There are moments that pause as a result of international ads (a girl has to get paid), I apologize for that in advance.

This is a short explanation for my disappearance and a small window into what I have been going through. I know it is not the same format that you are used to but it's real and it's me. I left it unedited and uncut because I needed it to be authentic and if there's one thing I'd love for women to take from this episode is "listen to your body" and pain is part of the journey.
