The podcast Empowerment through Entrepreneurship is operated by the homonym iLab, as output of the Outreaching Honors Program at Tilburg University. This podcast series was made possible by the collaboration of our iLab coordinator Dr. C.Kella and of our amazing guests: IOM-Nederland, Psychology Bureau, Fursa for Change and Everaert advocaten, who shared their knowledge, insights and experiences with us. We aim to inspire the audience and other students to expand their understanding on the important role and contributions of Migrant Entrepreneurs to their host society, but also the challenges and barriers they face. Our podcast team has been working very hard to provide you with the first podcast of this year's cohort! We had a very interesting conversation with Milou van Dooren-Weekers and her team from VluchtelingenWerk Nederland, who aim at avoiding such situation by helping asylum seekers from the moment they step foot in the Netherlands.
