my soul.
I took my guitar and started scoring the song. It didn't take me a long time before I figured out the notes since I have been listening to the song for a while.
I really enjoyed myself playing this cover and I am sure you would enjoy listening to it too.
My favourite part of this cover is from 2:20 to the end because that's where I had most of the time to freestyle and express my feelings on the guitar.
I would like to know too, what's your favourite line in the cover? Feel free to tell in the comments section. I would be upvoting comments π.
If you haven't listened to the song before, below is the official video of the song on YouTube.
LYRICS OF THE SONG
"Shivers"
I took an arrow to the heart
I never kissed a mouth that tastes like yours
Strawberries and then something more
Ooh yeah, I want it all
Lipstick on my guitar
Fill up the engine, we can drive real far
Go dancing underneath the stars
Ooh yeah, I want it all
Mmm, you got me feeling like
I wanna be that guy
I wanna kiss your eyes
I wanna drink that smile
I wanna feel like I
Like my soul's on fire
I wanna stay up all day and all night
Yeah, you got me singing like
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back
And we'll say
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back
Into the car
On the backseat in the moonlit dark
Wrap me up between your legs and arms
Ooh, I can't get enough
You know you could tear me apart
Put me back together and take my heart
I never thought that I could love this hard
Ooh, I can't get enough
Mmm, you got me feeling like
I wanna be that guy
I wanna kiss your eyes
I wanna drink that smile
I wanna feel like I
Like my soul's on fire
I wanna stay up all day and all night
Yeah, you got me singing like
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back
And we'll say
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back
Baby, you burn so hot
You make me shiver with the fire you got
This thing we started, I don't want it to stop
You know you make me shiver-er-er
Baby, you burn so hot
You make me shiver with the fire you got
This thing we started, I don't want it to stop
You know you make me shiver
Yeah, you got me singing like
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back
(Oh no) And we'll say
Ooh, I love it when you do it like that
And when you're close up
Give me the shivers
Oh baby, you wanna dance till the sunlight cracks
And when they say the party's over then we'll bring it right back, hey

I get this question most times on what should I do while I am active on hive, what do I need to be like you or attain your stage, why do it seems that my engagement is effortless, why don't I get curated when I post on this community or in that community. To answer most of these questions, i tried my best to give out tips to newbies on what they need to know to have an impactful 2022.
These video explained the following tips, and still broke it down to sub points with some on-screen tutorials. Below are time stamps for each tips:

About two weeks ago, I got in contact with @lemeonna on Hive in which he thought of teaching the funaab community about splinterlands via WhatsApp but due to the fact most of us were not understanding via WhatsApp, we decided to organise a meet-up with him and the rest of us living in lagos state.
The goal is to teach some of us living in Lagos and after that, we would organize another meet up teaching people in the school but right now, the meeting was a meeting of 6 people; @lemeonna, @monioluwa, @chosejfingers, @ijohnsen, @manuel6 and me. We went from understanding about cards, to market, to how to battle.
@lemeonna is very good at the game because he won all the battles he played while he was with us and also stated his reasons for every card he chose and it's arrangements.

It has been over a month since I have shared my music on the blockchain. This is more reason why I chose to share this video I made earlier today. From listening to the scales I run in the video above, most of them are pentatonics applied or run in different patterns and picking. i was just being creative in making my music.
Also, you would notice the use of arpeggios. Since I learnt how to use arpeggios, it has changed my style or better said, advanced my technique of playing music. Also, I run a lot of major scales very fast that it sounds unique. At the speed which I run it, the major scale comes out peculiar to my ears.
This is my last guitar video of 2021. Hope you enjoyed the music.
