Welcoming a new dimension for whom each vulnerability areas is addressing according to each society, culture and specific needs. STEM, violence and gender pay gap a matter of motivation, security and equity.

My take for the Tal Tech Eurasia international meeting exploring the real meaning of diversity and their real "old challenge" that we need to overcome, balancing women-men power. Is indeed an old challenge within a new print and a new shape giving by the SDG5. In the context of a world that is repeating the same pattern: nationalisms and introspection as a defence to crises. Instead of globalisation and openness to face crises from a more democratic perspective. Although not from epicenter of power but multiple, balanced and counterbalance spots of developing creative ideas in the short-term.
Diversity, equity and inclusion supposes a new dimension in a global context, however within a strong senses of local realities.
Mi presentación sobre liderazgo político femenino en el evento"Las mujeres y la Mediación en el liderazgo del acceso a la Justicia" organizado por la Asociación Zambrano el día 10 de Marzo 2022 via Zoom Explorando los desafíos y oportunidades de liderar políticamente sin que ello suponga necesariamente desde el sector público. Viendo cifras y resultados vemos la relatividad de que se necesite "mas participación política" como "mayor capacidad de influencia". Es por ello que debemos trabajar desde la sociedad civil para reformar el Estado, no precisamente desde lo social, sino en un proceso político de verdadera transformación. Sin embargo existe una tendencia a creer que los cambios solo se consiguen desde arriba-abajo y no desde las raíces. Pretender llevar adelante políticas de equidad a golpe de regulación no es para mi la manera autentica de influenciar, como resultado tenemos por ejemplo, niveles de participación política de la mujer en Latinoamerica elevados sin embargo, no se condice con una realidad de equidad y seguridad para la mujer a diferencia de los paises Nórdicos.
Seria muy ventajoso apostar por un liderazgo horizontal creativo e innovador donde se llega a influenciar en un proceso politico sin necesidad de entrar en la decadente maquinaria politico partidaria.
El pasado 25 de Febrero he tenido el privilegio de estar en la apertura del Congreso Mujer, liderazgo y participación política organizado por la Politóloga Alinis del C. Aranguren representante por Venezuela de la Red Sororidad. En el mismo he abordado los distintos desafíos que supone la participación política en el marco de un mundo global decadente en términos de democracia. Efectivamente, aunque el sector político represente el tan deseado espacio para la toma de decisiones, está atravesando una crisis que afecta notoriamente su transparencia y rendición de cuentas, al punto de no poder considerarlo como el verdadero y unico lugar de toma de decisiones.
A la crisis del modelo democrático se debe sumar las propias opciones de la mujer que hacen que el mundo político no se adapte a sus particulares necesidades, al menos no durante el periodo de su vida en que están a cargo de responsabilidades familiares.
Por ultimo, el ODS 5 invita a una igualdad colorida, dependiendo de cada pais, respetando la "soberania nacional de género" y es por ello que el liderazgo social debe adquirir mayor relevancia y equilibrarlo con el politico para así conseguir que las mujeres estén en plano de igualdad a la hora de influenciar la toma de decisiones.

Future Smart Cities 4th Edition IEREK in collaboration with Xiamen University Malaysia from 3-5th December 2021.
Is not only a relevant topic part of the Agenda 2030, but an emergency: by 2050 is predicted that 68% of the population will live in cities. A very important factor that may undermine SDG11 if we do not introduce at the same time, smarter technology to boost green reforms to the current unsustainable urban way of living. The goal in itself on sustainability is of equal importance as the tools used, smart technologies are becoming a true driver to change and a great accelerator towards a green society.
This week I have been honoured to be part of the Geneva Forum in United Nations Geneva. I perceive it as one of the most relevant spaces to exchange and debate that best fits to reshape the current global model. Is indeed an urgency to reshape the model and assign new roles to the political leadership and the civil society. That means a new leadership, creative and innovative enough to flexibilize the mechanisms to the point that it acts as a true gamechanger towards a faster and lighter process on equality.
