Vivian Schenker speaks with Queenie Tran, who has devoted her career to changing the way we think about our homes. On our first episode of Inclusive Agenda, host Vivian Schenker chats with Mr Robert Fitzgerald, Member of the Order of Australia (AM) and The NSW Ageing and Disability Commissioner. They discuss experiences of people with disabilities and the elderly during COVID-19 lockdown, the different types of abuse and coercive conduct, and the importance of education in combatting this. They also touch on the current services in place, including the NDIS and Aged Care packages, and the gaps that need to be filled.
