How are you has become a loaded question in our society. From the COVID-19 pandemic to racial strife to it being the end of school year – we are on stress overload. In the spirit of May being mental health awareness month, today’s discussion will be on self-care. You will hear a different take on self-care where we’ll acknowledge the pushback that some of you may feel regarding the word, self-care and then you’ll be invited to reclaim the term and personalize it for your own health and well-being.