On this podcast we search to address those aspects of the SDGs that needs to be taken into account to achieve the goals without contradiction and aligned with a truly philosophy around globalisation. That means that integration of cultures needs to go first than the goals. Only through the capacity to respect local traditions, cultures and traditions we will enter into a balanced distribution of power.
There are important challenges mainly related to the political agenda that is in all the Education systems at the time to make reforms. Is it so that the political aspects of the process needs to be established accordingly with each national reality rather than with a only one global model that may, in the end, become unfair seeing it under the light of the different countries development.
We also need to explore which indicators are the best to fairly measure quality, overcoming the gap on technology and accessibility to technology - rather than on Education-.
Having as a result that global quality measures are not always the best way to identify Educational gaps, but from a national perspective that allow a diversity of colourful differences, that demands open-minded people and innovative systems enough wide to enter resilient into Agenda 2030
A global Education is all about all IN within the magic of traditions, wisdom of religions and diversity of cultures, only then we will be able to truly enter into a path of sustainability on quality and accessibility.
Global Goals are not about standarisation, but an invitation for more integration of cultures, traditions, and religions, instead -main reason to reject the Agenda 2030- it looks as if there is no distinction and Education has to be followed by global standards. Lets be accurate, SDG4 Education its about a commitment for each Nation to build their own system, particularly in relation to accessibility that is translated into simply allocating budget. Is not what is happening and Education is not a priority on the political Agenda in many countries. The fact that is an axis for the rest of the goals makes of it a Goal Number 1 to put it before the others. Without Education, there is not access to basic needs like Health, or even more to the awareness to build sustainable societies and the achievement of the whole goals.For instance, Sustainable cities demand not just financial support to architecture, urban planning, energy saving, etc. they do need Education to make of their citizens active players of a game on resilience.
Is it important to create the correct local framework within international support to assure access to the system without global standards, although within global connections and mutual support.
La semana pasada tuve el placer de participar en otro Women Economic Forum, esta vez realizado por primera vez en Bolivia. Como Global Chair de ALL Ladies League Global Networking me he centrado en la necesidad de crear redes internacionales como verdaderos motores de crecimiento individual.
Las redes sociales se convierten asi en el eje de acción, conexión e interconexión para combatir el aislamiento que trajo la pandemia, asi como para crecer desde nuevas demandas. Los ODS son el marco que nos está mostrando el camino a seguir y con el Objetivo 17 Alianzas estratégicas vemos como la formación de grandes redes se convierte en esencial para estar insertos en un mundo global. Aunque la crisis sanitaria empuje a respuestas estrictamente locales como método de supervivencia, solo aquellas que tengan carácter global serán las que verdaderamente encuentren soluciones reales. Es una contradicción el pretender vivir con códigos globales, incluidas las propias redes y a la mismo tiempo responder a crisis de manera local y aislada del resto.
Las alianzas a todo nivel serán las que lleven al encuentro de soluciones, en donde el ciudadano individualmente considerado se convierta en actor principal de un escenario cosmopolita que fomenta la innovación y la creatividad que nace de la diversidad de personas e instituciones. unidos en una acción sólida y perfectamente coordinada.
Necesitamos para ello un nuevo tipo de liderazgo : Zero liderazgo, no carismático y mucho menos caudillesco sino el de tipo horizontal donde se reduzca la marketización y se potencie un enfoque dirigido a la conciliación y a la búsqueda de crear contrapoderes que otorguen equilibrio y no supremacía de uno sobre otro. Será fundamental la reformulación de Naciones Unidas como órgano esencial a la hora de proveer de mecanismos de transparencia y "accountability" aptos para que un sistema global encuentre puntos de equilibrio dentro de varios ejes de poder.
La creación de redes internacionales es en definitiva la construcción de puentes para así crear confianza entre todos y llegar a la tan ansiada resiliencia global en el corto plazo y la sosteniblidad en el mediano plazo.
Hace poco tuve el inmenso privilegio de ser invitada a inagurar el evento internacional "Mujeres Empoderadas: el reto de trascender" , organizado por la Red Sororidad Pacto Internacional y la ONG AFPAS Perú. En ella tuve la oportunidad de presentar lo que es para mi un nuevo modelo de feminismo desprovisto de tintes políticos partidarios a través de un viaje desde el nacimiento de los movimientos feministas hasta el momento actual teñido por la crisis sanitaria.
