In this episode, I share with you a time management hack I have used that has helped me a ton. Lack of time management and poor productivity is something that we all deal with, and if you wanna become the best version of yourself, its something you need to take complete control of and solve it at the root of the issue. I highly recommend diving into Cal Newport's book Deep Work, but if you don't just takeaway this- Time block your time, stick to your allotted time blocks, get high quality work done. No more excuses for missed workouts, lack of meal tracking, meal planning, rest even. Time to get after it.

I got this question on my instastory last week from Zam, so this goes out to him. This one is on motivation and how you can reframe your thinking around it. Also, don't you love how when you hit "finish" on something and suddenly you have a million good thoughts come flooding in all at once? Yeah that's me podcasting.. haha, anyway, just wanted to say, one BIG thing I didn't mention is having a GOAL= whether that is a squat goal, pullup goal ---- specific performance goal, or a physique goal where you are chasing fat loss or muscle gain---- like you want to get as lean as you can for a beach vacay or photoshoot, or even a behaviour goal... like showing up to the gym 4 times a week- this is gonna help you have something to work towards on days/weeks when motivation tanks. Alright, that's what I wanted to say!!

Alright guys, if you have anything you want answered, if its long form appropriate I will 100% jump on here to record one for you.

In this episode, I dive into the power of resilience! Honestly, so much feels, this has been a recurring theme for me ever since starting my coaching business and really just pursuing growth in all areas of my life. That steeliness and grit that burns in the deepest pit of who you are, that stubbornness and unwillingness to give up even in the face of hardship, setback, failure, mistakes, letdown. Perspective, positive focus and gratitude are the simple yet extremely profound and powerful things that changes mindsets, habits, lives, and at a deeper level, who we are at the core. I love talking about this stuff and my favourite rapper haha, and I hope you take away some value from it! xx

Ever wondered if you need a mealplan to lose fat/build muscle/get the body of your dreams?! This is a question I get asked about A LOT. There are so many reasons why I don't think mealplans are the answer,

1) It promotes all or nothing/black and white thinking... ultimately the fuck it mentality

2) It does not promote flexibility- what happens when you go on holidays/work luncheons/date nights/children's birthday parties?!

3) It doesn't teach you about food, nutrition, portion control, macronutrient composition of foods

4) It doesn't account for the fact that food is cultural, emotional, more than just fuel
