She still carries her Canadian Citizenship card in her wallet to remind her how lucky she was to have landed there.
"We made it out of Uganda fortuitously in the early 80’s which is crazy to think about sometimes." After finishing a Bilingual BA from the Campus St.Jean in Political Science Patricia built a career in Real Estate.
Having sold over $40 million in real estate on her own, Patricia realized that the standard real estate licensing courses weren't preparing Agents to meet with success once they went into the field.
Fiercely committed to helping agents change their lives and create career stability -even if they come from humble beginnings - Patricia started a team which now sells hundreds of homes annually. She has created training programs focused on Agents and emerging team leaders ready to begin their team building process. Through the lens of ‘leaders training leaders’ her programs are rooted in meaningful action to create results.
Patricia now coaches and helps other agents lead in their industry through a focus on people and culture.She's passionate about sending the elevator back down and sharing what she knows about growing a real estate business and starting a team so that others can build their careers and meet with success too.

to say about this champion is that SHE CAME FROM NOTHING.
Lorianne has been on her own since she was 14 years old. Her mom was an #alcoholic when
she was growing up and her dad was never in the picture. She’s now a #singlemom of a beautiful
little girl and she wanted a better life for her daughter than she’d had growing up. LA - as she's affectionaly known
by our team - had to raise herself and not only did she survive a very tough start in life, she is absolutely thriving now. Her career is one that most agents dream of. She bought a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood where the average house price is $1.2M and has revenue suites which leverage her investment even further. Not many of us can say that we would have turned out so great having been dealt the same cards LA but we can all certainly learn from her example.
If you need a little strength to push past whatever challenges might be getting in your way lean on her story. I also admire how openly Lorianne shares her history for the sake of anyone who
needs to know that there is -in-fact- a light at the end of the tunnel. It's what she and I both love about real estate. No matter where you come from you can make it here as long as you have the right training, support, fire in your belly to achieve something better and most importantly the #grit to put in the work.