Los movimientos feministas continúan enfrentándose al reto de obtener resultados pese a estar sometidos a los cambiantes escenarios de la arena política. Aunque los poderes políticos representan uno de los pilares para avanzar en igualdad de género terminan debilitando el feminismo cuando dejan de ser "representantes" y se convierten en "actores" que desplazan a la sociedad civil. En efecto, es precisamente esta última la que debe marcar el rumbo. Entre otras consideraciones, el rol de la mujer ha ido cambiando así como su enfoque en cuanto a el balance trabajo-familia que exige diferentes abordajes. El pasado del feminismo se caracteriza por el activismo, un nuevo modelo necesita de otras herramientas tales como Diplomacia, Lobby y Advocacy como verdaderas "armas de poder". El seguir apegado a un viejo modelo en el que además, es patrimonio de partidos políticos, supone ralentizar un proceso que ha sido exitoso pero que no ha dejado atrás las fisuras que le ha caracterizado desde sus orígenes: la constante confrontación activismo- advocacy.
Es tiempo de un modelo abierto para que se sirva de todos los poderes de la sociedad pero sin olvidar que la iniciativa debe venir desde la sociedad civil y ser trasladado al ámbito político y no el proceso inverso. Ellos nos sitúa en avances a nivel de legislación pero no a nivel de cultura, a nivel institucional pero no de impacto a alta escala. Por lo que, no se trata de trabajar mas y/o mejor sino de hacerlo de manera distinta, adaptada a los desafíos actuales y desde un nuevo liderazgo innovador, multi-dimensional en enfoques, de carácter horizontal y tendiente a conciliar enfoques ideológicos diversos y no a politizar un proceso que es por esencia. de la sociedad civil.

On this podcast, we continue elaborating our ideas about an in-depth European Union reshape from the intellectual difference between Brussels power and the European Union as an axis of power in itself. Most of the time when we are referring to the EU we see it as a group of Nations "submitted" to a centralized structure instead of a Union of citizens within their own traditions and cultures that search for resilience through joint action, and diverse and creative leadership. A bureaucratic and centralized structure is not building resilience except for their own internal survival but not for the rescue of European Union philosophy. If the goal is to get into an even closer union is it key to make citizens influencers rather than observers. Is it so that the different crises that hit Europe make them vulnerable especially after pandemics...therefore, not reliable. For an even closer union, we need to be even closer to the citizens not from a left-wing perspective but from citizens centered strategy that decentralized power and close the gap Nations- citizens-Brussels.
The calendar is telling us that it's a new year, but there is just a transition that is not allowing us to change the facts but certainly, our mindset. Uncertainty is the rule and our year really began when the lockdown started. Is time to learn, not to make a wrap-up, even if we are anxious to it we died a little bit each time that we are not able to adapt ourselves to the new and live the present time with much ambition rather than learning every day instead of desperately waiting to overcome COVID19 and all the rest of the crises. The resistance to change is the weakness to look for solutions. Is it when we rely on the State and political leaders, instead of our own judgment and options. It is precisely what many people have lost: the capacity of the search for solutions creative and demanding as true influencers. Political leaders are lost as well as us because an unknown crisis supposes uncertainty for the near future. is it so, that the combination of institutions and citizens on equal power become key to make a change.
It is for all the above that I would like to wish you not a traditional happy new year .... a happy new mindset! .
I recently delivered this presentation for the Geneva Peace Forum at the United Nations. I addressed the own concept of feminism: a pure essence of what means the defense of women's nature beyond political ideologies. the use of feminism as a tool for political campaigns represents a true "cannibalisation of the brand feminism" and demands action to rescue them from the wrong leadership. Creativity in the search for reshaping and reinforcing the role of women around the world should come from their own actors and not from political parties that are mere representatives. The pandemic exposure that during crises the role of the citizenship becomes key to make resilient changes and gender equality is not an exception. Equality as a cosmopolitan tool to boost a sustainable world based on diversity, the colorful scenario to take the best from all and not that homogenous and grey equality that precisely because their steady confrontation only benefits politics partisan interests.
