In this episode, Jenna Jensen speaks with her boss and head coach Liz Gigante Ulrich, of GForce Gym & Vancouver All-Star Cheer. Jenna is a coach and former athlete of five years at VAS. Liz was the coach of her teams for three years and Jenna says that she has "learnt a lot from her, so hearing her perspective was quite interesting and she definitely learnt more about the gym history and how it all came to life". In this episode, Amélie Giusta talked to Andrea Gibson, the leader who she admires and looks up to. She has been a dance teacher to Amélie for a couple of years. She has amazing energy, a bubbly personality, and unconditional support for her athletes. Her love and warm heart are what make Amélie feel like she can trust her judgment, that she can speak with no fear, and feel close to someone who understands her.

In the podcast, they mainly talk about how their minds process information on negative and positive situations. They talked about fear and dance, competition and Andrea's new business, and what motivates her.

Throughout the podcast, Amélie discovers lots of things about her own thought processes, and they discuss how she has helped influence Amélie like no other coach in her career. They break down being available for your athletes whenever you are needed as a coach,  and how she was there especially for Amélie when she wasn't in what she calls her "brightest days". This week's guest is Craig Vetter, destined to be a regular guest here on the Leader Ship. Craig is one part renaissance man one part self-made entrepreneur. After having not finished high school, the advice from a friend kept him learning and growing and ultimately kept him on the path that he has landed on with his coaching business. Craig spent over 20 years in sales and marketing and then shifted after a chance encounter with a personal coach created a niche market in the mortgage sector helping owners track and grow their business, Craig understands what it takes to be successful, and has spent the majority of his life doing just that. Madison Sproule speaks with Alicia Gadban-Lewis. She is a professional rider, horse-trainer and entrepreneur. Trevor Moore is a jack of all trades, a keynote speaker, a mindset coach, a magician, a PGA professional, a self-described corporate 5-Iron. Kaitlyn Kooyers is a former professional dancer who after an unexpected end came to her career she had to take a step back and found herself in the real world. After a circuitous route, she wound up leading the Chicago chapter of November Project- a free fitness community- and has spent the last 10 years working in compliance in the business world.
