This episode has been one that we have wanted to record for a while now. After the passing of our Dear friend to suicide we have had mental health and suicide awareness as top priority. In this episode we discuss both what it is like to be  the loved one of someone who has committed  suicide and also  what it is like to be depressed and distressed. We also try to provide helpful advice and content to both sides.

How often do we re- tell stories of our past through a scarcity  mindset. One where we have lost something or are lacking but in the end it worked out. If we start to change our stories form scarcity to abundance how much more gratitude and happiness will we bring in to our lives. When we change our mindset we begin to attract  other with that same mindset and  can  start to create a community or group for friends which uplifts us and pushed us to do better.
