In today’s episode Christie and Heather revisit the topic from Episode 1, Is the market shifting? What is happening in Middle Tennessee now? Historically, as summer comes to a close, the demand in the real estate market takes a bit of a break. This year, that’s not so much the case. In fact, if you’re in the position to buy or sell a home, the time is now. Interest rates remain historically low, meaning it’s a great time to buy, and since the region is still experiencing an inventory shortage, it’s also a great time to list your home.
