About Mohammad:
Mohammad is the President and CEO of Softway. He started the business with his family at the age of 20 while pursuing his B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics at the University of Houston. When Softway began in 2003, it was a small company that created websites for merchants in Houston. It has grown to a Business-to-Employee solutions company that offers Culture as a Service (CaaS) through its Seneca Leadership experiences, Culture+ Digital products, technology, and internal communication services for clients across the globe. The company has over 200 employees in its offices in Houston and Bengaluru. He is celebrated for creating and sustaining a humanity-centered culture at Softway based on the philosophy that love is a business strategy. However, there was a time when the company culture at Softway was so toxic that it almost caused the enterprise to fold. He took full responsibility for the problems at Softway and knew that, as the leader, he needed to change for the company to survive. After deep introspection, he eventually turned the company around. From this experience, Softway created Seneca, a product that helps other companies change their workplace culture. He lives in Sugar Land, Texas, with his wife Yulia, a five-time Olympic medalist spring-board diver from Russia, and his beautiful children, Sufia and Moshin. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness and watching college sports.

Daddy’s Girls Bakery, a premier bakery with scratch-made delectable desserts, opened its first brick-and-mortar location in the 2021 B Reynolds Avenue development in North Charleston on January 1, 2021. They offer a selection of daily made cupcakes, cakes, Charleston Chewies, and other treats.
Founded in 2011 by a local Charleston couple, Nathan and Chasity Brown, the concept started as a hobby when Mrs. Brown made her eldest daughter’s four-year-old birthday cake to rave reviews from family and friends. They next began baking Nate’s family recipe of Charleston Chewies. Selling to local salons and barbershops throughout the Lowcountry, the Browns quickly realized from the overwhelming positive responses that they had a talent with baked goods, and their bakeshop was born. They built up their client base before opening a kiosk at the Charleston International Airport, stands at various Charleston area Farmers Markets, and selling their baked goods at multiple events throughout the state. Mr. and Mrs. Brown also ran a booth at the downtown Charleston Open Air vendors market on Market Street and provided desserts for the inauguration of Charleston’s mayor in 2016. Chasity, who hails from Alabama and Tennessee, specializes in decorating elaborate cakes and cupcakes.
Now, 10 years later with five children total (including two sets of twins!), the business has grown in all facets.

Not only does she write and produce high-end quality commercials…her silky smooth, velvety voice, takes them to another level, with a consistency her clients love and appreciate. Clients like Toyota, Nissan, Wachovia, Hardees, UNC Charlotte, LPGA, the City of Kannapolis.
A savvy audio editor, producer and natural mimic, Mary London has a knack for theatre of the mind and audio role play. She is heard across the U.S and into Canada as the imaging and promo voice for radio stations and multiple syndicated radio shows.
Her ease with words led her to express her innermost thoughts after the death of her husband, Michael. It became her salvation as she put her pen to paper in “The Loss World” © 2013. The book inspired the stage play “The Loss World Monologues” ©2015, followed by “The Loss World Monologues 2.0”, an enhanced reading with original music collaboration in 2018. “The Loss World Monologues, a short film” is the latest iteration of the saga based on grief and healing.
Mary is not only an artist who brings words to life, she is also a visual artist. It is not surprising that her need to create with pigment on canvas was extended to stage and film.
She remains passionately involved with music as a driving force.
