Junya Makino is a Japanese violin player based in Europe and Japan. He studied at the University of the Arts in Graz, Austria, the Music Academy in Basel, Switzerland and 2014-2015 season 'International Ensemble Modern Academy Frankfurt' . In 2016, He premiered (in Ukraine) Ligeti Violin Concerto in Kiev. In 2019, he founded the contemporary music festival (MCMD) in Mishima, Japan.
