In this episode called "BIG VOICE BIG HEART" i share with you all my intake on accepting your uniqueness and recognizing how to tell apart your thoughts and the thoughts and opinions we take as our own at times and how to take your power back. This is a great reminder of self acceptance and how to come back to yourself. Overall the more questions you have the more you can come to your own answers and not always conform to thw world around you if thats not your truth.

In this Solo episode i felt called to sharing my foundation and my why of for the topics of this podcast channel by sharing my life experiences and how i got to this place of where i am at here today. When i woke up to this remembrance of who i truly am i had so much clarity on why i had certain life experiences and found empowerment through the traumas and was able to forgive myself and those around me. empowering others through our own experiences ive been able to see through how god has uses all of us as a vessel to help others that cross our paths through embodying who we truly are and what we have learned with our human experiences. I hope this episode helped you innerstand a little more on who i am and why im so passionate about what i talk about.
