Rough Estimate is a literature and media podcast started by two writers interested in thinking about topics not frequently discussed on other media platforms. We talk about topics such as literature, futurism, spirituality, and culture. The blog was started by two journalists as a passion project, one in the UK, and one in China.
John and Francis reflect on the crises that shook the authoritarian world in 2022 from Tehran to Beijing. The state of the world after covid and geopolitical predictions for the next few years featured heavily, as well as why the world isn't doing as many think.
