Today, Zarrina's guest is Debbie Chen. Debbie is a money mindset coach helping Asian women reprogram their money mindset by breaking the toxic cycle of cultural indoctrination.
With a decade of corporate accounting experience, Debbie experienced first-hand the disconnect between clients' financial goals and life purpose, shrouded in limiting beliefs around money and self-worth – especially for women of the AAPI community. She went on to obtain multiple coaching certifications and her reiki master training to serve as the foundation for her business, The Holistic CFO. Debbie now supports women in the AAPI community who feel trapped because of cultural limitations, trauma, or financial setbacks to help them achieve their purpose and reach their financial potential.

Today Zarrina’s guest is Arjanna van der Plas a Leadership Coach and the proud co-founder of the WOMEN’S HUB Zurich, where women come to become the boldest, truest version of themselves - whatever that looks like for them.
Arjanna is quite comfortable with being uncomfortable. She often dives into something new without fully knowing what she is doing. And she wants the same for her clients. She hates it when we humans so often hold ourselves back because we are afraid that we’ll fail, or because we’re trying to live up to some societal standard. She believes she would have missed out on life a lot more if she hadn’t pushed herself out of her comfort zone.
Arjanna now sees it as her mission to give her clients the most loving kick-in-the-butt they need to get out of their comfort zones and start living their version of a successful life.
