"But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."— Romans 5:8, NASB.
Love demonstrated is love that acts, not because of who we are, but because of who God is.
Romans 5:8 (NASB) shows us the heart of the Gospel:
"But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
This isn’t conditional love.
It’s not the kind that waits for us to clean up, show up, or measure up.
It’s love that moved first.
Love that saw our sin and still chose sacrifice.
Love that didn’t hesitate, even when we weren’t ready to receive it.
Words do not prove God’s love — it’s proven by the cross.
He demonstrated it. Openly. Publicly. Eternally.
And He did it while we were still sinners — not after we believed, repented, or got it right.
This kind of love rewrites the story.
It tells us we are wanted, valued, and pursued — even in our brokenness.
It becomes the standard, the model, and the challenge:
To love not just when it’s easy or earned, but when it reflects the heart of God.
This is love, demonstrated.
❤️ Love Demonstrated – Based on Romans 5:8 (NASB)
Solitude
(NASB)Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
In Matthew 6:9-13 during his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus explicitly tells us how to pray, even giving us a sample prayer we can model.
He says,“(NASB)
9 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. 11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread. 12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’]

Paul puts it this way in I Corinthians 9:24-27:
“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”
Trusting God to Change You
Ephesians 3:20 says, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us…:”
Anxiety Is A Liar
Matthew 6:27 (NASB)27 And who of you, by being worried, can add a single hour to his life?
Never Alone
Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, it is He that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
Could Anxiety Be a Blessing?
Psalm 94:19“In the multitude of my thoughts within me, thy comforts delight my soul.”
Is God Dependable?
Isaiah 41:10: “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

What is so Perfect about God? 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”
Phi 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

Mental health is an important issue that affects many people, regardless of gender. However, men often feel reluctant to discuss mental health issues due to the stigma attached to them. In fact, a study by the National Institute of Mental Health found that men are less likely than women to seek help for mental health problems. This may be because men are more likely to suffer from depression in silence, or because they feel like they need to be strong and "man up" when faced with difficult emotions. The more we understand about mental health and work to break down the stigma, the closer we get to living in a world where people can openly discuss and seek help for their mental health issues without shame or judgment.
