"The Story of Special Abilities NetworkSpecial Abilities Network is a team of experts and planners who are members of the special needs community professionally and personally. Weโve made it our lifeโs work to empower families in the special needs community because we understand what it truly means to wake up in the middle of the night with fears of the future. Traditional planning falls short of meeting the goals of special needs families. In traditional planning, there is little to no coordination amongst experts such as financial planners and attorneys. And there is often no communication between those professionals and the therapists, school professionals, and support team meeting the day to day needs. This means that families must drive the communication, coordination, and planning. We know special needs families have little time on their hands, how can they be expected to drive this process alone? We offer a solution. Our focus is on building you a plan comprised of support, funding, and legal strategies helping you to get the services you need, resources to meet your goals, and the legal guidance that will protect you now and into the future. "

Spokane Quaranteam was born out of the pandemic. What started out as a way to raise money for struggling restaurants, has turned into a community movement here in Spokane, Wa. We have raised THOUSANDS of dollars for not only 200 local restaurants, but many nonprofits in our area as well. We have delivered 1,400 donuts to those feeling isolated. We have given away cars to families in need. We have handed out over 30,000 ice cold waters when the weather reached record highs last summer. We have given away 300 Christmas trees to low income families. And these are just a few of the hundreds, if not thousands of things this group does for the community. We say "light attracts light" and want to share the light with all who need it in their lives. As the light shines, the darkness leaves.