The search for common interests and goals for women-men is not only a goal to get into equality but to get into balance relations that boost sustainability in societies.
Feminism is not an ideology, if you wish, is a religion to be taken with passion, values, and codes that allow the development of tolerance and generosity to place each one in the correct place. Create of feminism as an ideological issue it's outrageous and must be condemned.
Rescuing the very essence of feminism is giving more power to civil society and all those movements that tend to build bridges on solidarity and connection, making social media and networking the pillar to move forward. T
The global organization Women Economic Forum leading by Dr. Harbeen Arora that I represent as Goodwill Ambassador focus precisely on the idea that global women networking empowering women and creates a transformative dimension of new feminism that uplifting all members of the society equally.
One of the most polluted elements of a city is air traffic and only because of COVID19 there was a dramatic drop in CO2 emissions that also represents a drop in profits for the sector and individual freedom. So, what are the lessons learned from this pandemic? Maybe, we need to restrict individual freedom and rights to get into green? To accept irreversible financial losses? Making people individually responsible? Leading macro projects by Governments and leave the rest to free consumption options? Any of these aspects, isolated, would not lead us into green cities, instead, micro-projects coming from the particular needs and habits of communities, leading by their own citizens, empowered and within a direct impact on Governments may truly shape a global commitment towards SDG 11 from a more personal approach.
On this track, we explore the power of connecting, listening as an exercise of learning from each other , a Homeschooling for adults with a special emphasis on the current COVID19 crisis. Homeschooling is it much more than just one more option for the Education system but a whole opportunity to open our minds towards the new and to the needed change that the world is claiming for. Homeschooling for adults is a way to training our minds to become truly axis of influence able to see the big picture through a global model.
SDG 4 "Quality Education" shows us the way to build standardization in good terms: scholarships, teachers, methods, access, as a way to create global synergies that improve conditions for all. Is it imperative to move from "think global, act locally" towards "live global adapted to local needs -traditions, religion-" in which Education represents that milestone to reshape and look at the big picture instead of being attached to traditional standards of living.
Homeschooling for adults is what will open minds towards resilient homeschooling for kids.
Is with this question that I started my reflection on homeschooling as a flexible method, not just as a response in times of emergency but also as a way to face future crises and preparing new generations towards a world that is claiming for changes. Although not the changes that we are currently living that are based on fear and immediate action but those ones that search for a new system.
A resilient world demands commitment from its citizens and a strong sense of individual responsibility. Not from a libertarian perspective of a total absent State but the engagement of a welfare State: delivering the framework of guarantees but at the same time relying on their citizens to take action at a personal level. Is it here where we can focus on homeschooling: as a method that applies to certain families and personal circumstances.
Above all, an option that demands strict regulation from the State and commitment from parents and students. Is just that, one more option, different from a school-centered one but the perfect ally in times of crisis and in times of developing new skills. Is it so that it would be good to be considered as a method to use it in combination with the traditional focus and not be forced to choose one or the other.
Homeschooling allows the perfect balance family and school, it also allows socialization, contrary to what is established that only the traditional school delivers the correct level of social relations among students.
Currently, all the responsibility is charged on political leaders that overwhelmed by the devastating reality they are making decisions from traditional codes without challenging themselves to do more and different. Innovative approaches are precisely what we need in an unknown situation as is the only way to become resilient . Homeschooling is able to work on a two-fold basis: as prevention during COVID19 times and as a driver to change for new generations that will face the challenge of more crises, Artificial Intelligence, and an extremely sophisticated technology
Options as homeschooling or/and school-centered represent the correct use of individual freedom that we need to face crises from a resilient perspective having the State as a leader of an action framework and not the only response to the pandemic.
Creativity and innovation are the main drivers to change and the State has a responsibility to educate young and adults on their own sense of survival without relying too much on political leaders that, themselves are struggling to keep an unsustainable system...sustainable for the future.
