Today's episode features Robert Ball, also known as Bob "Golf" Ball. He is an established real estate developer from Oregon who has recently made waves on Twitter by pointing out facts within the PIF/PGA framework deal. Bob elaborates on his Tweet about the deal and how numbers mentioned to Congress do not stack up. This is a must listen. Bob is definitely one of our most outspoken guests in terms of the LIV Golf league and doesn't hold back about PGA Tour's leadership blunders this past 18 months.

John is a close friend of David Feherty and share some fantastic stories from David's career and how he ended up becoming an announcer.
We recap the 2023 US Open tournament held at Los Angeles Golf Club. Wyndham Clark ended up taking home the trophy after Rickie Fowler let it slip from his grasp, Rory Mcilroy made it interesting as did Scottie Scheffler, neither of them had a good putting day though.
Tommy Fleetwood ties Johnny Miller's final round 63 record, note that Miller was playing Oakmont and par was 71.

Today our hosts, Raf and Mike recap the 2023 Canadian Open tournament held by Golf Canada and the PGA Tour at Oakdale Golf and Country Club in Toronto, Ontario.
Nick Taylor clinched the trophy on the fourth playoff hole with a 72 foot eagle putt breaking the heart of Tommy Fleetwood and accelerating the excitement of Canadian golf fans.
Nick was the first Canadian in 69 years to win our national championship, Pat Fletcher won 69 years ago at Point Grey Golf and Country Club in Vancouver.

Today our hosts, Rafael Kalamat and Michael Bleackley speak to Hall Of Fame golf instructor Jim McLean.
Jim is one of the greatest teacher in the modern game, having worked with many major and PGA Tour winners such as Greg Norman, Gary Woodland, Lexi Thompson, Keegan Bradley, Tom Kite and so many more. More amazingly over 250 his his past assistants have gone on to head golf professionals or directors of instruction.
Jim shares stories of teaching several celebrities too, Sylvester Stallone, Bill Murray, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, we dubbed him the "godfather" of golf instruction, he humbly gave credit to his predecessors like Jackie Burke, Ben Hogan, Bob Toski and other legends like Ken Venturi.
Jim talks about how he implemented the video camera to instruction, later getting involved with radar technology such as Trackman and Foresight products.
As a 73 year old, Jim is an inspiration, we thoroughly enjoyed this podcast, you will too.

Moe Norman is a Canadian golf legend, there is limited content available about Moe, author Andrew Stelmack has put together a great story highlighting Moe's life and has received confirmation from many of Moe's adoring fans that he has nailed the story.
Learn more about Moe Norman: Norman played the PGA Tour beginning in 1959. After a tournament in New Orleans, PGA officials gave Norman a dressing down regarding his playing antics. Feeling let down by the PGA's attitude towards him, Norman returned to Canada to play golf.

Join hosts Rafael Kalamat and Michael Bleackley as they talk to PGA champion Len Earl Mattiace. He is an American professional golfer, formerly of the PGA Tour and now playing on the PGA Tour Champions.
Mattiace was born in Mineola, New York. He attended Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1990 with a degree in Sociology. While at Wake Forest, he played on the team that won the NCAA Division I Golf Championship in 1986. He turned pro later in 1990. Mattiace first gained notability when he surged into contention in the final round of the 1998 Players Championship. Trailing by one shot going into the par-3 17th hole, he hit his tee shot into the water, his third shot into a bunker, and his fourth shot into the water. He ended up with a quintuple-bogey 8 on the hole and finished in a tie for fifth, four strokes behind the eventual winner Justin Leonard.
Mattiace's career year was 2002, when he earned wins at the Nissan Open (his 220th PGA Tour start) and the FedEx St. Jude Classic. In 2003, he contended in the Masters Tournament by shooting a 65 in the final round which put him into a playoff with Mike Weir. On the first playoff hole, Mattiace found himself stymied by trees when his approach drifted offline. Weir needed only a bogey to secure the victory and Mattiace finished second, earning $648,000 in prize money.
Shortly after the 2003 season, Mattiace's career was threatened by a skiing accident and torn ACLs in both knees. Mattiace was ranked as high as 24th in the Official World Golf Ranking, but was not fully exempt on the PGA Tour after 2005. He made his PGA Tour Champions debut in March 2018 at the Cologuard Classic. He currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Du Toit played college golf at the University of Idaho for two years before transferring to Arizona State University. At the 2016 RBC Canadian Open, Du Toit was one stroke behind the leader Brandt Snedeker after 54 holes. This allowed him to play with Snedeker in the final pairing for the final round. He finished T9 and was the top Canadian and top amateur in the event.
This was only his second professional event, the first being the SIGA Dakota Dunes Open on PGA Tour Canada. Du Toit improved to 25th in the World Amateur Golf Ranking with his finish and was the top ranked Canadian male amateur golfer. He entered his senior year at ASU in September 2016.

"The barstools get empty pretty fast when it comes to long-drive, because there isn’t anything to discuss much less anything the argue about… the simple reason is that five-time open division World Long Drive Champion along with his win in the Masters Division championship puts Canadian Jason Zuback head and shoulders above any other competitor in the entire forty-five hear history of the sport of long drive.
Jason’s journey in long drive began no differently than most other competitors. He obtained information regarding the scheduling of qualifying events, then made the seven-hour drive to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to get a win, then decided to skip the drive back to the Canadian Regionals and instead went to Salt Lake City, Utah to compete in a local with a follow-up Regional event, which he won. You can only imagine the surprise of the many former champions whom he walked over on his way to his first world championship in 1996.
Despite his dominance at the 1996 championships, no one assumed that Jason would win again in 1997, quite simply because no one had repeated during the past ten years dating back to Wedgy Winchester’s back-to-back titles in 1985 and 1986; however, the champ quickly served notice on his fellow competitors with drives of over 400-yards in each of the qualifying rounds at the Casablanca Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada and he topped it off with a record-setting 412-yard drive in the finals to get his second straight championship.
That same year SPORTS ILLUSTRATED glossed Jason with the nickname of “Golfzilla” and after TIME magazine repeated it that same year, the name stuck. Although the name of the event was formally changed from the U.S. National Championship to the Re/Max World Long Drive Championship, and despite the fact that the venue was changed to the Palms Golf Club in Mesquite or the fact that the balls were changed to the Pinnacle Extreme or the fact that the champ changed drivers to use a blind-bore Titleist 975D there was no change in the final result as Golfzilla got the first-ever three-peat in long drive history, and so it went in 1999 for the four-peat.
