In this rad jab with fellow disciple and brother-in-Christ, Austin Martin, we discuss coping with PAIN from a couple of angles. Although we sort of buzz around intimate relationships in the realm of the discussion, I am curious about how humans would apply the nuggets that Martin drops throughout the podi-sode. Austin not only breaks down how many men think in scenarios, he also bears a vulnerable take on how he copes with handling PAIN from his perspective.
Enjoy an entire hour of laughter, truth and insight into this male perspective on PAIN.

In this second to last podi-sode on Anchor (now Podcasting for Spotify), I spoke with my sister-in-Christ and fellow disciple, Dr. Reverend Reagan Williams about the topic "heart". In this dynamic discussion, Reagan and I jabbed about what is means to advocate authentically in our respective professions, how to show up in conversation independently and with each exchange, as well as introspectively checking in with our spiritual well-being, and so much more!
It is difficult to list what you'll learn in this podi-sode, as Reagan and I consistently dropped nuggets throughout this collab-jab, revealing things about ourselves with each authentic exchange.
I hope after tuning into this podi-sode you walk away inspired to conduct a "heart check" on yourself.
Be curious:
Who are you not?
Where are you in space?
What do you entertain?
How do you respond?
Which battles are not your own?
Take heart Sis, Sister-in-Christ, fellow human!

In this 2nd podi-sode of the New Year, we explore a concept and my perspective on what "bold" is and what "boldness" looks like.
Are you willing to take risks? How likely are you to stand up for those who cannot speak up for themselves? As women, are you likely to go to your boss and say: "I've done X-Y-Z over a protracted period of time, here are the impacts of my contribution(s), I'd like to see a raise."? Who is more likely to break the ice, you or the man you're ogling? When your children are being mistreated at school, what steps are you willing to take?
All of these examples sort of encourage us to be more curious.
My go-to questions:
Who am I not?
Where am I in space?
What do I entertain?
How do I respond?
Which battles are not my own?
It is with these question prompts that I'm able to recenter, recalibrate and execute boldness. Tune into this podi-sode and then try it on for yourself!

In this last installment of 2023*, I reflect on the year's metanoia. Yup...tune in to find out what metanoia means! Transformations tend to equip you in ways you don't quite understand but I try to explain the wave in words.
The episode is sure to elucidate:
My raw approach to healing out loud
The power of silence
How stillness is essential for your peace
*I referred to 2024 twice by mistake; I meant 2023.

In this pod-isode of AB, I jab about a recent convo where I "survived" a barrage of questions regarding my faith. As a Christian Believer, I needn't defend my faith AND, there are times when non-Believers are curious enough to challenge and quite literally take jabs at what one believes. Although we are unable to "defend" God, I learned (in that jab) how to stretch and reflect on how to represent the Kingdom in a way that many may not be accustomed...authentically. Yes, two humans can have these discussions if at least ONE person is willing to listen.
You will learn:
Ways that I navigated the discussion.
How one might feel during a discussion around religion.
Examples of how to direct your conversation.
How convos like this truly stretch you as a person and Christian Believer.
What humility can look like during hard topics that absolutely should not be avoided.

Our journey began through letter writing and has blossomed to a full-blown partnership in advocacy.
In this podi-sode we discuss:
Bobby's history
Bobby's time in prison and solitary confinement
Freedom within prison walls through the transformation of becoming a Muslim

What does freedom look like? In this pod-isode of Authentic Breadth, I reflect introspectively on the lessons I took away in 2022. Freedom is defined in many ways but how do we access mental freedom everyday? We recall the FIVE question prompts:
WHO AM I NOT?
WHERE AM I IN SPACE?
WHAT DO I ENTERTAIN?
HOW DO I RESPOND?
WHICH BATTLES ARE NOT MY OWN?
Recalling the 5 question prompts is only helpful if we begin to recognize and familiarize ourselves with behaviours that are authentic to us. Living in authenticity gives us clarity and focus during the decision-making process. We may not choose wisely all of the time, but the practice of self-governance, is essential for wisdom.

In a fast-paced digital world, how do we remain centered? How do we stay true to our authentic mindsets, decisions and endeavours?
In Pod-isode #10 of AB, I discuss my concerns around humans roaming the streets "aimless", as it is detrimental to society as a whole.
Using my own personal examples, hear out my perspective on how we can remain authentic to our core and stand firm as the organic leaders we were designed to be.

Hold ya seat! In Part I of the pod-isode: "Wealth", I unfold a few different ways to view wealth. Wealth is becoming relatively commonplace for many, especially post-pandemic. No, I'm not hatin' on money or snearing at "rich folx" AND I wanted to be curious about how I view wealth for myself. Granted, my view has financial limitations (pardon the puns) but you might be surprised about how I settle the score with perspectives (outside of myself) on wealth.
In this pod-isode, you will learn:
How to see wealth in different ways.
How to find wealth in simplicity.
How to assign wealth to itemizations that we've experienced already and/or can't yet see i.e. be curious!

Another loaded pod-isode discussing the art of GIVING. Giving is a challenge for many.
We often associate giving with sacrificing something we must give up instead of something we should sacrifice for the sake of living authentic.
In this podisode I share my perspective on:
Why Give?
How do we give?
Are we giving too much?
Giving grace.
Tune into this pod-isode if you want perspective on the "art of giving" and setting boundaries within your give.

In this episode of Authentic Breadth, the Authentic Self-Advocate ("Is")
uses three personal scenarios to walk listeners through how
she practices self-governance. Self-governance is a form of
gathering personal information in an effort to respond to life
more authentically.
Listeners are reintroduced to Is' FIVE QUESTION PROMPTS:
1. Who am I NOT?
2. Where am I in space?
3. What do I entertain?
4. How do I respond?
5. Which battles are not my own?
and how to apply them. She also sheds light on the importance
of self-governance as a way to LIVE IN PURPOSE, ON PURPOSE.
