The Rev. Kim Gonia reflects on what resiliency has looked like as she has navigated various life circumstances- from moving her family from Madagascar to Colorado (elasticity) to navigating the ordination process (persistence) to now leading her congregation through this phase of the pandemic (spaciousness). Kim serves as pastor of Risen Lord Lutheran Church in Conifer, CO. She is a certified coach at Finding a Way Coaching and serves as a lead trainer for Excellence in Leadership.
