More than that, if you are trying to improve the quality of your life and not just maintain it you'll feel like you're on a never ending treadmill. It can feel like hell.
When it comes to coming back from mental struggles, the choice is either self-help OR therapy. However, to quote a commercial I saw for tacos when I was a kid, why not both? The combination of both of these tactics is exactly what we need to do.
