as we ring in the holiday season, don't forget to give yourself the rest you deserve as we get closer to the end of the year.
we should celebrate more often. why do we only make a big deal on our birthday, or when we achieve something truly extraordinary?
if you can dream it, you can do it. you genuinely can do whatever you put your mind to, you just need to stop thinking about what you want to do and starting doing.
we're in 2022. while we have come so far from where we've been, we are not nearly talking about mental health and it's impact on people enough. in this episode, grace and i discuss a little bit of our journey with mental health, it's stigmas, and what we hope our supporters do to best support us.
healing is not linear. not in the slightest. but i want you to know that no matter where you are in the healing process, and whatever you are working towards healing from, you are making progress. you are growing.
